Stayed at the Westgate Hotel Thursday night so had breakfast Friday morning in Sid's Cafe. The staff are warm and welcoming. The breakfast menu, however, is very limited. The coffee is not made with Arrabica beans. (My stomach knows.) My husband very much liked his Stuffed French Toast. I wish I had ordered what I wanted to order (Oatmeal) but for some reason I decided to order the Cinnamon Roll Pancakes. They were way too sweet. I couldn't eat them, so ended up paying for a second breakfast item, a toasted bagel with cream cheese. Not only were the three large pancakes overly sweet with cinnamon roll and chopped walnuts, there were HUGE globs of soft butter between two layers of pancakes. I'm talking fist-sized globs of butter. Not one but two of them! Between the sugar and the fat, anyone who eats the entire three pancakes will probably need to get their arteries unclogged.

Was nervous with the reviews, and coming here, a few days after the rodeo ended, Tuesday in December.... it wasn't bad.Breakfast took a bit, but waiters were all friendly, came back multiple times and gave a good recommendation on the pancakes. Bacon wasn't worth $9, but pancakes with chocolate chips were HEARTY. If you have the time (or food credit) it was fine. Would almost rather pay that price for the Peppermill which is a 3 min drive away. But I appreciate the staff for the one visit!

Lori was our server for breakfast and she was absolutely attentive and accommodating.Sid's was also a very immaculate establishment with a breakfast menu to suit your traditional choices and, of course, they offer coffee and tea. My husband enjoyed their breakfast burrito as I chowed on a Sid's breakfast platter which included eggs, sausage and potatoes. 'Lori, thank you for allowing me to swap the hashbrown for a side of fingerling potatoes. It really made a difference.'They're located right off the gaming floor so it isn't hard to find. No scent of cigarette smoke in there either. It was quiet as well where we were seated (which was closer toward the kitchen). It's a good place for a bite to start off your day and it's on site at the Westgate.

This location is inside the Westgate hotel, and turns out to be a better than average breakfast, it's busy and fast paced, but the bright ambiance is nice. If you order coffee you get your own urn to sit on the table. The pancakes were great with the maple syrup. The eggs toast and crisp bacon was a winner, and a great addition to start the day.

*** Review is for Restaurant Week 2024 menu ***I never get the chaance to eat here becasue it's only a breakfast and brunch restaurant that clsoes at 5 pm. Normally if I'm at the Westgate for a show, they are already closed. I was at there for a show beginning at 5 pm. This gave me the chance to come here. They had a RW menu that I chose from--French onion soup, turkey cliub, and strawberry ice cream. It ook a while for the onion soup becasue they evidently were baking/broiling the top to melt the cheese. There was a lot of bread at the top of the small crock¸--more than would be with most onion soups. The turley club was well done. Plenty of turlet and lots of bacon along with lettuce and tomato. Served with fries, it made a café style late lunch/dinner for me.Your choice of ice cream for dessert was the RW menu choice. The staff was quite good with my iced tea being refilled without having to ask. Except for the wait for the soup, service was quick and friendly. This is not a place I'd go out of my way for but it was a good sandwich.

Sad, was looking forward to eating a meal at Sid's Cafe before the Barry Manilow show. Was planning on eating around 5:30 pm. Asked a member of the hotel staff for directions to the establishment found out that Sid's closed at 2PM. I thought this was unacceptable I would think management would know what is being advertised on Yelp. Going forward I hope for the sake of future patrons being let down because of false advertisement on store hours. Please fix this!

Just had an awesome late Lunch here. Shout out to my server Francisca, she was great. I had the turkey club sandwich and a side salad. Food was great, portions were ample, price was decent. It's got that old school cafe charm and wasn't super noisy. Thanks Francisca!

The breakfast burrito was delicious, and even came with a side of tortilla chips, sour cream, and salsa. I also really enjoyed the green goddess juice! Our waitress was sweet and attentive. This was the perfect casual spot to take a break for lunch during my conference.

Felt very rushed to pay and leave didn't even sit for 30 mins and the waiter was at the table with the check I looked and it and put it back down because we weren't finished and he came back about every 30sec to 1 mins checking if my payment was in the book but other then that the food was excellent .

Complete joke. I understand Vegas can be pricey, but this experience was beyond ridiculous. Ordered a $7 side salad and what I received was laughable. When I asked the waitress for a bit more lettuce, she said it would cost extra. She could see my disappointment but didn't offer to resolve it. I was so put off that I didn't even eat it, and they just took it away and tossed it out. Ended up paying around $30 for a French onion soup, salad, and Diet Coke. I paid because it was worth experiencing how much of a joke this place is. Well done Sids cafe
