One star for the laughs
Blurry but you get the point that is mold
Newer carpeting and linoleum flooring.
Me at Siegel suites
Deadbolt for safety.
Bit size TV, view from living room. Snug, you get what you pay for.
Great a/c.
Useful desk.
Nice bedroom.
Comfy casino style furniture.
Full size oven is a huge plus!
Full size sink is a plus!
My door with nails sticking out of it and it looks like someone kicked it in
Bed seems brand new.
If anyone has these symptoms after living at Siegel Suites contact your Dr immediately! Ask to be tested for mold exposure!.
Nice furniture appears to have been purchased from a casino that was trading out.
That's been like that since she got here still hasn't fixed it
A view of my door that's broken
My sink that the maintenance man promised to fix but didn't
The Siegel's own air quality test! they paint over it and lie.. poisoning their tenants to save a few dimes on drywall!

We just moved from Hawaii & needed a No-Lease, Short term place while we figure out our next move. We moved with no furniture just our clothes. So a place like this was ideal. We looked at 5 other places on Boulder Hwy & passed it all up. It was the condition of the rooms, it smelled like piss, heavy alcohol, drugs, A/C rust smell was in the air, underneath the kitchen sink the boards were water damaged. This was the 6th place & the room was much more cleaner and do-able. Our mattress & box spring had a plastic wrap & everything else was cleaned. Even my carpets was shampood. Because we weren't sure if we liked the area, we paid for 1 wk. So, 3 months later & we have to say good-bye. Here's all the positive reasons why we extended our stay. Kim (The Manager), Is a straight up person that doesn't like dramas. Such as Gangs, Drug Dealing, etc. If she finds out, your out! My husband also noticed she walks the property at night sometimes. Which made both of us more at ease while we are here. Frank (Office Personel), Does a great job with explaining all the details, giving my packages, always smiles, etc. Justine (Office Personnel), She just started but she is the sameway Frank is. They both have great customer service skills. Their maintenance guy, alway running around & doing something. I've only put in a request once for a broken kitchen drawer & the next day it was fixed. They also have Security guards at night, which made me feel safe walking my dogs at night. 90% of the time it was very quiet, especially at nights. No cops were ever called. Okay, Now the downside, 10% was neighbor dramas, but it didn't last for more than 10 minutes. Which for me, I understand. The water heater broke, but was quickly fixed the next morning. The Wi-Fi sucked, because the one you pay for isn't secured. But this isn't any of the workers fault. Bottom line.. Would I stay again here? Hell yes!!

The goodThe manager was nice and seemed to like David and Puff. The office has free Pinkbox donuts. It's a seigel suites property, so it's inclusive and has a kitchenette.Cats are allowed. I'm not sure if there are pet restrictions buy I think probably not... the manager lives there with a menagerie. The maintenance staff is fast to respond and extremely competent. QThe bad48 hour notice is required for the return of any deposits...even a key deposit. Really. OK fine whatever. There are non refundable pet deposits (just call it a fee!?)The kitchenette is not very functional. A microwave would help, especially as there is no prep space. (An island would be a welcome addition. Better than the rickety table and chairs.)The furniture is super uncomfortable. Bring your own bedding and pillows. Queen mattress. The uglyBelieve the reviews that mention the roaches. We gave up. We had the guys in to spray and roaches followed him as he sprayed as if they were curious or perhaps they were simply the lookouts to tell the horde when it was safe to cone out of hiding. There seem to be several distinct species...including some that fly. I talked to long term residents and they all agreed--- the place isn't infested, just like sharks live in the ocean and we only visit it recreationally, several species of roaches live at this siegel suites. We've stayed in others, roaches are common but the spray clears them out effectively...this property is different. They seem to be organized. If you watch, they have sentry posts and change personnel on shifts. Really. Be very afraid.Cleaning is supposed to be the sure fire way to not have roaches? Nope. While it does help (shower compulsively and stay in clean clothing and bedding-- there are fluff and fold options or an on site laundry that we didn't use)I was home to have my wisdom teeth extracted before going back to help close up my parents house, so this was the best option and I appreciate the siegel family and they seem to treat their employees well.... as for "bugs aren't a problem" realize that they have a weekly exterminator.I'd love to see them use cleaning products that are not dangerous for cats. .but this is an imperfect world...

Managers act like your a bother and place is horrible, roaches, broken windows ,Mickey mouse maintenance. We paid for broken glass that was about to crack and people upstairs are horrible. They guard the place like it's a 5 star place when family comes to visit or pick you up and black list you because you didn't register,do you know how long the wait just to get a qoute or anything.

This one bedroom complex has friendly employees and I found my unit to be clean with decent furnishing, great air conditioning, new carpet and tile and a nice deadbolt lock. I'm not sure what the previous commenters were referring to. The unit has a full size range, fridge, and sink as compared to the past place I stayed where everything was mini size. The tub and toilet are dated but the sink has been updated. The mattress is queen size and came with a zipper plastic covering which made me feel comfortable. The bedding I got at Walmart just down the street for $40. The vertical blinds are nice, they give you some privacy while also being able to see what is going on around you and not having the trapped feeling of having to keep your blinds closed. Cable t.v. and older t.v. are included as well as all utilities. Not a bad place for Las Vegas weekly living.

DISGUSTING, lots of over painted mold, everything is falling apart very cheap, ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES I keep my unit very clean and still kill and see about 40+ roaches a day and worse at night, serious bug problem the only good thing is the maintenance but so many bugs it's unbelievable and they're overcharging for everything as if it was the Hilton, it's so ghetto and just so over run with roaches and no matter how much you cleann it's still DISGUSTING never stay here.

The manger Jamie is absolutely ridiculous she is very rude and harassed people . I pay close to 1000 in rent to live in the ghetto roach infested apartment and she tells me that my kids can't come out side . To make things worse she jus took over the property a few months ago and has yet to fix anything my husband was shot at here twice and my apartment is falling apart but she doesn't care. She likes to call at ten in the morning and harass me about paying rent and she leaves messages talking crap. I think this place is the absolutely worse so dirty and so unprofessional.. DO NOT LIVE HERE .. I feel like they owe me for staying in this stupid place

Michelle is a great Customer Service person, is kind and understanding and will offer help the best way she can. I posted an upset review before and I feel bad. We all have our days. But I would recommend anyone to stay here. It's clean and decent which is more than you can ask from countless places in Las Vegas.

This Siegel property really surprised me! No lease or deposits required and very reasonable rates which helped my family out a lot. We only need a temp place while our house was being renovated. Very nice rooms, great staff, and beautiful property. I'm telling every one I know about this location if they ever need a place!
