Simpli Sushi is simply delightful! After a long afternoon of kayaking on the Colorado River, I could not be bothered to cook dinner. Enter Simpli Sushi.Cut Roll Bento - $14This bento is a fantastic deal. You get 4 half rolls, a solid amount of poke, and edamame for only $14! It definitely filled me up. The rolls are just your basic ones but they're done well, with fresh fish and rice and a great ratio of the two. The poke and edamame are awesome, as well.Spicy Tuna Onigiri - $5The photos on Grubhub do not do this one justice. It's HUGE! If you're not too hungry, this onigiri could work as a meal. Tons of fresh spicy tuna inside, and I loved the nutty sesame seeds on the rice. I'm sure the salmon one is also great.Overall, I loved ordering from Simpli Sushi. Would highly recommend this spot if you want a filling but affordable sushi meal. Plus, the rest of their menu looks fantastic.

I N C R E D I B L E! I try to order from Simpli Sushi when I can, because the quality is amazing and communication is on point. They were waiting on an edamame shipment and substituted quality fish for me instead (in my bento box). I'm always an advocate for small businesses and I can't wait to sit down at the restaurant one day ;)

Every now and then, I NEED to satisfy my sushi craving. Lately, since going to so many AYCE sushi places, I wanted something different- greater quality. So I searched on yelp and found an abundance of omakase sushi restaurants. Although they were all very appealing, something about Simple Sushi really stood out to me. From past experiences, pop-up sushi spots have never left me disappointed. Seeing that this is a small family owned biz, I wanted to give them a try. I placed an order couple days in advance for a variety of nigiris for pick-up on Saturday. I arrived at the pick-up location a little bit early, called them, and a nice gentlemen brought out my order. He was nice enough to tell me that they added a a couple extra pieces as a token of their appreciation. My order came in a small pizza box, with a beautiful presentation once I opened the box! Peep the pic. Everything was delicious- including the uni (my favorite)! And the pieces were huge! You can clearly tell that the chef makes each piece of love and care. All of that food for $35! I pleasantly surprised by their service, food quality, and just everything in between. Thank you, Simple Sushi!

My husband just came home with a sushi order we placed and it was So beautiful! And so fresh. And so delicious. Clearly made with love. I would order from here a million more times.Thank you for the attention to detail and for adding a cute little Valentine's Day touch! We loved it!!

Best sushi in Vegas with the best customer service. Owners are great and I've never had a bad experience. Sushi is simple and fresh.

The staff is very friendly. The food is fresh and definitely served with love and smile I will be a return customer for sure.

During lockdown it was nearly impossible to have my sushi cravings fulfilled but Simpli Sushi knocked it out of the ballpark with their delicious menu!! Not to mention the company is extremely courteous and you can be sure to be satisfied with each order.P.S. Guys, please open up a restaurant soon. You're better than half the other restaurants that are in town!

I rarely write reviews but they are simpli awesome. I ordered twice and both times have been happy when I got the platters home. Fish is super fresh and texture is great. Probably super fresh bcuz they only open twice a week and so their fish is fresh. Presentation is beautiful and just a good mix of great sushi, sashimi and rolls. By the time I thought of taking pics, the platter was all gone. Lastly owner is super friendly and was very accommodating. They close early at 7pm and each time they took our order even if it was very close to closing time. A+

Had it delivered and I can't say enough good things. Presentation was beautiful, fish was delicious, nigiri was amazing. Highly recommended.
