Streetbird Fried Chicken, located in the Resorts World food court--arguably one of the best food courts in the city due to its diverse cuisines--initially caught my attention with its mouthwatering aroma. I decided to try their hot chicken sandwich with pickles (of course), but unfortunately, my experience fell far short of expectations. At first glance, the sandwich seemed promising. However, my first bite revealed a significant issue: the chicken was undercooked, and the batter was not only excessive but also poorly prepared. It was soggy and undercooked despite the oiliness of the sandwich. While the spices used showed potential, it's clear the kitchen staff could benefit from additional training to ensure food quality and safety. Thankfully, I didn't get sick, but I had to discard the sandwich--a decision I don't take lightly given my aversion to food waste, but my health had to come first.

Streetbird is located in the Resorts World food court! You order on the tablet and then pick up the food at the counter. We shared the buffalo cauliflower, which came with a side of dill ranch. The cauliflower itself was the perfect texture and I appreciate how it came served steaming hot! However the seasoning on the outside was pretty dry and wasn't very "buffalo" flavored. It was pretty much just chili powder / Cajun seasoning on the outside. I usually like Cajun seasoning, but on buffalo cauliflower I usually would expect a wet buffalo sauce instead. It definitely needed the ranch dressing. Overall would probably skip the cauliflower next time.

Stopped randomly at this spot located inside Resorts World on the strip. Ordered the fried chicken (spicy) and sweet potato fries. The service was good, food came out in timely fashion. The ambiance is in the food court within the casino. After receiving my food and trying it out I'd say the chicken sandwich was alright. It was seasoned okay, and had a nice kick to it overall. I'm judging it based off of other fried chicken sandwiches I've had, including fast foods, and it did not live up to that level hence the 3/5 rating. The sweet potato was decent.

Tried this place in the food court of the Conrad...wasn't very impressed with the chicken. It was cooked very hard. The onions rings were very tasty..they use the seasoning they put on the chicken on the onion rings. Service was N/A everything was done through the order screen. Which made the Atmosphere N/A also. Food quality 4/5Food taste 2/5Location 3/5Return Factor 0/5Overall 2/5

As a vegetarian I am glad this place exists. After browsing the other street food places and only seeing meat based items on their menus, I was happy to see Impossible chicken nuggets which are my favorite! I also ordered the fried cauliflower. It was good but a tad on the greasy side. The sauce was pretty amazing though.

Was excited to see Chef Marcus Samuelsson's spot here in the food court but saw the 2.5 star reviews and was wary... super glad we gave it a shot because not only was the food actually really good but the staff was super nice. You can order on any touchpad in the food court I think for any vendor which is nice - if your crew wants to order off multiple menus. We got the spicy fried chicken which was a really good portion for $15. Juicy and well-seasoned. I'd say spicy is not very spicy so go for it. The onion rings were hot fresh and perfectly battered. I guess it was all a little salty though - I was parched after this. Should have gotten a beer to pair with it!

We were excited to explore the Famous Street Foods located inside Resort World. But it appeared that half of the restaurants were still closed on a Thursday afternoon so we tried 3 of the ones that were open. St Fried Chicken looked really good, but it was severely lacking in flavors as much as we wanted to give this and all the places we tried a 4-5 star review. Hard pass until they can do better.

I'm sorry, but I specifically tried this because I'm a fan of this Top Chef and I was disappointed that I couldn't get on board with his vision. Located inside Resorts World in the Food Court area, you place your order on the large "tablet" screens and self pay. They call out your number to simply pick up your order. My first issue is that there are no modifications allowed on the food. So basically if you don't want to get a "hot" sandwich, you can't get this food. Ok, well let's try it his way.Sandwich, Fries and bottled Water landed me at $25. This was for lunch on New Years Eve. I can get past the price but I can't get past the value. The seasoning that comes on the fries feels like a dry rub of some sort and missing salt. I dipped these in the Ranch Dressing I got on the side which helped tremendously. The sandwich, the sauce is hot as expected, but lacks real flavor. I can do spicy when it's flavorful. I used the Ranch on this as well to build out the flavor profile. It got to I point where I just didn't finish it because I just didn't enjoy the bites. I'm wondering what the sandwich taste like without the heat sauce, but oh well, no modifications!

I was super excited to try Marcus Samuelsson's fast food restaurant. I've followed him on TV for years but never had a chance to try it. The chicken had a good crisp and the fries were cooked well but whatever seasoning is put on everything is off putting. 3 of us ordered different dishes but none of us like our food. It may just be that we have a different palate than his cooking at this location so I still want to try one of his other restaurants. The Resorts World food court has been underwhelming to say the least.
