I tried the infamous 2022 pizza champion in 2022 while on a trip to Las Vegas. When I met Flor I had mentioned I was from the bay area and rented a car to try her truck because I heard she's the best in Vegas and i extended how I enjoy another pizza champions pizzas near where I lived . She graciously made me 2 of her famous margherita pizzas and she didn't charge me! To say the least I was shocked! But at the same time I knew she was the real deal.... The pics I posted should speak for itself! Simply one of the best in las Vegas!Fast forward to 2025, I now live in the Vegas area and her Friday location is close to home... So to say the least this review is way over due and I still frequently visit flor and her great staff on a regular basis. I look forward to seeing how the brick and mortar location turns out this year ,but no matter what I'll always check out this great truck in Vegas. HANDS DOWN TOP 5 Pizza IN LAS VEGAS!

This is my favorite pizza in Vegas! I usually go to Khoury's Fine Wine and Spirits on a Friday to get their pizza. Sometimes it gets packed and it can be a 20-30 min wait, but it is well worth it. The quality ingredients and amazing custom truck built to make the perfect pizza is what makes them sooo good! Can't wait to see what their brick and mortar location will have!

Finally got to try this pizza food truck & it did not disappoint! Went around 7:30pm and ordered 3 pizzas (13inches, 4 slices) to share for a group of 4. We were given a buzzer and wait time of about ~45min but ended up being about 1 hour. Definitely be prepared to wait and come not too hungry yet lol. During our wait, we were able to enjoy some beers at Khoury's at least! - Diavola: a classic red I love getting at different spots, love the spicy salami - Truffle: truffle not too in your face, which I prefer. A favorite of the tables- Mimosa: tasty, creamy and interesting with the corn Overall, delicious pizzas with amazing crust! Ingredients were fresh & quality. Just know there is a wait considering there's only 1 oven!

The 1st time I ate Master Pizza maker Florina pizza. Was at Khourys. I had the Diovila spicy pizza. It was remarkable. I love the freshness of the products a d quality. The second time we actually hired her to do a party for us for about 100 people. Her wood fired. Pizza is amazing. You definitely have to try it. Solid 5/5

This local business is as authentic as it gets. The website shows how they built their food truck from the ground up. The family of owners speak Italian as their first language. Marinara wallet pizza is very good. It comes with no cheese, making it "accidentally vegan." At first, the crust masks the flavors of the wallet pizza. You have to eat it carefully, as the liquid from the sauce eventually oozes out of the folds of crust.They also have vegan mozzarella, so I look forward to trying some of their other menu items in the future.This is the resident food truck on Friday evenings at Khoury's Fine Wine & Spirits. So, you can pair the food with your favorite adult or non-adult beverage. Both can be enjoyed in the patio, taproom, or seating area in the store.

The best pizza I've ever had in Vegas!Light and delicious I enjoyed every single bite.Service was excellent, I recommend to everyone!

Stopped by the truck today as they set-up the truck just behind Khoury's Fine Wine off Eastern. Got there at 4:30 when they opened. Waited about 20 minutes for 2 pizzas. One was a funghi pizza (mushroom) with potatoes and eggplant. The other was sausage and broccoli rabe. Both were delicious! Neopolitan style with that simple but flavorful, chewy dough. The coolest thing is the state-of-the-art truck itself. There is a huge, wood fired stove INSIDE! So dope! One side of the truck is all windows where you can see all 5 people working on various orders. Coolest food truck ever! I cannot wait to try more pizzas. They also sell Arancinis, wallet pizzas, calzones, and dessert dough. I will be back the next time they're in town!

Best best pizza!! We love having their pizza at Khourys! Wish they were here more than one day a week.

Good Pizza ( Neapolitan style ) just as good as Settebello , but mine was little too charred underneath !
