Sorry Not Sorry Creamery is such a gem! Even when the place was packed, the staff was super friendly and kept things moving smoothly while also being really patient while I sampled a few flavors. Love that kind of service, especially when it's busy.The vibe inside is super fun and laid-back a perfect spot to go with your family or friends. The flavors are next level! They have some wild and unique options that change seasonally and everything tastes super fresh. If you're in the area and craving something sweet, definitely stop by. You won't be sorry !

My family are huge fans of SnS and eat it as often as we can. None of my kids live in NV but they always want at least one visit when they come to see us. Apparently, word is spreading because we've had several out of state friends ask us about it because they heard about it from other friends or social media. For us, SnS is the most delicious ice cream with the most vivid flavors we've ever had. There are other ice cream spots we like but this is #1, and our first choice if we can get to it. The reason we visited this location was because our daughter was in town and the beltway was closed over the weekend so we couldn't get to the closer Summerlin location easily. I'll renew my call for a comfortable seating area. In our hometown of Seattle, most of the good ice cream spots are set up like coffee shops. You can sit in comfortable chairs, maybe in front of a fireplace and chat while you eat your ice cream. If you chat for a while, you usually end up ordering more ice cream at some point or a drink. This is one of the biggest social things we miss from WA because no one is doing it here. You already have the best ice cream on earth. Not everyone likes coffee and you would have instant fans if you did this! Aside from that, it's hot here in the summer. I don't love trying to pound down my ice cream in your parking lot on 100+ degree days

What fantastic ice cream with homemade waffle cones. The flavors are each more delicious than the other. The interior is so bright and welcoming and the service is top notch! This is a place to stop in every time I visit.

The ice cream here was great! I went for the first time today. There were about 4 vegan options. I wish on the chalk board all vegan options were placed next to each other. They have them listed in between non-vegan flavors. This made it harder to spot them. I did let the worker know it was my first time there and I wanted vegan flavors. He said them pretty quickly so I felt pressured to answer whichever ones I remember he said. I was not offered samples, perhaps if you ask that's something they would provide. I'm not sure though? It's a small interior with no place to sit. I did ask for two scoops and I was driving back home.. I was not asked if I needed a lid on top. So I ate the first scoop quickly in the car before driving home. Something I def recommend asking for if you need it, since they did not offer.

After hearing all the hype about Sorry Not Sorry, I finally stopped in one night. We got there just in time before the line got really long. We were greeted immediately and both staff members who were working were really pleasant to interact with. Being our first time in, we were asked if we wanted to sample anything. I asked to try the pistachio flavor and it was good so I went ahead with a scoop of that. My son got the mint chip and loved it. They have a rotation of seasonal flavors so you can stop in and find a new limited time favorite before it's onto the next season's flavors. We sat outside on a bench to eat our ice cream. So happy that they opened in my neighborhood and that we can stop in for a yummy scoop of their one of a kind flavors.

Finally made our way up to Inspirada to try this place. Been hearing and seeing great reviews about the ice cream here and boy it lives up to the hype. Service was awesome! There was a big group ahead of us but we were helped as soon as we walked in. There were no seats but a little table top near the front door but the place was very bright and inviting. The gentleman helping us was very friendly. We got Ube Honey Comb, Double stuffed cookies and cream and Salted Caramel Salted Caramel Butterscotch. I enjoyed the Ube Honeycomb and my family enjoyed their flavors. It was one of the creamiest ice cream I have tried. It wasn't overly sweet but just the right amount to satisfy my sweet tooth. Definitely adding this place to our top list of ice cream places in Vegas.

We ordered a two scoop ice cream and because the second scoop was not packed on tightly, it fell off onto the counter while trying to pay. The employee did not offer to put a new scoop on. He just handed us a cup. Terrible customer service in my opinion.

This place is still by far one of my favorite places to grab a sweet treat Sorry Not Sorry. Stopped by this deep Henderson location with hopes of turning my gen z fam into believers and let's just say they are fans as well. The service was great and I appreciate how patient employees were while we sampled Holiday flavors. $60 later and an Newley earned loyalty points I'll definitely be back!

Ice cream is one of my favorite things so I'm very picky about ice cream flavors and textures. Sorry Not Sorry is definitely a "creamery"! The ice cream is super creamy and there are multiple tasty flavors to choose from. When you first walk in, the smell makes your mouth water from the fresh waffle cones. The staff will let you try multiple flavors but be cautious because it can make your decision even harder if only want one scoop. I decided on Campfire S'mores which looks kinda gross but the smell and taste are nostalgic if you like roasted marshmallows. Definitely give it a try! My boyfriend chose the Ube Honeycomb and he really liked it. Sorry Not Sorry is now in my top 3 ice cream spots. They can compete with Salt n Straw (IYKYK). I'll definitely come back for more! Give Sorry Not Sorry a try ASAP!
