This is one of my favorite food spots and I always come back for more. You can really tell that those that work there have a great amount of pride in the food they serve. It is pretty difficult to get a reservation so I'd plan ahead. If it's a week day you might have a chance at the bar if you're a small party. They also have somenice wines and a sommelier on site. My favorite dishes are - The Oxtail Hummus- The Yams- The Broccolini- The Foie GrasI have had The Chefs Tasting Menu twice and it does deliver and is totally worth the price.

On a business trip, I tried Sparrow + Wolf with my colleagues and was looking forward to the creative dishes of this restaurant. I could really feel the chef's ingenuity in flavor matching, but the overall experience still had some shortcomingsIn terms of atmosphere, the restaurant's design is full of modernity, and the lighting is soft, creating a warm dining environment. However, the seating arrangement is relatively close, and the noise is a bit loud during peak hours, which affects the comfort of communicationIn terms of food, the combinations on the menu are quite innovative, such as Japanese sweet potatoes with plum cream and Chinese sausage, which are balanced and rich in flavor, which is impressive. However, the performance of other dishes is slightly uneven, and some dishes are heavily seasoned, which masks the flavor of the ingredients themselves. In addition, some meals are beautifully presented, but the temperature control is slightly lacking, which affects the tasteIn terms of service, the staff is friendly, but the overall rhythm needs to be optimized. The waiting time after ordering is long, and some dishes are not introduced in detail when they are served, lacking recommendations on flavors and matching. Although the overall atmosphere of the restaurant is relaxed and casual, for a restaurant that focuses on exquisite and creative cuisine, the professionalism of the service still has room for improvementIn summary, Sparrow + Wolf has merits in flavor innovation, but there is still room for improvement in detail polishing and overall rhythm. If you want to experience some unique dishes, this is a good choice, but if you expect a full-scale high-end dining experience, you may need some adjustments and patience

5 Stars - My Favorite Dining Spot! This is hands down the best fine dining experience you'll get in Las Vegas! Yes, it's pricey, but every dollar is worth it if you want a full-on experience from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. We went for the Chef's Tasting Menu on Valentine's Day, and I honestly can't imagine celebrating a special occasion anywhere else. The service? Phenomenal--welcoming, attentive, and truly next-level. The ambiance? Perfectly curated to make the night feel extra special.I'll keep shouting it from the rooftops--this place is a MUST for any big celebration or just when you want to treat yourself to an unforgettable meal. Can't wait to come back!

Sparrow and wolf was one of the frequently recommended restaurants to check out in Vegas. Was pretty excited to check it out. Food is a modern take on Asian food, leaning heavily into more Thai/Vietnamese flavors. 1. Sourdough was soooo good especially with the good French butter 2. The duck dumpling starter was alright. Good but not great.3. Secreto: I really liked this dish. Pork was cooked very well. Good sauce with acidity 4. Charred broccolini: this was pretty bomb. I always love a good veg dish and broccoli is always fantastic when charred5. Negra: always love a squid ink dish. This was a bit lacking in that flavor. Nonetheless it was still pretty good but could be betterOverall, Sparrow and Wolf is a cool resto with a changing menu. Would definitely come back when I'm in town. Service was also fantastic. Together with the cool dark vibe

Had a fun time trying an upscale restaurant conveniently placed off the strip in Chinatown. Service was fantastic and our server was very attentive. The cocktails were also really good. This is a great place for small plates and delicious drinks. I took my girlfriend here for her 22nd birthday. The best part about the menu was the oxtail hummus and steak tartare. Our entrees weren't as exciting as the smaller bites as we opted for the ribeye and another meat dish. Still fun trying. Interesting and tasty spot. Would come back again

The food here was amazing! I love love the seasonal menu, and I'm definitely coming back to try items from other seasons! The service here was also great- our waitress was so funny but also so nice and helpful with recommendations. The environment is nice, a bit off the strip, and not in a location that you would have expected for such great food. Overall really enjoyed my dining experience here!

Menu is very interesting and unique but, but but...Clarified Bloody Mary was sweet and didn't tasted like Bloody Mary.Best dish we had was the Pork Secreto entree, tender, balanced flavor.Grilled Oyster - the oyster was tiny and dry, barely set it's presence. PDry Aged Red Snapper - sounds so appealing but taste just like any other regular red snapper. Sauce was sweet.Bahn Cuon ground duck wrap - it was fine, sauce was sweet.Oxtail Hummus - second best dish we had. More balanced.I'm general top much sweetness in the flavor/sauces...

This was our second trip to S+W. It was excellent, again. We shared several plates: oysters, snapper, ox tale hummus, duck, fois gras, beef tartar and octopus. The octopus was our main and excellent, but the snapper, duck, fois gras and beer tartar were so good they would have been the best dish at any other restaurant we've been to recently. Their flavors are so innovative. Nick is the sommelier. Super unpretentious and very earnest and enthusiastic about his craft. Instead of ordering a bottle of wine, we split several different glasses throughout the dinner matching the dishes. Nick's guidance and service makes what would otherwise be an excellent dinner, an unforgettable experience. While Nick was the highlight, the whole staff was excellent. They just crush the service. Basically, S+W is as advertised - it's a neighborhood restaurant that gives you a Michelin star experience without the cost or pretension.
