Love love this smoke shop !!! The couple that works there is super friendly and knows what they are talking about !!! I always come here to but my Smoke's !!

I purchased a silicone and glass pipe from this place. I owned it for two days. I went to take it apart for the first cleaning and the bottom glass chipped. I called in and management will not help out at all except 5 bucks off a new pipe. I did not want a refund just an intact pipe. If it's something I broke I would just buy a new one. The lady on the phone is nice but the manager sounds like he's blaming me. Obviously taking apart for the first time shouldn't break it. WTF

This place has an amazing customer service Isaiah Is very helpful and very kind and patient and will help you out on what every you need he knows his tuff pretty well

This shop is our go-to place. They always have the quality pieces that only the old school die hards would recognize. Prices are good. They always know how to help me when I describe what I'm needing.

Went in to buy a carton of cigarettes and a few other things, total came to $90.69, accidentally gave him a $120, but he insisted I only gave him a hundred and robbed me of twenty dollars. Refused to recount the amount given to him and very rudely said leave my store. Lost a loyal customer.

Just purchased a banana ice puff bar and was confused why the flavor was a little off. I went to website to verify the product and turns out it's counterfeit. Made sure by checking a puff bar I bought from another smoke shop and was confirmed. I had gotten 3 puffs from House of Smokes, all registered and none of the 3 puffs I bought from here registered

Place fucking sucks. They sell you broken product's and wont replace or refund. Dont go theres another smoke shop across the street just go to that one fuck this place
