If Im downtown or in North Las Vegas, and I want some cheap fun, this bowling center is it. There's 35 lanes(I think), and on Friday nights they have Cosmic bowling. Also, I can slide over to the casino and put a 10 in the slots for a free beer and shot I can rent 2 pair of shoes, and get 2 games for me and my lady for $18. But order your food ahead of time at the snack bar, because BOTH of the employees like to take their extended 15 minute breaks AT THE SAME DAMN TIME! Just a tip.But back to the $18. It only cost my fiancee $18 to get her ass DUSTED up and down the bowling alley while she wants to drink martinis talking shit. I was hittin those STRIKES!! Told her to SPARE ME the BS!!

Took my boys here to bowl three games on a Sunday afternoon, very affordable. The place is kinda rundown looking and there were only two other families bowling, but we had a good time because the workers were very nice and helpful.

My friend told me about $1 bowling here on Monday-Friday between 9am-4pm. They have something called the "Blue Pin Special." If you see a blue pin in the "1" position and you get a Strike, you win a FREE GAME! (Make sure you notify the attendant when you first notice the blue pin at the 1 position) We bowled 4 games. I got the Blue Pin Special only once and I got the strike! My buddy got it 3 times and he hit the strike twice. They make you write your name on the coupon and it expires in 2 weeks. There are 24 lanes. I think they close the lanes at 9pm. The place is kind of old, but you can't beat $1 a game!

I took my kids on a Wednesday after school and it was great. Four bowlers and four shoe rentals for $16! Snack bar was priced very well too. They had kids shoes size 7 which was awesome because usually the smallest you can find is a kids size 9. They even he a six pound ball which I've never seen beforePlenty of open lanes while I was there, 24 total lanes.Restrooms were clean and the employees were very friendly. On the other hand, it is located inside of a pretty rundown casino so it has the lovely smell of a casino. They don't have ramps to help little kids bowl, so you'll have to wait the 5 minutes per roll if you have a little one with you. There was also no music or jukebox to play music so you have to bowl in awkward silence. Over all it was a pretty good experience, I'll probably go back, but only during the day time. It is in a pretty shady area.

We came around 7 30 and they told us nothing was available until 8 we waited and finally at 8pm we went back in line.. the 2 guys working told us that they didn't have bumpers available because they were cleaning and if we wanted them we had to wait so here we are like dumb asses waiting again and half an hour later we go back only to be told they did not have 2 lanes together even tho they knew we were a big group.. fuck this place for reals they hella made us waste time

I actually really love this place. Its definitely a bit of a trashy casino, but once youre in the bowling area, you hardly notice. the staff is ALWAYS super friendly. The first time I went, the guy even hooked me up with a free shoe rental.Im not a very good bowler, so I guess that if youre really serious about the sport, you probably wouldnt like it here. If you have a family and want something fun- go here. its super affordable! for 3 of us with shoe rentals and 2 games came out to just under $20. Also, if you want to have some beers, miller high life is $1 and theyve got all the great nasty bowling alley food for cheap too.I always come here with my niece and we always have a good time. its cheap, i dont feel that bad about her slamming the ball down the alley, and theyve got orange cheese nachos. awesome.

What a dump! Silly me found a Groupon for $19 for $50 worth of bingo play at the Silver Nugget. Naively I mistook Silver Nugget for same thing as the Golden Nugget in Downtown Vegas. My, was I dead wrong. I may be an old lady at heart because I enjoy bingo, but this place uses automated machines that totally take the fun out of marking your own numbers. There's probably a reason why this Nugget didn't quite attain "Golden" status: this place is definitely for people with gambling and chain-smoking problems. BUT!! At least they put in a bowling alley and shitty arcade with broken games. When I have kids and a gambling addiction, I'll just dump them off here while I get my fix spending their college tuition money. Besides, they're gonna get lung cancer anyway right? Avoid. This place makes me sad.

CLOSED! The Silver Nugget bowling center was a very affordable activity when you had some free time and happened to be in North Vegas or downtown. $1 games on weekdays and cheap beers. Unfortunately the last time I went the bowling alley entrance was boarded up and a wall was put up in the casino to block it. All references to the bowling center have been removed from their web site.

Wanted to bowl really quick. 30 min before they closed the clerk told me I couldn't bowl because they were closing early. I had my own bowling balls and shoes and I would have been really quick but they still wouldn't let me bowl. I will never go there again! Bad service and establishment.

Place had terrible shoes, small bowling lanes, very very old tech and things didn't even work right every time, for example we were 10 mins in the game and already had issues with the game processing points and turns. Would probably recommend this place if it was 10 years ago
