Lovely food truck run by awesome women! They specialize in a plant-based menu, offering smoothies, sandwiches, wraps, desserts & coffee. They sell some groceries, including fresh produce from a local garden and some pantry staples. They offer a zero-waste process if you BYOC (bring your own containers), otherwise your items are packaged in eco-friendly boxes that are recyclable or compostable. We got:* the BMTA which was an amazing sandwich made with plant-based bakon, house-made microgreens, tomato, avocado & aioli, served in a ciabatta bun (or you can get whole wheat bread). - It was the first time I have had that bakon, and its flavor and crunch were soooo dang good! I think I'll have a hard time ordering anything else when I go because I love, love, loved it! * the Tofurkey sandwich which is made with Tofurkey, cheddar cheez, ranch, avocado, tomato & microgreens on ciabatta bun. - Hubby loved his sandwich too! * kids Banana PB&J on white artisan bread. - Kids woofed the sammies! * pink lemonade - yum!* carrot muffins - ate the next day with a coffee and it was perfection! * bbq cassava chips- yum* Lion's main reishi powder - need that brain boost! The customer service was on point! And the food was absolutely drool worthy!!!! We can't wait to go back and will definitely be regulars, no matter where they are parked!

Best vegan pop up food truck of anywhere I've lived!!! Every single item on the menu is hand crafted - homemade dressings, sauces, drinks, etc. I've brought dozens of friends to experience the magic of StarseedsLV and they've all LOVED THE FOOD just as much as I do!!! These sisters make the most delicious food, I literally dream of it

They should update their website, phone number and hours.The website doesn't lead you to their restaurant, it's something completely off topic and they aren't open 24 hours and no one picks up the phone

we drove all the way here and there's no food truck so don't waste your time. It looked very good and I'm hungry and sad

Phenomenal! We aren't vegan but we enjoy eating here because their food is awesome! Their smoothies are super filling and they have the best apple turnovers!!

The food is so delicious. The sandwiches, wraps and toasts are all yummy!!! Oh and the smoothies too - it's all fantastic. If you can visit this mighty trailer, you should! You won't be disappointed!
