Sunright Tea Studio - Chinatown

This will be quick and simple. I've come here a few times now and I am absolutely in love with one of their flavors!Once you enter, it's a pretty bright and open space. They have their menu above the counter and there are 2 screens that you can order from. The staff is friendly and will let you know that they are there if you have any questions once you step up to a screen. Their systems divide the menu into categories which is helpful for first timers. Something I really love is when you're customizing your drink it says what they recommend for the drink. For example, if they recommend regular boba for the drink or another topping.I am in love with their Oreo Brulee Milk Tea. I have a crazy sweet tooth and this always hits the spot. They have milk alternatives and you can control the ice and sweetness levels. Once you order, the wait time isn't bad by any means. I've been there when there was one other person and waited less than 5 minutes. I've been in there with a good chunk of people and was barely there for 20 minutes.This has easily turned into one of my go to boba stops.

Out of all the boba chains, Sunright is my favorite!There's such a wide variety of drink options, and they're all quality drinks, not just cups of diabetes. I usually get 25-50% sweetness at other places, but I feel comfortable getting 75% or even 100% sweet here. They have milk teas, fruit teas, blends, and more. I enjoy the lightness of fruit teas rather than creamy drinks, so I always get a mango, orange, grapefruit, or mixed fruit tea with crystal boba. When I'm tired of fruit teas, I like getting their strawberry matcha with almond milk! As someone that tries to be relatively healthy, I appreciate how they have healthier options like almond milk and crystal boba. When I do like to treat myself though, their brown sugar boba is always so nice and chewy. This is quite sweet, so I always take my drink's sweetness level down a notch when I get brown sugar boba because I know that's going to add extra sweetness to my drink as well. I don't see this offered much elsewhere, but their honey boba is also a tasty option when you're craving something slightly less sweet, more dense, but still extremely chewy.Sunright also tends to do collabs with games which entails special drinks and small freebies. I've seen them collab with Ace Attorney, Maple Story, and mostly recently with Omori, which was such a pleasant surprise because I love that game! The freebies are really small like stickers or cheap coasters, but if you're a fan of those games, they're still nice little additions. During these collab periods, their drink cups and sleeves are also decorated with the collab characters, so they're really cute.I've never gone wrong with Sunright!

Overall: 4/5 We were eating banh mi nearby and the jalapenos were so spicy, we needed a drink to cool down our poor taste buds. Sunright was a few stores down so we decided to give it another shot. It was a quiet Wednesday night so we were able to browse the menu on the tablet at our leisure. To our surprise, the drinks tasted so much better than the last few times we had it. Sunright Boba Milk Tea, 100% Sweetness, Regular Ice ($5.95) + Califiafarms Oat Milk ($0.50) + Jasmine Tea Jelly ($0.75): You can really taste the Ceylon tea which paired well with the oat milk and jasmine tea jelly. We went with the recommended 100% sweetness which ended up being the right call. I could also taste the jasmine tea in the jelly this time too, but just wish they cut it into smaller pieces. Strawberry Matcha Latte 100% Sweetness, Regular Ice, Califiafarms Almond Milk ($6.25) + Honey Boba ($0.75): I was initially concerned that this combination might be overwhelming, but it turned out well. The honey boba had a distinct honey flavor and chewy texture. The strawberry bits paired nicely with the matcha, which tasted stronger and more robust this time.We left pretty happy with our drinks, realizing we probably just hadn't been ordering the right ones before.

Cute little tea shop! Family and I were eating at a deli in the same building. It was super crowded as it was a weekend near the New Year. I ordered on the app and it told me 30 minutes. I asked the counter people who told me it would be quicker than that and it was. It was 15 minutes at most. Place is bright and clean. Si my menu and I enjoyed the matcha oolkng Milk Tea with 75% sweetness. My oldest nephew got their signature milk tea with 50% sweetness and we got my mother the Sunright fruit tea with 25% sweetness. We all enjoyed our drink, nice to able to adjust the sugar level and boba was a good texture. Would recommend and will have to try something different next time.

I ordered the Green Tea Yakult, and it was delicious. I haven't found another place that offers a Yakult series, so I'm excited to try the other flavors. I arrived at 11:45 and there was no wait. The space inside is spacious with plenty of seating if you want to stay and enjoy your drink. The staff was efficient and got our order out quickly.

Sunright Tea Studio is a charming little boba tea shop with a minimalist aesthetic. While the limited seating, consisting of a few tables and bench seats along the walls, might not be ideal for larger groups, it offers a cozy and intimate atmosphere.One of the unique features of this shop is its cashier-less system. Instead, customers order their drinks through self-service kiosks, which display images and detailed descriptions of the various boba tea options. This modern approach to ordering is efficient and allows for quick service.I decided to try the Crimson Strawberry Chocolate, a combination of flavors that I thought would be a delightful treat. Unfortunately, the blend didn't quite live up to my expectations. While I enjoy both chocolate and strawberry individually, the combination in this drink didn't work for my palate.My partner, however, was much happier with his pudding boba milk. The smooth, creamy texture of the pudding combined with the refreshing milk tea was a hit.Overall, Sunright Tea Studio is a decent boba tea shop with a unique ordering system and a cozy ambiance. While my personal experience with the Crimson Strawberry Chocolate was less than ideal, the shop's other offerings, such as the pudding boba milk, seem to be quite popular.

What a great boba place! It felt so bright and sunny upon stepping in, and the interior is so open and light, filled with bright yellow hues and beige wood. It makes you feel warm and free just by stepping in. My Mango Jasmine Tea was light and refreshing, and the lychee jelly was snappy and delicious. My friend got a Ceylon Milk Tea with Matcha, and it had a wonderful earthy but still sweet flavor. They were raving about how great their mochi topping was, which I didn't get to try, but I look forward to coming again! This place is in a great parking lot with lots of food options and stores like Cosmic Fluff and an arcade. Incredible location, delicious tea, and wonderful vibes.

First time here and the shop looks nice. I like the openess and brightness of the store.We did the self ordering kiosk and it was easy to navigate.We got a grapefruit green tea and a sunright fruit tea. Both were good. Drinks came out pretty quick too.

The cheese foam on the boba here is so good. Love the brown sugar boba the best. It's so creamy and delicious. I really like the boba here. Also they have a points system for customers that I like. I rack mine up for coming here so much. I like the ambiance here with the bright yellow walls. Really cool.
