Serrano Vista Café

The ambiance was lovely, food was delicious, especially the ribeye steak that we had late night after a concert, and the service was excellent by our waitress Jonae Woods!!

Who would've thought that a casino cafe would exceed expectations? Well, Serrano Vista was honestly an afterthought after seeing how long the line was for their brunch buffet. Either hungry family members, we walked over to this cafe and got a table immediately. Michelle, our server, met us within a few minutes and was a bubble of sunshine. She was super friendly, efficient, and checked in with us on multiple occasions. Refills were super timely. Above and beyond.The food was also good. I ordered the wagyu burger which was cooked to a perfect medium rare. I really enjoyed the sliced pickles that it came with. Instead of fries, I opted for a side salad but my family said the regular fries and sweet potato fries were great. Everyone else enjoyed their entrees. A good choice if you're here and the buffet line is too long to wait in. 4.5 stars rounded up to 5.

We stay at Palms resort and tonight at 9:45 pm we came to Serrano Vista "CAFE" to get some hot tea before going back to our room. The cafe Was this empty (as you see in my picture) and the location is a CAFE, but the host didn't let us in when we said we just wanted to get some tea!!! She told us "The tables are for dining"!! I said this is a CAFE and you have hot tea on your menu, she said "Yes we do but it DOESN'T MEAN YOU CAN SIT FOR JUST TEA, I can let you take it to go"!! I insisted on sitting, because her behavior (or the policy, if it was) was so unusual to me, so she asked a co-worker if we could go sit down, and the co-worker let us sit down only at the bar, JUST AS A ONE TIME FAVOR!!!! And they didn't even let us go few chairs further, they told us to sit on the bar stools next to the entrance. I really don't believe this. The cafe was even emptier than this picture when we finished our tea at around 10:05 pm!! And don't think the tea was a complementary from the casino, we paid for the tea. P.s. I gave two star only for the very nice bar man (named Michael).

Very nice cafe but the food, service, and greedy policies don't always make it as enjoyable of an experience as it should be. I've ordered a few things that I did't really enjoy. Spaghetti has been very overcooked. Sandwiches are on the smaller side but pricey. And they will charge you for every little thing they can. Ranch shouldn't cost $1.50 with your fries. You shouldn't need to pay another $1.50 for honey when you order a latte. What's next? Charging for ketchup and water? Casinos need to stop being so greedy. You're already way over priced. Our server charged us for 2 lattes when we only ordered 1 and when we brought it to his attention he had an attitude. Sorry you made a mistake. We play here so it's nice to come and eat sometimes but we wouldn't come here if we didn't have comps. My girl did enjoy her poke but has also had some issues in the past with the food not being great.

Amazing food at the Serrano Vista Cafe inside the Palms Hotel Casino! Right now they have an amazing T-Bone steak special everyday with choice of baked potato or eggs. The daily specials are also great to try which changes each day. The cafe is super clean and modern along with a full bar and coffee shop attached serving starbucks! Super friendly staff and impeccable service check them out if you're ever at the Palms!

Cafe located inside Palms near the spa. Now cafes can be hit and miss but honestly this cafe food was delicious! It's more than just your normal cafe food and they had so much to choose from! Our server was awesome, I believe his name was Jake or Kyle (I wish I remembered so he could get the proper praise). I love the variety of food they offer which means they have something for everyone. We will definitely be back.

The steak dinner for $20 with potato Monday through Thursday 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. the best deal around 16 oz steak T-Bone with a giant baked potato make sure to ask for a fully loaded one.Took one of my agents here for his 78th birthday and the waitress Loretto did a great job in celebrating and making him feel special thank you for the Fantastic service that I always get when I come to this restaurant

Came here after coming across the street from Rio that lacked any real good food options and just wanted something fresh and affordable and came here and it was a great decision!The atmosphere is very casual and similar vibes of a diner. Our server was very attentive and the host staff was friendly, though I did see the two host staff have an argument with each other which was strange.The food was fresh and tasty. We got the "lighter side" with just the hummus starter with two of their veggie salads. Everything was yummy, and you get a really big portion, easily shareable!Overall, I definitely recommend this place if you are in the area looking for a fresh bite!
