Great service. Fast. Accommodating. Went here on a whim. Found out they have almost Wholesale cigars. I bought a box of cigars. Great prices. parking is normal for after work hours. Convenient location by food and other stores. Very busy sidestreets. I highly recommend this place for smokers and for the casula cigar afficionado. Say Phil sent you.

the owner has very bad service. The item that i had bought was a puff , It doesn't work. I can't hit it When i hit it barley smoke comes out . I tried to get another one and a refund but he refused and told us we have to charge it in able to work. It's been hours and it still isn't working. I spend $21.66 on an item that doesn't even work !! I highly don't suggest. This isn't the first time

Went in to get a new glass piece and the guy helping me was extremely rude throughout the whole process, I thought it was just me at first but one of the other customers waiting mentioned to him how rude he was being. Very poor customer service, do better.

They suck, like actually. I can to buy a product came back the following day for the same product because the one i got day prior doesn't work all he could say is discount, like stfu you sold me a broke item and refuse to exchange it. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I went in to return something and was treated horrible. the juul I purchased would not charge. she refused to give me my money back and finally exchanged it for something else. I was very polite to her even though she upset me. as I was leaving she told me never to come back to her store. she was very rude. I would never recommend this place.

nice and clean shop and fair/reasonable price than other smoke shops. also,they have huge collection of water bongs and hookahs, pro clubs and soda just for $1. friendly customer service. Awesome place!

Do not shop here. They will try and cheat you like you can't count and then when u catch them, they have the nerves to catch an attitude. My son has a learning disability and they tried to cheat him out of $10. When I went inside the guy had the nerve to get attitudish. Talking about next time he needs to have a receipt when he has literally just walked out and, THEY DONT GIVE YOU A RECEIPT UNLESS YOU ASK. SHOPPER BEWARE

I used to come here very OFTEN . Had no problems until recently , from the man throwing my change across the counter because he didn't want to hand it to me to being yelled at and verbally abused for not grabbing my stuff quick enough . I am completely and utterly upset!!! Today The man proceeded to yell at me and said to "please hurry up and count my change" *it was literally 70 cent that I had to count out which consisted of 2 quarters and 2 dimes ‍ so you can see how it would not take long to count that * and then told me that he was not being rude because he said please . He ALSO asked me if I understood English because I told him that saying please does not justify his disrespectfulness. Told them I would be reporting this and they told me I need to find myself a new smoke shop. I would not recommend this smoke shop ever . Only went here because it was near home . I will recommend Bobs smoke shop , they have better prices & more items!!!

Love it here this is one of my backups they got the best deals on puff bars and the staff are very nice people
