Food is good fresh smash burger style patties.Service was good food came in promptly.The ambiance is great clean cozy it's a vibe.Knock off 2 stars for the high prices.We gots 2 smokeshak burgers reg fries large drink close $30.Will I go back again probably not I could find better burgers for cheaper tbh but I we did enjoy our meal today.

Prior to my medical episode, my family and I stopped by to have lunch. We used to frequent the Shake Shack in Downtown Summerlin and on the strip. Items tried and liked (so far):Shack Burger (single and double)Hot DogFries Cheese Fries (cheese on the side) Food was delicious. Service was great. We ordered through the drive thru. Our order was correct and ready when we got to the window. Parking can get hectic depending on the time of day. I hope you decide to check them out :)

A Mouthwatering Experience That Leaves You Craving More! I visited Shake Shack in Henderson, NV, and let me tell you, this was not just a meal, it was a revelation. From the moment I walked in, the cozy, modern atmosphere and the warm aroma of sizzling perfection told me I was in for something special.I ordered the Black Truffle Burger, and I don't even think the word "delicious" does it justice. The Angus beef patty was cooked to absolute perfection, juicy and tender with just the right amount of char. The creamy Gruyère cheese melted beautifully over the top, blending flawlessly with the crispy onions and that rich, earthy black truffle sauce. I'm telling you, I inhaled that burger like it was the last meal on Earth, and as soon as I finished, I immediately wanted another one. Each bite was better than the last, and I'm still thinking about it.My sister ordered the Chicken Sandwich, a golden, crispy masterpiece with tender, juicy chicken that crunched with every bite. My nephew enjoyed the Hot Dog, a classic that was cooked to perfection, simple but packed with flavor.And let's talk about those crinkle-cut fries. Hot, golden, crispy on the outside, and soft on the inside, they were generously sprinkled with parmesan cheese, making each bite pure bliss. I couldn't stop eating them, dipping them into the tangy, creamy sauce on the side, it was a match made in heaven.The staff was friendly and attentive, and the vibe was perfect for a relaxing, mouthwatering experience. Whether you're grabbing a quick bite or settling in for a satisfying meal, Shake Shack delivers every single time.If you're in Henderson and haven't been here yet, run, don't walk. Is there still a hype around Shake Shack? I remember a time where the whole Shake Shack vs In n Out debacle took over the foodie world on YouTube. Where they had people from east to west coast leaving reviews between the 2 which one was better. Years have now passed and It might be crazy to even say that this is my first time having SS so here goes my first impression!!The inside gives modern casual vibes. I didn't have too much face to face customer service action because we ordered online and ate in the car. That was the best thing to come out of Covid btw lol. But I will say, they didn't give me any of the sauces I ordered or any napkins. I mean why have the option online to click for ketchup, utensils ect if you're not going to put them in the bag? I also ordered a shack sauce for my son's chicken bites, didn't get that either. Now how do I really feel about the food? Let's go down the list. Shack burger- i know it's a smash burger but the overall size was like the palm of my hand lol. Like a 3-4 biter and you're done. Yeah the bun is nice, they got that. Shack sauce, I couldn't really taste. Mayo based but no outstanding flavor that would be like oh yeah that's shack sauce! Which is why I ordered one on the side with my chicken bites but It wasn't in the bag so I couldn't break down the flavor if I wanted to. Shack stack- this was the one I was Intrigued by. I remember watching taste testing / mukbang videos of this burger, the lava cheese stuffed inside a shroom. That's what I was expecting. The shroom was great, but overall lacked flavor. A little salt could've gone a long way to pull out that natural umami flavor that mushrooms have. It had the crunch, definitely stuffed with cheese, but I wish I could actually taste a good mushroom. Cheese fries- cheese on the side. I mean can you mess up cheese fries? Pretty good cheese sauce & cheese ratio was good. Again I find myself at another place with crinkle fries but I digress lol. My son had the chicken bites, he enjoyed them. But he's also 3 and will eat anything. My husband and I snuck a bite, they were more seasoned than both burgers. Strawberry shake- standard. Light strawberry flavor. So let's wrap this up. 2 burgers, 2 fries w a cheese sauce on the side, 1 6pc chicken bites & a strawberry shake for just over $43. I REALLY don't like mentioning prices when It comes to food, because we have to eat either way. But I say this everytime, if I am going to pay for something then I feel like at the very least I should enjoy / be happy with that purchase. Unfortunately my husband and I both agreed that it's just something we wouldn't go out our way for. I'll let you Interpret my opinion on who is better hahah.

This was our first time here, and, despite smaller burgers than at many other establishments, Diane and I liked the food we ordered. She had a plain Single Cheeseburger with Bacon Cheese Fries, and I enjoyed a Single Shack Burger and a grilled Hot Dog, both augmented with White Onion, along with Cheese Fries.The burger patty was of the smashed variety, with a little meat slightly charred in a few places along the edges. Two small slices of tomato and some leafy lettuce graced my burger, along with some welcome ShackSauce, which to my mind tasted much like Jack in the Box's Secret Sauce. It seemed to be mustardy enough that I opted to just add ketchup to my burger. An untoasted pillowy soft Potato Bun embraced the burger's contents, and added to its tastiness. My grilled Hot Dog was almost severed in two, and the juicy Vienna Beef wiener stuck out of both ends of the soft bun like a Dodger Dog. But this Dog was tastier than any Dodger Dog I have eaten in the past. It was rather plain, so I added ketchup and mustard to the White Onion I had requested and received. I wish a Shack-cago Dog had been available like I had ordered at another Shake Shack on the Las Vegas Strip in the distant past. It was not listed on the menu here.My Cheese Fries were among the best Crinkle Cut French Fries I have tasted. The melted cheese spilling over and enrobing the Fries tasted like Cheese Whiz but was probably melted Cheddar Cheese. Diane liked her Bacon Cheese Fries, so I will likely try that next time.Workers that I encountered here were all friendly and helpful. The food was made to order, and tasted like it. I liked listening to the piped in background music with a beat. The dining room was very clean, and all-wood booth seating comfortable enough. Only the men's restroom needed some attention.

I love shake shack so much! The food, drinks, & staff are great. I always receive speedy service when I come here and I enjoy the cleanliness of the place as well.

I was highly disappointed in this place. The price is astronomical, for the amount and quality of the food. I placed an order for the Double Truffle Cheese Burger and Fries, I asked for an extra sauce because they skimp on the sauce for the burger. I didn't even get a drink because my total was ALREADY $26.00 for a burger and fries and $2.60 for the extra sauce!!!! $2.60 for extra sauce......LIKE WHAT!!!! So $26.00 literally for a burger and fries with NO DRINK. So paying that, I would expect the most amazing juicy burger I've ever had with a load of hot fresh fries, but what I got was this.....the burger was dry and there were about 10 fries total in the container that were soggy and room temp at best. They sprinkled Parmesan cheese on them which I assume probably cost me $5 for that.......YOUR TELLING ME THAT THIS IS ACCEPTABLE FOR $26.00 WITH NO DRINK?????? I could have went to a steak house and spent $26.00 for a FRESH STEAK COOKED TO ORDER, FRESH HOT FRIES AND ANOTHER SIDE WITH A DRINK. This place is a complete rip off, it seems they value the PROFIT OF WAY OVERPRICED FOOD over the actual QUALITY of their product. This is absolutely unacceptable, and God help you if you decide to come here and feed a family with kids. You're def going to break the bank account for mediocrity.

They need to stop talking taking forever for my order from 2/7/2025 evenings it took me waiting for almost 40 min and also they need to pay attention the orders too

Stopped by for some lunch with a few coworkers. The restaurant is nearby many other eateries but lots of parking around. The restaurant was clean and we were greeted right away by staff. They have kiosk for you to place your order, you grab a number and sit while you wait. They bring your food out to you when it's ready. I ordered the avocado burger. The bacon was the perfect crisp! The burger had great flavor but on the small side. The burgers and sandwiches are priced individually and you have to order drink and fries/sides separately. My burger and a large drink was just under $16 which to me seems on the higher end for just a small burger and drink. They do offer free refills if you dine in but they don't have the fountain drink dispenser out for customers to refill their own drinks, you have to ask them to fill it at the counter.

The ""famous burger " black truffle burger.. looks nothing like describe in the photo.the taste bland.. no flavor the lemonade was so so .all this for 17 dollars doesn't even include fries not worth it..
