This place has been here how long and I just heard of it?! The food was amazing and very reasonable priced with the drinks coming in super nice and flavorful! I'd definitely recommend both the Sabia Bird and Misbehavin. The Ragoon Dip and fresh chicarrones were perfect to go with the drinks too. The bartenders were very great at serving and letting you know to seat yourself as it's open 24 hours still too. Low lighting and great music from surf, LA Luz to the pixies playing while eating.

This drink, Purple Rain is delicious, highly recommended. I ordered the fried chicken fried rice and veggie lumpia. Wow!!!! Incredible!!! A definite must try!!! Can't wait to return!

We came here as a recommendation from my coworker, who always comes here. She stated that the food was delicious and so we absolutely had to try it out. It did not disappoint. Every item on the menu is so flavorful!! we couldn't decide what to get so we got a little bit of everything. We ordered the jerk chicken wings, the oysters which 10 out of 10 my fave, the adobo fries(best adobo I've had), the Thai chili dog, which was very good! Nothing out of everything that we purchased was bad the bartenders were all super friendly and super nice and very efficient and fast whenever our cups would empty they were quick with it. The overall vibe is very hipster/dive bar but very welcoming! It's a small little place, but has a lot of of personality and a lot of of great people to have conversation conversations with! Will be coming back soon

What a fun place. Cute decor, comfortable, not noisy. I went here with a group of about 10 people. We want to return. Menu had unusual, interesting meals that surprisingly included some vegan items. Everything we ordered was good with generous portions. Bartender was responsible for bar and table service. That is a lot for one person, so we had to be patient.

Fun and well thought out drink menu. Asian and island fusion food. It's a different bar menu but I love that. Tiki decor. It is dark inside and a little bit warm but it's a non corporate drive bar and those always get my business. Tables and bar area.

I stopped by Starboard Tack because it's been on my list of Tiki themed places to check out in Vegas. It was the middle of the day on a Tuesday and to my excitement it's Taco Tuesday here! The bartender was very friendly and welcomed us right away, we grab a seat at the bar and looked over the menu. She guided us in picking our poison. I was feeling in a light crisp mood so I went for the Starboard Taquiri and my hubby always goes for the old fashioned type drink and she assured him he would like the Cold Buttered Rum so that was that and we had to order the Tacos.There was a customer sitting at the end of the bar that saw us deciding and had to share her love for the tacos, so how could we not oblige?! The vibe in the place, I would describe as, dive bar meets sunken ship; which is right up our alley. There's plenty of seating at the long bar as well as tables around. They have TVs for sport fans and some good beers on draft. The bartender made our drinks with obvious love, the garnishes and presentation were beautiful and the taste was exactly what we were looking for. The tacos were delicious, we got ground beef and they are made on a crispy fluffy tortilla almost like a wonton consistency but lighter (and better) not too greasy at all.Overall, experience was great and we will back, their food menu is impressive so you can make it back multiple times and still have plenty of choices.

The first time I came here, I was invited by some friends for some drinks. I didn't know what to expect when I drove up and didn't see that many cars in the lot (it was around 5:00 PM). I walked into a dark room, with a pretty long bar and several specials on the wall. I met up with my friends and ordered a draft beer. At this point, this place was just like any other dive bar I've frequently over the years.What really changed my opinion was checking out the food menu. After a few drinks, I got hungry and asked the bartender about food. He handed me the menu, and I was shocked about the offerings. Yes, there's the standard bar fare (hamburgers, wings), but the options went beyond dive bar. There were several different Asian offerings, including Thai style meat skewers, a Hawaiian Loco Moco, Filipino Lumpia (egg rolls), and Kimchi Fried Rice. Everything we ordered was delicious, blowing my mind on how fresh everything tasted.While I don't have the chance to stop by too often, as it's a little far out of the way from where I work, when I do stop by, I always come hungry, as I've never had a bad meal here.

I want to keep this place on the DL because it is such a hidden gem...but they so deserve 5 stars! This Vegas hideaway is located within the heart of the valley and is a perfect place for late night food and drinks! Their menu is impressive! Trust me when I tell you to order the Brussel sprouts, Chicken Katsu, and fried rice! Their food is no joke. To be honest, we were so busy having a good time and being in the moment I didn't even get any pictures of the food. But you have my word it damn good and bartenders make perfect drinks! Good drinks, and good food is always a win-win situation!The service is really good but your food will take time because they took everything fresh so it's nice and hot. If you're with a group of people, there's plenty of seating and room to accommodate.

I ordered lunch from Starboard Tack for delivery, and wow, it was an incredible experience! The food arrived still fresh and hot, which is always a great start. Everything was absolutely delicious and bursting with flavor. I have to give a special shoutout to their adobo on smothered fries. I never thought I'd find a place that does this, but I'm so glad I did. The adobo is vinegary, fatty, rich, and just what you need to hit the spot. Whether you're eating it on top of the crispy fries or with the perfectly steamed rice, it's just perfection. And the portion sizes? Super generous!If you're looking for a fun and tasty lunch spot, you've got to try Starboard Tack. They definitely know how to pack flavor into every bite!

Came here for the vibes and was blown away by the food. Cheesesteak and Reuben sandwiches were exceptional. Creativity shines through in their pan-Asian twists on traditional dishes. If you're down to venture off the strip this place is worth seeking out. Will definitely be back.
