My dad is the main chef in my immediate family and he loves trying out new spices in his recipes. Then I found Sheffield Spice & Tea Co. and I decided to begin my holiday shopping here. I'm not saying here that he cooks food for me, because I can cook quite well myself! This family-owned business can be found next to PetSmart on Eastern before you reach Silverado Ranch.There were so many selections to choose from, I just wanted to select them all! Alongside all their spices, they also sell tea sets, honey sets, numerous decorations, and even birdhouses. The gentleman that greeted me at the door explained what kind of spices and teas they had available and that I was welcome to smell test them and sample them.I got my dad the following spices - British Baking Mix Spice (as a nod to his love for British TV shows), Hungarian Paprika (we went to Hungary over the summer and I wanted to buy this because I believe he ran out of paprika), Espresso Rub (he loves coffee), and Bay Leaf Ground. These are some spices that I'm absolutely sure that he'll try. To make things more convenient, I also got him a little spice funnel.I wanted to get other family members something too, so I bought some honey and a honey jar/dipper set for my aunt and I bought a hummingbird ornament and a new birdhouse for my mom. My aunt likes to add honey to her coffee (don't ask why lol) and my mom likes to birdwatch, so I thought these were the perfect gifts for them.When I got to checkout, the cashier provided one free sample of one of their sugars, spices, or anything nice to take back with me. I selected their salted caramel sugar sample which also came with a free recipe, because I thought this looked yummy! Before leaving, she also provided me with another free recipe for the British Baking Mix Spice that I bought, which was very convenient.Everyone working here was super nice and it was worth stopping here to shop for the holidays. It's a little hole in the wall place that everyone should know about.

I hadn't been here in forever and almost forgot how cool this place is. So many spices, some great teas, and lots of cute mugs and brewing vessel options for teas. And honestly great gifty items too - which is extra helpful this time of year. I found a few things to take home including kaffir leaves for Thai curry which I'm looking forward to using. They were super nice as well - they offer a sample upon checkout and talked to me about their newest, rambunctious kitten.

Everything about this shop is amazing. The owners are really passionate with their business, which makes the experience a lot more memorable. I bought their caramel roasted almond herbal tea, and it's the best thing ever. Honestly, everybody needs to support businesses like this, where the owners are really passionate about their work and you could tell that they put so much effort, love into their product. Once you walk in their shop, it's so aromatic and fragrant at the same time . We will definitely come back to this place!

I love Sheffield Spice & Tea Co. They have such a large selection of different spices, sugars, honey, teas, etc. they often have a free spice w purchase and will offer you recipes to use the spices with. The customer service here is so friendly.I could spend all day in this store. Highly recommend and will return! I've even brought friends and family to try it out and they were all impressed as well.

I wish there was a spice market like this near my side of town, but I like the variety of spices and teas so much that I'll take a journey to almost Henderson. I met the owner Cheryl Sheffield. She is very nice and I was able to get what I came for, which is a bag of pu-erh tea. I also got a cute tea cup and a loose leaf tea filter as well as some random spices. They have every spice you can think of and have them placed on shelves in alphabetical order from A-Z.

The smell that hits ya in the face when you first walk in makes me want to never leave! It's heavenly.This is such a hidden gem that I recommend to anyone that likes tea or loves to cook! Their selection on loose leaf tea and herbs is the best I've ever seen. I love that they have individual spices or premade blends-which we usually get. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. With every purchase, they usually give you a free sample of either tea or herbs, which is a nice touch.

In looking for fresh tea, I found so much more! Not only do they have loose/fresh tea, they have spices, herbs and oils as well. Oh wait and they have recipe cards to go with many of their spices and herbs. You can make dips, deserts and meals-now that is an unexpected added bonus. Now it's always great to find a good spice and/or mix or spices but what to do with them can be a bit experimental but they have removed that aspect (which is very nice). The customer service is top rated, purchased a teapot; when we were home I discovered there was no basket. Called the store and they said come back-no problem. Retuned and not only did they give the basket but also some free tea mixes as well....now that is how you treat customers :).

I could totally see what all the hype is here! I wanted to go inside the store after seeing their beautiful and large plants from the display window. I wasn't sure what to expect, but they have so many different types of spices, oils, vinegars, teas, and affordable kitchen supplies.The best part of this store is the price point, and you can likely get all the spices you need in one place. It's very reasonable, and considering the variety of the spices, it's a great place to come for spices without having to order them online or go all the way to World Market. They have spices like Berbere, Za'atar, Anchor chili, Garam Masala all in one place. If you love to cook, this store is totally for you!Store is also VERY clean, which I loved. I've been to other spice stores where it didn't feel the cleanest. It's a great local shop that's great for gifts and sending las vegas treats to family and friends out of town. Definitely stop by this place to get ideas for yourself and for gifts for others!
