fast and very friendly service! my bf is able to get what he needs from there all the time. the only negative would be the actual product itself. like the grabba leaves always seem to be extra dry. not sure if it's the ways they are stored inside the smoke shop or what but it's annoying. also love the burning oils! great bang for your buck!

I like this place. I like their wide selection and convenient hours of operation. I was about to give them 5 stars until I just visited and bought 5 boxes of this product which was labeled with stickers for $2.50 and SOME of the exact same boxes had stickers on them with the price of $3.50. The kid working morning shift sold them to me for $3.50 and when I asked about the price change, he said they went up and the boxes he's giving me are with the updated price. Weird. Then don't have the $2.50 on display because that definitely made me feel bamboozled.

this is my go to spot . both guys that work there are great and always are super friendly and helpful . they know my mom and i by now LOL . they always give me advice on what's good or not and are super honest about the product. been going to this place for years ! love it . they have the cheapest prices in all the products compared to the others i go to and i wouldn't go anywhere else .

If I could give zero stars I would. Bought a vape walked out it broke. Walked in and they laughed when I said can I switch it. Dude is a joke!

I had a item issue and the young man had great customer service on more then one occasion.

Terrible customer service. I always buy puff bars here. Other day I bought a puff bar and it came leaking out of the package and non functional. Because I walked out of the store with it before I opened and realized it was leaking, they wouldn't exchange it. Not like they see my face every week. Good way to lose a customer. Don't shop here, the staff is rude.
