Great guys and the thing about them is that they are responsive and very transparent when it comes to quoting. Not a moment where I felt like i didnt understand what was going on, and trusted their advice on my washer machine that wasnt working.Being not familiar with appliances and also afraid of sales people, Im glad I met this group. Will be using them moving forward for all of my property issues

Had Max come out to my place to give my washing machine a lookover today (October 8th). Rather than try and go for the sale on a repair job, he was honest and straight up said I'd be better off replacing it. He even gave a lot of good suggestions and tips on maintenance and what brands to look out for. Top flight stuff, right there. Might have to give the guys another call since my fridge's ice maker doesn't work anymore!

Fast and friendly service. Our repairman came out the same day within a few hours of contacting him. He was friendly and fixed our washer very quickly.I would definitely recommend them and will come back if my washer needs service again.

I called about my washer, described the problem, and immediately Max looked up the model and part. The part was in stock and he came over a few hours later and fixed the washer right away. I am amazed at how responsive he was and how quickly he came out to fix the washer.

Very easy to work with. Called and max picked up right away. Texted him a photo of the serial number and he was at the house 2 days later with the parts. Repaired it quickly and we were back up and running.

Max was quick to respond. We scheduled a day/time for him to diagnose my washing machine. Unfortunately, due to my machine being a real Maytag and it's age, the parts are no longer being made and Max could not repair. So we only paid for the service call. Thankfully he provided what parts he deemed broken and we were able to find them. My husband was able to change out one of the parts and now our washing machine is working fine.

Last night, our washing machine was giving us an error message, which basically said that the drainage on the unit wasn't working. I called at 7:30am and spoke to MaxHe just asked me what was going on. I explained to him that it wasn't draining and that I got an OE message. He immediately knew what it was and said that he would be over in three hours Max is a master class at his job. In a town where a lot of people are mediocre he's amazing.If you need anything with your washer and dryer fixed in a timely fashion, and a very reasonable rate, I highly recommend Max and his company

I was having problems with my Samsung dryer not spinning so I reached out and Max was able to come out and diagnose the problem. Fast, great work that solved the issue and even gave me some recommendations for preventative dryer care. Highly recommended.

Called with a Samsung washer that wouldn't drain. They were able get me on their schedule right away and had the problem fixed within about 30 minutes. Friendly customer service and exceptionally professional people. I couldn't ask for more.
