Ooo baby, it's Ube. Sweet and crunchy honeycomb candy pieces from Blooming Buns Bakehouse are folded into our creamy ube base. This contains refined coconut oil.
Gather 'round the campfire. We fold chunks of Hershey Chocolate, our famous graham cracker crumble, and mini marshmallows into our toasted marshmallow base.
Honey, I'm home. Natural honey brings this herbaceous lavender the right amount of sweetness. Topped with hand-crushed Blooming Buns Bakehouse honeycomb dust.
We're doubling down on cookie butter. Belgian spiced cookies and house-made cookie butter swirls are folded into our original cookie butter base.
Wake and bake. Butter cake doughnuts are baked fresh in-house and folded into our special french roast coffee and sweet cream base.

There's a lot of personal preference when it comes to ice cream - soft serve? Frozen custard? For me, give me a beautifully made hard pack made from all natural ingredient. Throw in some creative flavors to stand alongside the stalwarts and I'll be back over and over. That's what you'll find at Sorry, Not Sorry. A treat everytime.

The staff is super friendly and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. The shop itself has such a cute design and cozy vibe--it's definitely Instagram-worthy!Even if it's a bit of a drive, it's 100% worth it. Plus, the prices are really reasonable for the quality you're getting. If you're looking for a sweet treat that hits the spot, this is the place to go. I can't wait to come back!

Visited this place after driving by and being enticed by the long line of people waiting on a chilly sunday night. Upon walking in, I was greeted by the intoxicating smell of fresh waffle cones and the fun pink/ black color scheme all over the walls and the cups and spoons. The employees were very friendly and allowed my friends and me to sample as many flavors as we wanted. I ended up ordering a split single scoop of cherry amaretto chip and the ube honeycomb. I looooved the cherry amaretto - it reminded me of a more sophisticated take on Cherry Garcia. The ube honeycomb was also good, but there wasn't really any honeycomb in mine, so I wish I ordered the salted pistachio brittle which I sampled instead. I really wish they had not sold out of waffle cones because I'm sure it would've further enhanced my experience. Overall, I would definitely return to try a bunch of their other unique flavors and a waffle cone!

I scream, you scream, we all scream for SORRY NOT SORRY CREAMERY! We walked in our first time and were greeted by a friendly staff who let us sample any flavor we wanted! Deciding which delicious flavor is the hardest part bc every bite is better than the one before! We especially liked all the vegan choices! Not to mention the fact that they make their waffle cones in house and they are also vegan! What?!! So cool!! The restaurant offers an assortment of size options. We appreciated the split scoop option since we wanted to cut back on the sugar. It was the perfect size for a delightful sweet dessert. This chic and clean establishment is the perfect spot for an ice cream craving.

My wife wanted some ice cream after our lunch. I searched and found Sorry, Not Sorry Creamery. It's a small place with tables outside. Inside, they have different combinations of ice cream that they make in small batches. They even have 3 vegan options. I chose the vegan strawberry shortcake. It tasted great. I can taste the cheesecake and strawberry. I wished they had strawberries instead of strawberry swirl. Still great. DJ's rating: 4.52/5.00Would we come back? Yes. Definitely.

Soooo good, this place was pretty happening at 10:00pm on a Friday. It is impressive despite a queue everything moved quickly and the team was super friendly giving everyone an amazing experience. Not only do they have the best Ice Cream they legit have the best tasting vegan options ever. They encourage a taste with a sample on the little baby spoons. The 1 scoop is the size of a baseball rested on top of a super crunchy waffle cone. The ice cream ( oat milk), strawberry shortcake, worked its way down the whole cone. Perfect to the last bite.This was the best cone I remember. The odd feeling is like a beach or vacation was missing. Ice cream bliss!

Shoot, I'm not sorry I came here! The ice cream was delicious. We had the ube honeycomb and the brambleberry crumble. The cone was so light and crisp all at the same time. No seating inside. There are a couple of tables outside but it was too cold. Definitely I'll come back again.

You guys, they are by far one of THE best ice cream places in the city. You're not going to find flavors like the ones they're creating anywhere else. Currently, the seasonal Cherry is my fav, 10/10!You can never go wrong with the ice cream flight, with 4 choices of ice cream.The service is always quick and friendly and the different locations are always clean!Love it here and will always return.

Been wanting to try this place ever since I saw a TikTok on it months ago. Finally got the opportunity and man, it was up there with some of the best ice cream I've ever had.I couldn't settle on one flavor so of course, I ordered the flight of four scoops. The flavors I tried were Ube (my favorite), cookies n' cream, bumbleberry (second favorite), and the seasonal cinnamon roll cheesecake (least favorite, but still good).The service was also good. I arrived shortly after them opening and was able to order right away. Shortly after I received my ice cream, a huge line began forming. So get here early if you want to avoid the crowds. It's known to get crazy later in the day.
