Lack Product/Higher Prices/ Bird FecesThey fail to order enough cigarettes. Over the course of a year, there were plenty of times we were told to come back after their order came in. My brand is one of the most common and I would think after asking him to carry extra, every time -for over a year- on a weekly or biweekly basis, that they would keep up stock, however they chose not to. Smoke shop that charges more. Their price for my cigs is actually more expensive than 7/11 so I haven't been back in since I moved across town.Bird Feces in cage and around the store on the floor. They have a caged bird which is interesting however it's still a cage with feces in it. Also birds from the parking lot wander inside because they leave their door propped open. This made for an anxious exit last summer because the bird began to fly around the door as I was trying to leave. It obviously could not find its way back out. Again, that's more bird feces in the store. The younger guy was always nice and friendly and there is a lot of parking however the lack of product, price and bird feces is not worth a two star rating. No thank you.

Why am I not surprised this place has NO reviews whatsoever? I can only assume it's because of the horrific service of one of its employees that thinks he can speak to customers as if they are his ex boyfriends. I didn't seem to be too interested in a certain digital scale he was trying to sell me so when I said I wasn't really interested he proceeded to start questioning my reasons for not wanting to buy it. Which, btw, aren't really any of his business anyway. If I'm not interested in an item, then I'm just NOT INTERESTED IN AN ITEM...simple as that. So when he starts taking random guesses as to why I don't want it I just kept saying "no that's not why" so when I finally got fed up with his bullshit, I decided to just leave and as I'm walking out, he shouts, "Liar!". I told him he needed many MANY lessons on manners and customer service and he just argued and argued with me and continued his rants as I was walking out. As I did absolutely nothing to deserve this needless to say I will never come back here and I feel that everybody else who thinks about coming into the smoke shop should know how horrendous this man's customer service "skills" are. Posted a picture of the exact employee who gave me this horrendous "service".
