Shawn’s Puffy Tacos

Ta-co about an awesome taco truck!! I tried this during the Alpha Dias de Los Muertos event 11/1. Staff were nice and professional! I got the 4 corn tortilla tacos with rice and beans. It was gone in 60 seconds. lol. The steak and chicken were seasoned well and fresh! My husband really like the puffy flour tortillas. Rice and beans were typical but good. Ambiance- outdoor. Love the truck graphics

Visually the tacos looked legit. Taste wise, they weren't worth $7...my taste buds werent on board with this. Their salsa wasnt bad but the taco as a whole collaboration, was a step above something you might get at a chain restaurant like Applebee's or something like that. Im not trying to bash the food, just trying to give my best comparison of flavor profile.The service was fast and friendly and best of all you can take them and eat it where ever makes you happy. :)

Super clean truck and great service. They were a vendor at my job and I had a taste for something different. Well different is what I got! I ordered the two chicken puffy tacos plate. Unfortunately the rice was super gummy but had great flavor and beans were decent. If you are craving Mexican, IMHO, this would not itch the scratch. The tacos were alright it was giving Chipotle-style meat flavor. Pico was super fresh and it was greatly proportioned. I'd definitely purchase food again if I find their truck anywhere in the Valley. The wait was short and food nice and hot.

Love finding new Food Trucks at Festivals and such! These guys deep fry the thicker flour tortillas then make that into a Puffy Taco! Genius! Hunt this truck down around town! You won't be sorry !

Had the pleasure of trying Shawn's Puffy Taco at the Great American Foodie Fest. I ordered the chicken taco and the flavors were good at first. After chewing more, I didn't really care for the chicken but everything else about it was good.

Some of the best tacos in town!!We catered for our company luncheon and our entire team raved about how great the food was! A bonus is their attention to detail is spot on, as well as the way they displayed everything out was a great presentation! Definitely recommend

Amazing food. Great service. Very easy to work with for events. Great communication. It's really nice to have a full range of options seafood, chicken and vegan. Sure to please anyone.
