Amazing food ! Had the Philly with onion rings and homemade garlic Parmesan sauce ... unreal

I've never had a jerk chicken cheesesteak until today and WOWWWW!!! It was BOMB!!! The girls working were also extremely friendly. I will most definitely be eating here again, and you should too

All I gotta say is fire fire fire Bussin Bussin Bussin every time they pull up to my job I always order from them. It never fails and they never fail me ever aim to please every single time Shay she do her shit. The staff is always sweet and nice. My food is always hot. Season to tea And price is good too so they can take my money every single time.

OK yall so i was super excited when i heard Shay's Wave was going to be at my job. Yes, becasue its a BOB but also becasue i have been wanting a good, tasty burger and the pictures were giving. So i get there as soon as they opened for service and was completely throw off. That burger i had been fiending was quickly replaced with my desire to try the Jerk chicken Philly cheesesteak. Never have i ever thought to put those two together and I WAS NOT let down. They took my payment and let me know food would be ready in seven mins...and it was! The serving was great for a lunch meal and they even sold KoolAid yall. I also ordered the hand cut fries with meal, got to my desk and opened my food. Still hot and I could see and smell the seasoning on the fries. They didn't have blue cheese dressing but i took some crumbles and added to their ranch. As a french fry lover (btw i asked for a extra crispy fry) these were delicious. They reminded me of my moms but so much better (sorry Mom). The flavor was very good and was giving a smoky flavor. Now this sandwich, the worst part was the bread didnt hold the meat, cheese and peppers and i quickly discarded (i have low tolerance for soggy bread...its personal). The best part was everything else. The chicken breast was perfectly cooked. It wasnt dry, super seasoned and though i was looking for a little heat , the sandwich was amazing. The peppers were perfectly cooked and the cheese had that pullll to it. The truck look super clean and organized and with 3 person crew it exuded "come and get your plate" energy. I will definitely be following on Insta cause i gotta bring my husband to this truck ASAP. Thank you For a great Lunch.

The lemon pepper chicken wings are amazingly delicious, and make sure to try the Kool-Aide! And if you haven't tried the shrimp burger, get on that! So yummy.

Aliante casino night market $16 bucks and a trip to the restroom ... do not order food from this place ... the " wavy fries " is suppose to be a Philly cheese steak on fries and I got some fries with some steak and sour cream after waiting 45 minutes ... horrible they should be ashamed ... I do like supporting food trucks but when things like this happen it's hard to ...

I had the opportunity to try some of Shay's Wave's food recently and all I can say is the flavors are completely mind blowing. First thing first, Chef Shay adds some type of citrus to the fries that makes them pop like no other. I love fries but Shay's fries made me stop in my tracks to savor the moment and the experience. Next I tried the Shrimp Burger because I never heard anything like it before. This thing was a flavor explosion! I've never had shrimp in this way and didn't know what to think. After trying this masterpiece, I believe it should be the star of the menu. Try this burger and leave them a review, the world needs to know about Shay's Wave.

The Shay wave experience was very exceptional! They were all very professional & had very positive energy. The food was great & I am definitely looking forward to booking them again in the future!

Visited them today for lunch. I must say that the food was amazing, however, I received the worst customer service. I literally watched the great customer service given to three customers ahead of me and behind me that were of another ethnicity than me. However, when I stepped up to order I was given the most dry treatment and was not greeted in the same way. When I witnessed the greeting they were given I was excited to be next, but that excitement quickly went away just as soon as they went to take my order. Come on sistas we have got to do better by our people. So that you know exactly who I am. I am the African American guy that visited your location on Nellis AFB and tripped over your sign trying to get away from the dry energy given towards me. But I do Love Y'all. And yes, I'm in my feelings as I should be simply because I look at my black sistas as queens.

Would definitely recommend! The food truck was at my work and their food was fresh and delicious, good portion too! Excited for the next food truck day from Shay's wave to try their other menu!!!!
