Sons of Cakery Las Vegas

I wasn't sure where to get a cake for a birthday at the last minute, but thanks to a suggestion from a Facebook group, I found Sons of Cakery, conveniently close by. Carly was informative and honest about the process, and communication was smooth and easy. I sent her a picture of the cake I wanted, and she was able to replicate it perfectly! The cake exceeded my expectations--it was not too sweet, perfectly moist, and absolutely delicious. I will definitely book with her again!

I had such a great time ordering from Sons of Cakery and Carly. The ordering process was incredibly easy and they were able to make the customizations requested. They were incredibly communicative throughout the whole process from the delivery to status, they even sent a photo of the cake the night before. The cake itself was exactly as expected and incredibly tasty (we went with a funfetti with vanilla buttercream frosting). Looking forward to ordering from Carly and team in the future!

We celebrated my aunt's 70th birthday in Las Vegas and I was in charge of the cake. Since I was ordering everything from out of town I had to make sure that the process was easy. I sent over general concepts of what I was looking for and this is the beautiful cake we got. Thank you so much!

I was BLOWN AWAY by my wedding cake! I contacted Sons of Cakery with what I expected to be a slightly challenging request. I wanted a tres leches infused cake without the risk of sogginess, and they went above and beyond my hopes and expectations! My new husband is not a sweets person, but will dig into a slice of tres leches without much hesitation. And let me tell you, he absolutely LOVED our wedding cake! Thank you so much (I believe I was speaking to Carly most, if not all, of the time) for giving us our dream cake!

Carly was the best! She was very responsive and super nice! I ordered a smash cake for my daughters birthday. The cake was beautiful and exactly what I wanted! The cake super tasty and the buttercream was delicious! Thank you so much!

Sons of Cakery is the best. I found them on Facebook when I was searching for recommendations for my sons first birthday cake. I am not sure if they have an actual storefront though as we communicated via FB, and I picked up from one of their other family owned businesses which was close to my home. Regardless of that, the transaction went smoothly and everything was handled professionally. Also I love to support small local businesses. Carly, one of the owners, was super sweet and accommodating. She went the extra mile to be sure everything I wanted could fit into my budget. I also changed my mind a billion times and she never seemed bothered. I (finally) decided on a 2-tired Sesame Street themed cake, and 36 cupcakes.18 red velvet with cream cheese frosting, and 18 peanut butter with vanilla frosting. They also threw in a free Elmo smash cake as it was his first bday! The cake and cupcakes were delicious. The cake was one of the best cakes I've ever had. It was moist and the buttercream frosting was perfect. Even the fondant was tasty! Everyone kept asking me where i got the cake because it was so good. My son loved the smash cake too. I will definitely use these guys again for any future events.

Carly is a blessing! I live thousands of miles away from my daughter in LV and haven't celebrated a birthday with her in 5 years. I wanted to do something really special this year and Carly MADE IT HAPPEN. She also personally delivered the cake. My daughter and her workmates raved that it was absolutely stunning and delicious saying it was very moist and not overly sweet. It was PERFECT! Thank you, Carly!

Horrible customer service as I attempted several times to order a birthday cake for my mom's birthday without getting the courtesy of a reply. I went to Freed's instead and got GREAT customer service and a delicious cake.

Threw a last minute party and I did want a store bought cake. She was able to make me cupcakes and a smash cake for my little one. The cake was super cute and tasted amazing. All the cupcakes were gone towards the end of the party. Next time I will be ordering a bigger cake in the future.

I can't say enough great things about Carly and Sons of Cakery. My son turned one, and we did an Encanto-themed cake. I gave Carly pretty much free reign and she designed a cake so incredibly beautiful and thoughtful that I got SO many compliments on it, and we were almost afraid to eat it - luckily, however, we did, because not only was this cake a work of art, it was one of the best cakes I have ever tasted, truly. It's rare that a cake that looks so beautiful, custom design, and unique is also delicious. It tasted just as good as it looked. Carly also made matching cupcakes and a smash cake, and you could truly just tell the attention to detail, time, and care that went into all of it. Most of all, working with Carly was truly a pleasure - she was responsive, kind, helpful, and made the process smooth and fun. Would recommend her to ANYONE, and will definitely be coming back for any future bakery needs! What a lovely, talented, fantastic person.
