Went to Shin Lim's 7:30pm show last night and I was truly blown away. Usually I feel like magic shows are gimmicky or the sleight of hand is too obvious, but he is so extremely talented, as an audience member it truly feels paranormal. He's also a great showman and I love seeing an Asian American/Canadian have an almost permanent residency in Vegas! We paid $70 for our farther back row tickets. Honestly, even though it was a little cheesy, I loved hearing about Shin's journey with magic and the music parts he includes.Pros:- Overall, an amazing act. Without giving too much away, he starts off the show with an amazing trick that the audience gets to participate in (you rip up cards in a packet that is at your seat). I was truly blown away- We had very back row tickets at the Palazzo Theater originally, but when we got there, because it was a Tuesday night show not fully sold out, the very kind usher moved us to the comfy couches at row 5! I felt like we had a really good view of him even if we didn't look at the screen- He's funny too , him and Colin have good energy- A fun portion featuring his wife, who also does magic but while doing acrobatics! - The right amount of audience engagement, although I did like Shin's act more than Colin's - they do tag team very well. The last part of the act where they switch places is truly phenomenal and I still can't figure out how Shin did any of his tricks.- The venue makes a decent espresso flavored mocktail !- Very comfy seating in Row 5Cons:- the venue itself can be challenging to find inside the Venetian, especially if you're not staying at the hotel and not familiar with the area. My party of 2 and a lot of other guests all had difficulty finding it originally but we made it in time- There were some moments where I felt like Colin's mentalist act was a little cheesy, but they made me laugh To me, this is wayyy more worth your time than some of the Cirque shows that play on the strip! I think I got lucky having gotten moved up so much closer, but I feel like it was definitely worth $70 for the ticket, and I actually wouldn't mind seeing the whole thing again. If you're not a fan of magic and are someone who's just obsessed with figuring out how someone does something - this might not be the thing for you. But honestly, even knowing the "strategy" behind his tricks - the incredible demonstration of dexterity and skill is to be applauded.

Really enjoyed Shin Lim's show at the Palazzo theater on Christmas night. The way his life story was interwoven into the show really kept it interesting. He also intertwined his twin talents of music and magic throughout the show, as he once had aspirations to be a classical pianist. There was also a mentalist as part of the show, as well as his wife's acrobatics. Shin Lim was very charming, entertaining, and engaging. Highly recommend!

I came to the Plazzo theather to see Shin Lim's new show. His old show was held at the Mirage. As we know the Mirage is no longer open because it will turn into Hard Rock Hotel soon. My husband had saw his old show at the Mirage. He thought it was pretty impressive. I saw on TV that he had a new show coming and that his wife was going to be in his show and that it was going to be even better than his other show. I won't give it all away but its a very touching story about his life. You really get to know who he is as a person and how the magic and music shaped his life. His wife is pretty amazing and so is the mentalist. I will say the better seats are in the front. There are TV's if you get a back seat so you can still see, but the front seats in his new show is good. The middle is also good. You get a better view in the middle seats verses the sides. The new show is fun and amazing! According to my husband who saw both he stated that the new show is even better!

I was invited as a VIP guest to see the "Shin Lim" show "Limitless" Vegas show tonite at Palazzo Theater. It's a large theater w/great neon lighting and comfortable seating. We had VIP seating so we had a little table to put our drinks on. The show had mostly slight of hand card tricks but also had Mackenzie Sol (American Idol vocalist finalist) & his wife as well did a few card tricks along w/a hula hoop act. His talent w/slight of hands and cards are unrivaled! I gave up even trying to comprehend how he did any of the magic tricks & just sat back and enjoyed the show. It is definitely a fun audience interactive immersive show/so go see it!

I can almost always spot at least a few of the magic tricks' secrets when I see a magic show. However, not in this show! I was amazed during the entire performance, and had a hard time keeping my job from dropping to the floor on a regular basis.

Hidden in the back of The Mirage hotel is Shin Lim: Limitless and Colin Cloud! When you find your seats there will be a packet of cards at your chair. Don't own them till told. Colin comes out on stage first and does a few tricks! Very cool! Shin Lim comes out next and does a bunch of up close card tricks. They project the tricks on the screens so you can see.The last trip was the one that really got me! Still trying to figure out how they did it. You can tell both performers love what they do and really try to engage with the audience.

I have been wanting to see Shin Lim for years and I'm soo glad I finally got the chance! Shin Lim and Colin Cloud did a phenomenal show together and the flow of the show was seamless. I loved every performance that happened and it was truly magical! Such a perfect show for Vegas. I don't know how Shin Lim or Colin Cloud did anything, but I am 100% okay with that. I love the belief in magic they give their audience. I would highly recommend this show to anyone who gets the chance to go. The price is not bad at all for such an amazing show!

Wow! Haven't seen a Vegas show that impressed me in a while. It was well designed and executed almost flawlessly.I went with family and all ages were entertained and mesmerized.Audience participation was energy packed and the magical outcomes were smooth and extremely well liked.I highly recommend seeing this show if possible before it ends in July 2024 as the Mirage shuts down for a 3-year renovation I am told.

As Vegas locals, my husband has been dying to see Shin Lim for years now. I finally broke down and got us tickets for his birthday this year since we celebrated with a staycation on the strip. My husband had a phenomenal time and was in complete awe of Shin's magic skills. I, however, was not as impressed. We sat fairly close to the stage so I kept a focused eye on him instead of the monitors strategically placed around the stage and I unfortunately saw how one of the tricks was completed early into the show which killed the magic for me the rest of the evening. It was also frustrating because the in-real-time cameraman blocked a few of Shin Lim's tricks from audience view, forcing everyone to watch it on the monitors above. Paying around $200 for 2 seats, it's a little frustrating when you're spending a portion of time watching the screens - I can watch him on a screen at home for free all day. My husband loved it, so that makes me happy, but I wish we had only paid $40 a seat instead of $100. I'd say maybe skip this and see a Cirque show or some other veteran magician instead.

I saw one of Shin's final performances at The Mirage and it was fabulous. Somehow, during the few months grew transitioned venues, he made it even better. While the over all narrative is the same, everything is better. New magic, lengthened routines, a live singer, and some scent-sational moments. My party was delighted and impressed. Highly recommended
