Came in and asked for what I was looking for and had a huge selection to choose from! Store was clean and the employee was helpful and pleasant. I go to the laundromat next door so it's nice to know the smoke shop is there if I need anything while I'm already in the plaza.

They sell defective products. When you try to return or exchange they won't let you. Smoke shop on Charleston and Sloan has much better service and take accountability for when their products are defective instead having you give away money for something that won't work. They'll tell you it looks used... as if you weren't trying to use what you bought from them hence it looking use... make it make sense. Plus they $5 over the other spots anyway. Been going here 10 years and that stops now. So for reference, cuz I will be filing a complaint, If the item is faulty then you will have your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 against the retailer. You may also have a separate warranty direct with the manufacturer - and if you pay extra to the retailer for an 'extended warranty' you may also have another set of rights against the retailer or third party insurer.Bottom line is that when a product breaks (especially if very soon after purchase) you should use your legal rights.Also, I contacted the COOKIES company directly and this place is 100% selling knock off pens. COOKIES does NOT retail through 3rd parties and that was directly from them. So they got some issues coming their way. Hope they enjoy the audit coming up.

This is one of the sketches smoke shops to go to they change their prices up and down. If you're looking for a place to work that pays under the table this is the place to work at they pay in cash no need to worry about taxes or paperwork it's all done under the table. They also sell to anybody and everybody the people that work there don't even have id To be asking Customers. Crackheads outside of the store. More sketchy stuff going on inside pick a better smoke shop. This wishes are dried out and sometimes only come with one in the packet of two. I like how late this smoke shop stays open. The guy behind the counter was very nice.

We all come here for the goods, water for the hangover, pipes for the legal stuff, beer for the fear and condoms for ya mamas. It's a great spot reminds me of my bodegas in NYC.

This place is horrible went to buy some cigs the african guy was nice when i walked up didnt card me since clearly i work at a gas station bought my cigs then ask for a reciept becouse how much i payed didnt look right then wants to ask for my id for a reciept like really? Got my reciept and like i thought was charged more then stated price go back to tell him and he flipped the script real quick and getting loud following calling me all types of bitches and so forth i will not be going back very rude employees all that was not even called for

I went here for my first eCig and Shaun (sp) was very helpful. He walked me thru what products he has and when I decided on one he walked me thru how to use and maintain it step-by-step until I completely understood.The shop was neatly displayed and seemed very clean. I was also happy with the many options I had especially since it is my first time. I will be returning here! Thanks guys!
