Still looks freshly new. Good complimentary breakfast that's filling with make your own waffles, oatmeal with lots of toppings, breakfast croissants, eggs, pork sausage, 3 kinds of yogurt, fresh fruit, bagles, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, juices, etc.Rooms are clean and spacious. Regulated AC is loud as the airplanes nearby. If you like the room cold you easily can set the walled thermostat.Loved their shower so much asked our contractor to add the American Standard features they have: different nozzle modes with powerful water force, grab bars, pull down chair since we're renovating one of our bathrooms soon.Microwave oven, mini fridge, iron in the room. We had two queen beds and a sofa that Doc loved. They even feature a site to purchase their furniture, lamps, etc. brand new.As we had well behaved quiet birthday grandpup with us it is an excellent pet friendly hotel. Our door had a problem opening when we came back last nite after 11:30 pm and the maintenance man used his know how with the help of a gadget to get us back in to the room- happened only once.Would we come back? Yes, off the strip but still quite pricey.

SpringHill Suites by Marriott Las Vegas Airport is a dog friendly pet hotel (non refundable fee of $150 per stay, with a maximum weight limit of 35 lbs and 2 pets per room) that is fairly new. The room has a small microwave and mini fridge (however no freezer) with a pretty spacious room and free breakfast (6-10 am every day).My husband, our little girl dog and I stayed here on a recent visit to Las Vegas. We didn't want to stay on the strip as the majority of hotels charge a parking fee and resort fee. Unfortunately this hotel charges $10 per day for parking. Our king size bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. I wished there was better lighting though because I felt the room was still dim when I was read. I liked that inside the shower had Dove brand bath wash, shampoo and conditioner made available. I also appreciated the ample amount of towels already placed in the bathroom (honestly, it should be accounted for 2 body towels per person not one towel per person when hotel staff stock the bathroom). Check in at the front desk was friendly and there were a few luggage dollies by the front entrance to help load our luggage from the car to our room. The housekeeping staff we had interacted with during our stay was also very friendly and all in smiles when they had seen us each time (most likely because of our little girl. She has that effect on others). The breakfast was fine, as there was sausage, eggs (scrambled and hard boiled), assorted pastries and bread, juices, coffee, oatmeal (in a packet that you have to prepare yourself) and fruit (apples and bananas). One thing that was a problem was that you can hear the airplanes go by. My husband had an incredibly hard time sleeping at night. I also heard the airplanes as well but somehow was able to fall asleep eventually. Because of this problem, this hotel is not ideal for light sleepers. Although everything else was fine, we won't be able to stay here again in the future.

Had a short trip to Vegas and chose SpringHill Suites Las Vegas Airport because of their pet friendly policy. Pros:-great staff. Everyone from their front desk staff to the people who work the breakfast shift were friendly and wonderful-they are pet friendly! There is a one time fee that you do pay for. Although there isn't a lot of green space around the hotel, they do have a pet relief station outside-I loved their west elm collection, especially the sofa trundle. It was so comfortable that I'm thinking of buying it for myself online. -breakfast menu rotatesCons:-none Other:-parking is $10 per day

I stayed here for three nights last week, and was very pleased! At the time of this review, the hotel is only about three months old. It still has a new smell to it, particularly the carpet. You can still feel all of the texture on the carpet in the hallways and in the room. So lovely! The room looks a lot like most Springhill suites, a very familiar design in terms of the room layout. I stayed in the king suite, which was exceptionally clean and comfortable. I do like that the shower had a door on it (some of the Springhill's do not), so that was a plus. And the barn door is a soft-touch close and closes completely, so you don't feel like you are so exposed to the rest of the room like you would at an Aloft. The staff here is extremely friendly and helpful. They have a really nice lounge area in the lobby and free breakfast, although I never get up early enough to enjoy a hotel breakfast. The added bonus of this hotel (seeing that it is off strip), is that there is a Starbucks right in the parking lot, so you'll just walk a few and get your fixed! There are a couple of restaurants and fast food spots nearby, however Uber eats is probably the best option if you're looking for a variety of food to eat without having to go to the strip or drive around the area. They do have a laundry room here with a single washer and dryer, again very clean and well-kept. I was able to do a couple loads of laundry and felt so right at home! Just like every Springhill suites, there is a mini fridge and microwave in the room, the desk is a nice size for you to actually work at, and the TV does rotate from left to right so that you can watch from your bed or from the couch. The sofa is the standard west elm trundle bed that folds out into a sleeper. They do have extra bedding in the room for it. I would stay here again! Five stars and two thumbs up!!

Excellent hotel and great quality experience. It is very new which made the rooms well made and safe. The front counter was extremely professional and nice. The workout room was nice and had enough to get you going. Rooms are modern and very clean. The breakfast was great probably one of the better ones I had in a while and they owe this in general to one of the best attendants I have ever had in the many hotels I have visited. She has enough energy to power a city, extremely pleasant, great smile and overall made me feel amazing. She was welcoming and hard working. SATOMI made an amazing impression. Honestly I think she put my experience over the top by making my work morning better. I will come back to this place.

Great spot for Marriott Bonvoy members. I cashed in the annual free night pass here. No regrets. Super clean, organized, spacious, and modern. Great staffing. Welcoming and friendly. Love all Marriott locations and branches. Free complimentary breakfast is always convenient. Lots of fully stocked amenities, towels, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, soaps, etc. Mini refrigerator and microwave are inside room. Double beds and pull out sofa bed can fit a few people. TV is small. New and very clean maintenance. Slept very good on hard mattresses. I think ladies will like their walk in closet inside room. Deep and huge! Excellent place to sleep for the night. You can also walk to coffee shop, donut shop, etc. There are places close by that are great options if you don't want to have breakfast here. Dining room was pretty busy and packed after 9 AM on a Sunday morning. They have everything here. Comfortable and beautiful. I really enjoyed the short walk over to the little donut shop operated by Cambodian family around the corner onto the big street. Love Springhill Suites. Definitely come check them out. Very convenient to get on and off Hwy 215 and head onto all kinds of directions. Great stop.

I would not normally review a hotel unless it was noteworthy as in this case. The property is new and very clean, the rooms comfortable and laid out well. But the staff here was the best part of my stay. I found each and every one on duty from April 15th/16th to be welcoming, cheerful and very helpful. It's obvious they are happy to be working there and have pride in their work.Refreshing to see this in today's working environment where there often seems to be a range of unhappy campers.Made it a lovely stay. Kudos to the crew and management! Thank you!
