this is a great reasonably priced spot in the venetian for a big group. there's definitely something for everyone here! we made a reservation in advance for a group of 11. we ordered a little bit of everything, but the highlights were the hamachi pizza and crispy pork ears! i'd definitely recommend and can't wait to be back.

The revamp of this restaurant cannot be underestimated. I dined here in 2022 before the remodel and the food was equally as interesting but the decor and ambiance look beautiful now! I was able to score a reservation the same day but I can imagine the weekends being a bit more challenging. They serve brunch all day followed by a dinner menu for the evening. We popped in right before lunch and enjoyed some breakfast items. They have some daily specials such as the lobster benedict we indulged in. I also ordered the Fat Boy hash, which had a very decadent bacon jam in between layers. Service was also kind, and courteous, and we came out in a timely manner. I'd be interested in going back for some cocktails and food items (like sushi).

"Sugarcane" is located within the restaurant row between the Venetian and Palazzo resorts. This restaurant has a sister location in Miami. As you might guess, the food here is a fusion, drawing influences from Cuban and Hispanic cuisine. On this first visit, our table ordered the duck & waffle ($27.00); Cuban Benedict ($24.00); Toad in the Hole ($21.00); a diet Pepsi ($5.75); coffee ($6.00); orange juice ($7.50); and a bottomless Mimosa ($26.00). With tax ($9.82), our ticket was $127.07 before gratuity.Think of the duck and waffles as a variation of chicken and waffles. It is duck leg confit and fried egg, served on top of a waffle. They offer syrup, but I didn't use it. The duck tasted good by itself; the waffle tasted good with the egg (and a bit of butter). The Cuban Benedict is a variation of Eggs Benedict. It has roasted pork, smoked ham, Swiss cheese, pickles, caramelized onions, mojo garlic, smoked paprika hollandaise, poached eggs on top of sourdough. It's a mélange of a lot of flavors and textures, and it may not be for someone who prefers a simpler blend of tastes. The décor and setting of the restaurant were pleasant. Service provided by staff was very good.

Since we stayed at the Venetian hotel and decided to give this restaurant a try and have to said the food we're ordering so fresh and tasted perfectly. We came here on Saturday around 3pm late lunch and kind of early dinner. So we had seafood tower and sushi roll and both are came out fast and fresh. The service is great and our server checked in on us frequently. The vibe feel like a little South America we'll definitely coming back.

Sugarcane: A Hidden Gem at the Venetian Resort! We stumbled upon Sugarcane while rushing to grab lunch before heading to the Sphere, and boy, are we glad we did! Our server, Raquel, was AMAZING - accommodating, attentive, and ensured our food arrived promptly, given our time constraint. Also, might I say the ambiance is so warm, classy yet casual. The food? Absolutely phenomenal!- Pancakes with Blueberries: Fluffy, accompanied by whipped butter and maple syrup - a delightful start!- Lobster and Shrimp Tamales: SUMPTUOUS and flavorful, a must-try!- Huevos Rancheros: The beans were incredibly tasty, paired with chipotle aioli and avocado - a perfect combination!- Beef Short Ribs: FANTASTIC, juicy, and accompanied by chillis - fall-off-the-bone tender!Sugarcane is a hidden gem at the Venetian Resort, and we can't recommend it enough! Whether you're with family or just grabbing a quick bite, this place is sure to impress. We'll be back!

Our server was fantastic, so on top of everything from making sure we had everything to filling our coffee. Oh, forgot to tell you we came here for breakfast. We were actually looking for another restaurant, but we got lost inside of the Venetian and I was like I want to eat now! What a great choice this was.We ordered the breakfast platter: came with 2 eggs (we chose sunny side up), breakfast potatoes (yum!), sourdough toast and breakfast sausage (tasty!) and we also ordered Brioche French Toast which came with vanilla cream, fresh mix berries and maple syrup. The french toast came on a cute skillet and it was delicious. We also ordered a side of bacon, but we ended up taking that back to the hotel to munch on later. Oh and of course we had coffee and shared an orange juice. The ambiance here is so enjoyable. They have Happy Hour daily, so need to come back for that, but looks like a yummy dinner menu they have, too, so need to see how that it is! Guess I will just have to make another trip back to Vegas soon!

Sugarcane is a not as bar vibes as the surrounding restaurant but still has good lowkey vibes for pplOverall a pretty basic restaurant that helps u get things to fill your stomach. Came for lunch but i think their brunch would be betterIt gives off part italian but also part spanish kinda vibes.I got the cuban sandwhich which was solid and the fries were crunchy and good.Service was pretty busy so hard to flag him down sometimes, but got him when needed

Great place if you enjoy some happy hour drinks and raw oysters! A couple friends and I visited Sugarcane in between brunch and dinner since it was happy hour. The happy hour drinks we got were the mojito, strawberry balasamic, and blackberry sour. The other 2 (la isla and spicy mango margarita) were tequila based and sounded really good too and I would have gotten those next if we didn't have other drink places later that day. $8 happy hour cocktails and they didn't skimp on the alcohol. It was all delicious. Food-wise, we ordered a dozen oysters, seasoned fries, Brussels sprouts, goat cheese croquettes, a few sliders, and a couple orders of the chicken wings. Oysters - comes with the standard fixings of multiple sauces, the little spoons where you can use to customize your oysters. Pretty good. 6 minimum for the $2.50 happy hourly fresh oysters. If we were staying here longer, we would have done another order. Goat cheese croquettes - these weren't really a big hit. They were OK with me - appreciated the fried piece of cheese and the sauce, but it felt that there was too much filling and not much actual goat cheese based on the flavor and texture. Brussels Sprouts - we got these cause we needed some greens. Not bad. Sliders - we each got one and they were pretty good. Chicken wings - good flavor, but some of it was dry to me. Fries - can't go wrong with these! Service was pretty good. The look of the place didn't quite justify the price of the regular menu items, but perfect for happy hour, though their regular menu items looked sooooo good as well. Very casual spot. We told them we were here for happy hour and they gave us the happy hour menu and seated us. Glad we tried this spot since it's been sort of on our list for years.

We came here for breakfast on our latest visit to the Venetian and we were so happy with the taste and quality of the food, vibe and service. They offer bottomless mimosas for $26 which is a great deal. We ordered "Cuban Benedict" and "Lobster Benedict" and regular coffee. You get coffee refill and the staff made sure our coffee is refilled anytime we needed. The food was fresh and tasted really good. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Super fun place that offered tons of surprises. It was nice to try different kinds of foods that were a fusion of asian and south American styles. I see a lot of reviews mentioning the oysters but honestly, I'd encourage people to go beyond the oysters and cocktails HH fare and explore their menu further. The hamachi pizza was one dish that was surprisingly fun- it had the taste of an omekase sushi presentation with the appeal of being very approachable for a small group of people who are willing to try something new.The empanadas were absolutely tasty- very crispy on the outside and the fillings were juicy and flavorful. The Churashi roll was another example of a sushi style appetizer that tempts the eyes and delivers on the tastebuds. You might have an idea of what it is, but there is some element of surprise each time.I would definitely go back- either for dinner or for a small group.
