This establishment must have undergone major renovations within the last three to four months. If you go to their website, modern room pics are a true representation of the room we had and the hotel was reasonably priced and chill. The Section 8 Motel nearby is nowhere near the same level, although it purports to be. I truly enjoyed my stay at Siegel. It was clean and comfy.

Not a very clean place. They literally had the exterminators come in and spray while I was staying there my second day. Having problems with the Internet connecting to the TV. It does not connect. No toilet paper no bedding, no towels no cleaning supplies. My coffee table is so unstable. I'm scared to say anything on it because it's. he can't say anything to the lady at the front desk because she turns it into an argument and gets defensive about everything. I told her about my Internet, not working all week. She got real defensive about it telling me I never said anything that is my own fault Whoopty woo. Very unprofessional very immature. Definitely stay away from this place. They need to be shut down.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed. Lots of false advertisements. What you don't receive is toilet paper, towels to bathe, bed sheets, pillows, comforter, cable, and a clean room. You would be better off staying at a hotel and paying a resort fee. The people who permanently live here are sketchy. Stay far away.

Stayed in this low-budget "weekly rates" motel for couple months (when first moved to Vegas) as I wanted to take some time to learn the different areas around Vegas while shopping for a condo to lease. The floors in my room were filthy - I had to use 3 Swiffer Wet Jet Pads to clean the Black Dirt and assorted Hairy Filth off the vinyl flooring Myself when first moved-into this "weekly rental" section In The Back of this complex where it looks and Feels more like Barracks than the Image Depicted in Siegel "Select Suites" Marketing Materials. The kitchenette counters/tiny stove top (2 burners) and the bathroom toilet/sink were also Disgusting and Not Cleaned by anyone prior to my move-in. I Only Stayed at this Seedy Motel Because of its Cheap Weekly Rates w/o any resort fees! Resort Fees often Double the guest prices and i had been doing that almost a month before reading about Siegel Properties literally Littered all round LV. Suffice it to say, my room at check-out was 100 X CLEANER than when I checked-in and yet the front desk Refused to refund my $100 Deposit?! CHELSEA, the Property Manager had previously been very sweet n nice to me (each week as I was paying her $400 per week in Cash) but that Front Changed when I asked for my $100 Deposit be Returned. They Lied and said I left the room "dirty" which was Hilarious given the Condition it was when I moved-in. And Btw, their Cheap furniture/furnishings was like 70s yard-sale crap ready to the dumpster - dresser draws didn't slide in/out normally, toilet had chunks of missing porcelain inside the bowl and stains in tub from perpetual dripping faucet. Siegel Suites on Convention Center Dr Las Vegas Steals Your Deposit! I will Now involve the BBB and CFPB and Inform these Agencies of the Illegal Business Practice of Non-Refunding Guests' Sec/Cleaning Deposits. They Obviously do Not Use this Stolen Fee to then Actually Clean their Rooms. Just Read Thru All the Other Reviews on this roach (another issue w/ this place is all the little desert roaches crawling in the cupboards - I used an entire spray bottle of Zevo too!. Only Reason I Put up w/ this motel's horrific accommodations long as I could was (summertime LV 110°) the free A/C. $1656 per Month for a crappy plastic wrapped mattress, broken furniture and FILTHY floors and kitchenette. This Roach Motel just goes to show you how expensive the "hospitality" industry in Vegas has become that Ppl have little to no options of saving a few bucks here for rooms AND Siegel takes Advantage of this with literally "DIRT Cheap" Rooms..... STEALING Guest Deposits Is Wrong. I will not argue w/ their Staff, Intend to contact the Proper Consumer & Housing Authorities and Let Them Intervene. I hope the Nevada Hospitality/Housing Authority would like to Audit Siegel's Books to reference the percentage of guests who are returned their deposits vs those who they've stolen from?

Do not stay here! Total scam!!!!! We called and booked, but she said she had a customer at the desk so she would call us back to confirm, she NEVER called us back so when we called to cancel they told us we couldn't until the manager was back in the morning. We called this morning and she told us we didn't call back quickly enough and that when she called our phone was disconnected?!! Uhm??? No. She was extremely rude. I am disgusted by their attitude. Highly unprofessional when talking to my husband An update of the situation; almost two months later and we are still dealing with this awful company. They are fighting the bank dispute. Eventually a recording of our phone calls will have to be played, and I'm confident at that point the bank will take our side.. however it's been a stressful experience we could've gone without.

I don't write reviews very often, but I felt compelled to write one after my visit here this passed weekend as I feel I was swindled into a Groupon Illusion.Although I don't write review often, I do check reviews on everything! I could hardly find any reviews for this specific Siegel Suites as they are very common in Las Vegas (Like at least 3 others within the driving distance of the Strip). But the pictures/reviews provided through Groupon looked really promising. We needed the room very last minute and it was the same weekend as a big UFC fight so everything was extremely high. I paid $200 for 2 nights and that was the cheapest I could find ANYWHERE, when I can usually find a room at the Excalibur for about $40 a night. But it claimed to have a kitchen so I figured we could cut costs of food by eating in the room. So I hastily booked...When I arrived the area alone was scary. It was behind the strip so I should've expected that, but the main office looked nice so I was trying to remain hopeful that I hadn't booked a death trap for my husband, 1 yr. old son and me (21 weeks pregnant). I gave up all hope when I saw our room. First thing I noticed was that our "kitchen" was a sink, a microwave, a mini fridge, and some cabinets...No Stove. Then when I went to shut the door it didn't latch. I really had to throw my shoulder into it to get the latch to catch. The bathroom door or the floor in the bathroom wasn't level cuz the door kept getting stuck. Room 201While I was opening the room my husband was parking. So I went out the back to the shadiest parking lot I had ever seen. Our car was no where near our room and had to make several trips up and down the stairs with our 1 yr old because THERE WERE NO ELEVATORS or carts to wheel your stuff up in one trip. I was really nervous about leaving my car in the lot overnight but had no other alternative. The only positive I could mention is that the bed was insanely comfortable. Take it from the pregnant lady, I was able to sleep comfortably even though I felt like I should've slept with one eye open. The first night was uneventful, so I was beginning to feel like I was being nitpicky as the hotel was habitable even if it wasn't what I had expected. But night 2 we heard several fights and various loud noises. Apparently its used more frequently for long term living situations, rather than an couple nights and lots of the "regulars" could be seen loitering around.Luckily enough, it could've been worse and it did the job, but I will never go back and will be posting this review on as many sites I can find as there are not very many and its being promoted as much higher quality. Just don't want anyone going in and feeling like I did...

Of all the places to stay in Vegas, I have no idea why I chose this dump. The room was just one big open area with a bed and a tiny kitchenette. Our bathroom was dirty, including hair in the tub. The room we stayed in was next to the street and every time we were in the room all you heard was speeding cars and other cars consistently honking. It was not a very restful or peaceful location to stay. There are plenty of other options in Vegas. I would not recommend.

Honestly this place isn't as bad as some these comments are made. Don't get me wrong; it's not a nice place. My sheets had a laundry stain on it and I saw some hair but honestly if you're a true traveler on a budget than this won't scare you: It's super close to the strip and the price is worth it (I think) instead of getting a resort. It's a place you simply sleep at. I brought my own sheets to feel more protected and had a wonderful stay !
