MAKE SURE YOU DONT LEAVE WITHOUT COUNTING THE 8pc CHICKEN. This is the 3rd time I was shorten, and this time I didn't leave, I went inside and told them and they began accusing me of eating them. Really?? The MANAGER "LEE" is extremely rude! He has no customer experience except to feel high and mighty and make you feel like you're robbing them and being an inconvenience to them, I never been treated so wrong.

I've stopped by a few times and this place literally has everything!! And the staff is always very helpful. I will say their blacktop is dirty but it's north town and there's a lot of homeless sadly can't control it but other than that inside is always calm and a great shopping experience with the employees

Smiths store on Las Vegas Blvd , shame on the meat department, we shop at this particular store quite often and like everyone these days you look for the sales , bargains etc, we have purchased T-bone steaks New York Ribeye steaks, and every time it looks like someone took a bite out of the RB and T-Bones, they are cutting off the tenderloin part, maybe they think people don't know what's going on but we do, it's awful, and you can do better. Rip offer!!

In Vegas on vacation need a few items decide to stop here worse thing ever . The shelves were pretty much empty looked like there was a food shortage. As you walked into the store , in the store and out it was zombie land. There was crack heads everywhere so sad .

Unfortunately this store is always having a crowd of people in there that lice to fight but unfortunate the store management is doing nothing about it. I was there shopping with my husband and paying for our groceries when we heard an argument at self checkout. It happens it was between a customer and one of the employees. The argument escalated even though there was a manager there. Another cashier had to leave her register to go grab the other employee who was arguing with the customer to de escalate the situation. By this time people walked out of the store fearing the situation was going to get worse another cashier crying, and other customers feeling unsafe. If my employee acted the way the Smiths employee did she would have been pulled off the floor right away. As a manager I would have not just stood thI called corporate and explained the situation and spoke with the manager but for some reason this store can not handle the fighting in the store. I will not be shopping here anymore. Smiths has changed for the better. Especially the Deli. Was provided with great service today !!!! KeepUp the great work

Gotta day that store isn't no in a great neighborhood but they keeep it clean, everyone seemed friendly.A manager saw me saaying they had hidden thhe bread, I was joining, and he made sure I was aimed on the right direction.The only drawback would be that they have a large area locked up, but again, the area warrants that. The checker we had was SO SLOW! She didn't care either. I got a blank look instead of a greeting, too.They do have a sushi maker at this location. Always a plus.

This smiths is disgusting! I don't understand why just because the part of town is not a "rich" part of town, why the employees and even managers don't give a shit about their food quality, or customer service ! The lines are wrapped around the store alllll the damn time with 2 registers open and only self checkout, and no one wants to open more registers ! They want to regulate how many people are in a registered line, but constantly let people with 50+ items, in 15 item or less lines or self checkout ! It doesn't make sense ! Food is ALWAYS expired! ALWAYS !! Today we were kicked out of line because we didn't have a basket or 10 items, but we did have 10 items ! Just to watch the same person who kicked us out of line, let 2 other women in with only 3-5 items each, and NO basket ! It's a damn joke at this store ! We complain and not one single manager gave a shit about what we had to say and ignored us, then security tried to kick US out for getting upset !! This is just ridiculous ! The cashier told us "there are 27 other stores to go to" and he was right about that ! We rather drive to a decent part of town and actually have good quality food that is NOT expired, and better customer service, then this store ever again !!

Earlier this year I was at Smiths grocery store on Skye Canyon in North Los Vegas.I was driving an Enterprise rental car and it was a very windy day as anyone who lives close will verify.When I got back to the store a shopping card had seriously damaged the drivers side wing mirror. The cart had been blown into the cart.I asked store management if they had any video and no one responded.When I returned hope i showed the damage to my neighbor.To my surprise he said " I saw that happen but did know it was you care"Long story short Smiths has declined responsibility, " we dont control the weather"I agree but you do react to it with things like mats at the entrances when it rains.I need Smiths/Kroger to pay enterprise the $850 it cost them to repair the damage.Help.......please

Horrible customer service at the gas pump. The lady was very rude and tried to justify her rude behavior by saying she was speaking to a manager on the phone. I'm very disappointed considering the fact that she was much older than me and still think it's okay to act the way she did (like a child)

This smiths is lame anyone reading this all the bad reviews are true Low stock Homeless/crack heads everywhere Lines are too long and unorganized And people are just too much here in general
