Souperb Wagyu Hot Pot & Grill

My friends and I came here on a Monday evening around 7pm. It was not busy / not packed. We chose this place because it has both BBQ and hotpot. There were 4 of us and we ordered the "Premium BBQ and hotpot" on the menu. Lots of options on the menu. Good meat quality. Vegetable, fish ball and noodle bar is a nice touch. Lots of sauce options in the sauce bar. Each of us tried a different broth - herbal none, mushroom, tom yum and golden chicken - they all had good flavor. Service was great ! Our server was friendly, nice and knowledgeable of the menu. Ambience - usually Korean/ Japanese bbq, well-lit and clean. They accept reservations which is always a plus. It is located in a strip mall so there's an adequate number of parking spaces. It was an amazing experience for us! I will definitely will be back.

Food was great, server is excellent. Go ask for Tai when you drop by! Super (or should I say soup-er) attentative and friendly. I'd do the BBQ over the soup. Meats were marinated well and good quality cuts.

Im in Vegas for a day and wanted something good to eat, I saw the positive reviews so I decided to go here instead of my usual favorite spots (like 888 jbbq or nabe). That was my mistake! For the price point I feel that it is alright. I believe for the hot pot and KBBQ it's $45 but right now because they just opened they are offering for $37. The amount of things that they offer is honestly super limited compared to other places. Around 5pm there was no customers at all. We were the only one in the restaurant and by the time we left around 6ish there was only one new table. An empty restaurant should be the first sign of it being off. Despite the restaurant being empty, the service was a bit slow, as in the server wasn't that attentive or present when needed. The veggie bar is super limited! I was honestly shocked how little options they had. The vegetables were not all fresh either. The cabbage was soggy and old looking and the jalapeños at the sauce bar were soggy and slimy. The sauces were also disappointing. The sesame / peanut butter sauce was not it and don't get me started on the ponzu. As for meats, the meat quality was good. I don't really have complaints for the meat, just that they don't have a huge variety for KBBQ. Banchan option was marinated soy sauce onions, macaroni salad, kimchi, and radish paper. So not that great banchan variety. They also have appetizers available on the menu, I liked the corn cheese and the shrimp tempura but the kimchi pancake was not good. The pancake was not edible as it was sour and off tasting (and this is coming from someone who love super fermented kimchi)!The soup base I got was sukiyaki, it was alright but not the best. It was on the super sweet side. My bf got the mala which he liked but did say it was super spicy. Overall, I would probably not see myself returning in the near future.

Arrived on Sunday night. They have plenty of room! Very big, very spaciousI love soup flavors they have. I ordered the Mala Spicy. That is going to be more Chinese flavor broth with Szechuan peppersI love a Chinese broth and it is very hard to find that vegas, most places in town are catered towards Japanese or Korean flavor but they have plenty of choices It is all you can eat! Come hungry! Veggie bar has plenty of options and the sauce bar is one of the best sauce bars I have seen in vegas! I will be coming back and bringing more friends

Great AYCE ! They even offer a discount if you have a restaurant membership here. We got the Korean bbq and hotpot. We did come at a later time and there was one other table here. We love that our server helped us cook everything on the grill for us. It made the food better since we generally overcook by accident. This way the meat came out medium-medium rare which is what we love. We even got to get some sushi/sashimi as part of the menu too. They have a bar where you can grab all the veggies, sauces and fish cakes for the hotpot. Overall everything was great. The only downside were the bonchon side dishes were not the best. But we would def come here again. The price was good, the restaurant clean, they have the vents above the grills. We tried 888 last Vegas visit, we def prefer this place more.

Excellent mix of shabu and Korean bbq. It was tiny bit overwhelming but we were oriented well by our staff!The food was great. Order the Wagyu combo or premium! My fav was bulgogi

Stopped by earlier for dinner and this place is way overhyped and understaffed. We opted for their Soup-erb menu because we wanted to eat Wagyu. Little did we know, their Wagyu menu isn't AYCE. You only get one itemeach on their Soup-erb menu which ended up like 1 plate Wagyu. Their AYCE meat option wasn't fresh and hard to chew on. The sauce bar is small and everyone was on top of each other and was fighting for sauce. It was hard to even get the server's attention when we were ready for the check. After this experience, we would not return.

My family and I had our first dinner here at Vegas after one day of long drive from San Diego. The food was great with a wide range of options and Alex was super attentive and helpful! Highly recommend :)

Passed by this mall/shopping area this week and saw the sign for the hot/pot kbbq. Decided to take my family tonight and try it. I'm used to just eating hot pot or kBBQ, but this restaurant had both. Alot to choose from. Food plates was ordered and delivered fast. Out server Alex (girl) was nice, helpful and quick and attentive to our needs. On a Friday night, wasn't so busy so we had good service from everyone. I'd come back again.

good food and great service from Tai ! Lamb and beef Wagyu and tongue were all very good!
