Though many people would say "If you've been to one smoke shop, you've been to them all," but I would surely disagree. Though the premise is pretty consistent from one shop to another (as are the prices), the individual shops can vary greatly based solely on attitude. Though some prices can vary from one shop to another, the people that staff the shop can truly make all the difference. This shop offers extended hours, a free lighter when you buy a carton, and a friendly employee that engages with customers and helps out with any questions or assistance with piecing together the best value when requested to do so. Some smoke shops are staffed with bitter, negatively opinionated shop owners that make you feel like a nuisance upon entry. I have never experienced that here and though the only thing I have ever bought there are cigarettes, the staff is always friendly and nice to chat with. I would like to see the acceptance of American Express and maybe a slightly better discount when buying a carton, but other than that, this smoke shop is one of the best in the Northwest.

They don't open up the store on time only when the owner is working... they have the worst customer service and they even argue with you when they know they are in the wrong and I've seen this place kick out customers for standing their ground when they purchased a fake product from this smoke shop. I've been outside waiting for someone to come back and open the store after I had already watched someone come in and turn lights on and open the gate inside and turn on all signs and now that the store is suppose to be open there is no employee at all... I am very disappointed with the way they treat their customers here and how hours of operation mean nothing here, there are four other cars out here waiting. Don't waste your time

Stay as far away from this place. First off, Valerie the cashier lied. I asked the price of two items before she rung them up. She told me something was a dollar, when it was $3. I realized that what I bought could not be $30. I asked for my money back and she said no refunds. These people are ripoff's so stay away!

I enjoy coming here all the time the workers are always great and wonderful people. They make me feel welcome and know how to hold a conversation. They keep a clean and efficient shop and always strive for the best service when I come in. They know me and my face and are always happy to see me which I love! One of the best smoke shops to come to

The owner of this smoke shop is very rude, and has no sense of what customer service is. This man ran me out his shop threatening to tase me after I confronted him on how rude he was being during our interaction. I would not recommend coming here to anyone seeing how this man has no idea on how to run a business.
