I feel like this place is getting a bad wrap from what sounds like a tough soft launch on Valentine's Day.Had the tasting menu on Feb 23rd and it was exquisite, certainly the best new restaurant opening in Vegas this year.Food highlights were the caviar macaroon (so good!), the yellowtail (fish quality was amazing and flavors balanced so well!) and the barramundi (best preparation I've had of that fish). Every course had great flavor and texture contrasts and the menu flowed really well, in spite of not really having a central concept (was this French? Asian? New American? Kind of a little of all).Service was great - our waiter was fantastic and we talked all our favorite Vegas spots. Ambiance was fun but not overly noisy (the mix of 80s and 90s rock playing over the speakers was playing softly enough to not overwhelm).Only complaints:1. Pacing was a little slow at points - 3 solid hours to get through a 9 course tasting menu (2. Resorts World has terrible parking policies - the "free for locals for 3 hours" is useless when dinner (plus walking distance to and from the car takes longer than that) - you really need my $18 when I just paid $600 for dinner?3. Wine list was pretty shallow, although they did have a "reasonably" priced bottle of Daou Cabarnet (reasonable strip standards meaning 3x the retail cost)Overall, a restaurant definitely worth supporting in Vegas and one of the better meals I've had this year. Think a more inventive version of Partage or perhaps a less inventive version of è.

My bf booked their pre fix dinner for our valentines dinner. We went the day prior to Valentines day. Reservation was at 730, wasn't busy when we arrived or sat down. We know they just opened the Monday prior, & didn't have the highest of hopes but definetly excited to finally try the long anticipated newest addition to the Las Vegas restaurant scene. Michelin star chef at that! I will say service the entire night was spot on, the main server was great but the busser was SPOT ON! First few bites were great, and quite honestly a lot of it was great! Few things tasted sub par but overall Tasted well, on beautiful plateware! Each course Came out at a good pace too! Never felt rushed or felt we waited too long for the next course which was nice. Besides the small bites, we cleared two of our plates out of the whole tasting menu. Their steak, & pasta dish. It was a good dinner, not great nor exceptional. This was their 3rd day of opening & so we understand the kinks. Like once they came back to the table to ensure we got a certain course, the messenger went back to the kitchen angrily. Which was a little awkward but again understandable. The chef kept coming out to one particular table behind us who seemed to possibly be "foodie influencers" with their big light, etc. He dropped off food, explained the dishes multiple times to them after over hearing they've dined their prior. Obviously we didn't expect him to stop by although we wish he did scout the front of house a little more (I know he's busy, I'm not trying to be irational) I'm just saying if you're giving attention to ONE table you're already out here even if you didn't check on our table it would've been nice to see him interact with the other tables in the front especially after just opening! Overall it was good, not exceptional! If we didn't know prior about his Miami location having a Michelin star we would've never guessed! Giving it 3 stars because for a $600 dinner, I rated it amongst the other places we pay the same amount for on the strip & it was a little underwhelming compared to the usual places we spend that much on. Glad we got to go! Probably wouldn't be back- but I encourage everyone to try it!

High recommend - we went to the Miami location 3 years ago and were so stoked when the location here opened! They have been open for about little over week and they have it figured out. No complaints, it was a fantastic experience. We did the "long journey". I don't eat seafood and they were able to accommodate me. The chicken is to die for. By far the best chicken I've ever had. Love that we have stubborn seed here! Can't wait to go back.

Valentine's Day dinner and was excited to check out this new Michelin restaurant. Made our reservation and checked in early but was surprised to be seated in the bar area especially for the more expensive tasting menu and was hoping to at least have a view of the beautiful mural and Chef Jeremy and staff at work in the main dining room. We wouldn't have minded if the hostess explained to us that it was a very busy night and we had an option of sitting immediately at the bar area or waiting a little bit for an open table in the main dining room. If we were there just for cocktails and an appetizer, then yes we were seated in the perfect area. Luckily, our server Shauna (from Oahu) more than made up for it. We opted for the wine pairing and I was surprised once again there was no sommelier to pour our pairings especially since we were seated next to their glass wine cellar, but I'm just comparing this to my past experiences with wine pairings and tasting menus. Shauna did an excellent job keeping up with the courses and pairings and deserves a lot of credit for making this a decent experience. The food overall was excellent and that Michelin star for the food is well deserved. My favorite dishes were the Barramundi and the Wagyu and I was very happy with their portions. It was a very busy night so I don't think we were able to experience the full hospitality and service that is usually associated with a Michelin star, but it's obvious they do have a high set of standards and quality control and would like to revisit at a less busy night and update my review. It's closer to a yelp 5 stars than 4 stars and this specific visit was more like a 4.5. The food and flavors were amazing, but it's where we were seated and the lack of a sommelier pouring our wine pairing that specific busy Valentine's night that made me not give it that full 5 stars. It just recently opened and there's obviously some growing pains on the frontline, but the back of the house were serving some amazing dishes and I'm excited to try their future menus.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Had a Valentine's Day reservation, but it felt like we didn't have one at all. Even with a reservation and a prepaid experience, we waited nearly an hour just to be seated. No less than 20 other patrons waiting at the door with us, all with reservations. Once we were seated, the service was cold at best. It took over 30 minutes for our first course to arrive, and when it finally did, the cadence of their prix fix menu was unacceptable. We asked to speak with a manager hoping to communicate some constructive feedback, but no one ever showed up. Overall, a terrible experience--unorganized, slow, and unwelcoming.

Highly recommend getting the chefs tasting menu with the wine pairing. The food is a delight of taste and texture and artistic presentation. We had first class service from Chuck and team. Wagyu course was my absolute favorite - as if cheesecake were a meat. Go to be surprised and delighted. Side note, we had a large conference group in the bar, and I was worried it would be too loud in the dining area but as soon as we rounded the corner the noise level dropped and I didn't give it a second thought.

The tasting menu is indeed a special experience. The flavors, the presentation, the service - all excellent. But to be honest, not the best value. Some of the "courses" were more amuse bouche than actually courses in my opinion. Several people in our party were still left hungry after the meal. I guess that's signature Michelin fare. My favorites were the barramundi and the gnudi, as far as taste goes. I appreciate the effort, but I would prefer a more substantial meal vs a decorative one.

Please do not let the negative Valentine's Day reviews prevent you from coming here! We were delighted to get in for dinner after discovering this restaurant had just opened the week we were in Vegas. Tables in the Dining Room were not available at the time I made the reservation, but we were able to get a table in the Indoor Patio, which is lovely. The whole restaurant is an elevated space but not stuffy, and the table was beautifully set. We opted for the "elevated chef tasting menu." We appreciated the special details of having a personalized menu, which also included a list of all of the staff. What a great way to recognize the whole team! Our server, Mike, was warm and hospitable. There were also others who helped bring out and explain each course, clear and re-set silverware, fill water, etc. Everyone was professional, friendly, and efficient. We were also gifted an additional dessert because we had noted in Open Table that we were celebrating a birthday. Many restaurants don't do this anymore so this was a lovely surprise and we appreciated this attention to detail. The food was beautiful and artistically plated and simply put, *every single bite was delectable.* The cumulative portion of all the courses was just right. We are foodies and we come to Vegas to eat - for us, we would much rather pay for a meal like this than tickets to a show. Considering this is a Michelin-starred chef, the value is excellent. Our experience was fantastic, especially for it being their grand opening week. We wish Chef Ford and the entire team the very best and much success. We can't wait to come back!

The food is absolutely delicious. It rivals Joel Robuchon at MGM. This is the first tasting menu where I devoured every single bite of everything. But again the chef did win Top Chef. Service was exceptional as well. My only note was that the music was terrible. Who wants to listen to 80s rock (AC/DC) while they eat fine dining? Please hire a music consultant. 80s rock clashes with the modern food courses. Just was terrible and loud. But wow, that food. Nice touch to have personalized printed menus. Definitely will be back!I still had to write five stars because the food is that good!
