Soru Ramen really set my expectations high for ramen, I couldn't believe how delicious the food was! I always saw this restaurant on DoorDash, but I never ordered from here but yesterday was a nice rainy day and the thought of Ramen was perfect. So I decided to go with Soru, because of their ramen/sushi special. The beef ramen was perfection and the sushi was great, the packaging was great, because everything is separated until you mix it yourself. Definitely going to stop by the restaurant sometime soon, the ambience seems great from the photos I've seen online.

I tried Soru Ramen, and honestly, the ramen itself was pretty bad. The flavors just didn't hit--bland, unbalanced, and not what I was hoping for. I also had the curry and I was so disappointed. Definitely not a place I'd come back to for ramen.That said, the miso soup? Easily the best I've ever had. If I were rating just that, this would be a five-star review. The service was also solid--friendly and attentive staff, which made the experience better despite the disappointing main dish.Maybe it just wasnt my vibe, so would still tell people to give it a try.

Cute little place for small groups. We had cravings for ramen after a long Friday night. Found this place and decided to try. No reservations required. The service was quick to our surprise. My ramen was in the table within 5 min AFTER ordering. Shortly after my husband food came in too. My ramen came with spice level, I started with 1. My husband's food was good too. He said he would get it again.

I've been here a few times now. Service and quality have always been good. I like taking out of town friends/family here for ramen because of the fun decor.I've tried a few of their ramens but the tonkotsu shoyu ramen has a really good flavor.

$14 a bowl?! We just found our new go-to ramen spot. we both got the black garlic Ramen. I got a level 4 spice and my husband got a level 2 spice. I have a very high spice tolerance. This is the first Ramen spot I've had where they actually make it super spicy and I loved every minute of it. The flavor was great.They also have sushi, seafood boil, and appetizers. We'll have to come back and try them.The service was speedy and friendly. We also thought the anime decor was nice.

This place is a vibe. We ordered pick up and everything was nicely packed and remained a perfect temperature. The ramen of course was amazing and the sides were great, too! We got gyoza, edamame, and some rice. The man that took my order and rang us up was extremely attentive and helpful. 100% would come here again!! Plus, the interior is so cute.

Wow, I'm impressed with not only the animae decor but the ramen broth. Before arriving I placed myself on the Yelp waiting list. I waited maybe 10 minutes but they were very busy. A full packed restaurant. It's not big either. Also they do not have alcohol (Sake, Beer or Wine) but, I did see some patrons drinking a beer. Possibly brought their own. Not only do they serve Ramen, they have sushi and crab boil too. Food: Black Garlic Ramen with thick noodles. The broth was flavorful and enjoyed slurping it. The noodles were cooked perfectly to me (al dente). The chashu was tender and easy to chew. A great spot and I loved that the broth was hot. Some ramen spots broth is warm and not hot but Soru Ramen was hot. I loved it.

We were in the Henderson area and craving some ramen on a cool night. Stumbled upon this place and glad we did. Place is located in a shopping mall with decent parking. Cool little restaurant with a good amount of anime decor. Workers here are very friendly. We got the standard tokontsu ramen and the black garlic ramen. Both bowls were large and generous with ingredients. Flavor of the broth was rich and nicely balanced. Nice hot bowl of great tasting ramen was a good way to end the night. Highly recommend.
