Smoke shop

I called and asked if they had a specific product and the man said yes. I drove all the way down there and when I got there he didn't have the product I called for. It was an Indian more older man then proceeded to try and sell me a different product. How can you run a store and not know your products??? He wasted so much of my time for nothing.

My man Mike helped me out with getting an essential oil vape pen today, lord knows i needed it. And i even got a candle that smelt delightful, along with a bussin bag of hot cheetos, if you do pay a visit to this shop tell Mike i sent you!

Don't buy from here. This is the THIRD time I've bought a Puff Bar Plus from this place and after I left the shop it died on the fourth hit. It's supposed to have 800. I went back with my receipt and I was told no exchanges or refunds, even though the employee who sold it to me told me when I purchased it that I should "buy them from there because other places have bad copies of them." I've been a regular customer even before the shop changed owners and will never go back, neither will my family. Don't waste your time.

This place rip me off for $30.00. I purchased a smoke pipe here and the pipe wasn't properly made. Inside the pipe the glass was practically ceased together which prevented a proper airflow which prevented a hit. After using the pipe one time it clogged up and was unable to use it because it was clogged inside the pipe. The owner refused to offer any diplomatic solution just expected me to take the loss of $30.00 after using it literally only one time before it ceased up on me. This place has poor quality products and extremely expensive and the customer service is extremely poor. I would recommend going to Cigarettes Fragrance down the street the guy there is super cool and prices are great. Steer away from this place the guy is a complete a#%hole and should be kick out of that location.
