Seabreeze Cafe

We ate at the SeaBreeze Cafe on 12/21/2024 at about 7:45am with a party of six. This is a large restaurant, with a lot of smaller "rooms", and plenty of room for larger parties. The decor is nice, and the service is even better. Our server was so very friendly, and very efficient as well. There was someone taking the drink orders and then the server was dealing with the food and all other issues. Overall, it was a great visit. I had the chicken quesadilla (you can get breakfast and/or lunch) at any time they are open. The menu is not that large; however, has all the staples and basics. We had two kids, and I wish they would have had a kids menu. That would be one suggestion. Overall, a great visit and I would return again for a quick meal during my next trip to Mandalay.

Food: * Benedict: My husband had this, he said that it was good but he was not a fan of the biscuit that was served with the meal. I had a bite and I thought it was delicious. The potatoes served with it were crunchy on the outside and smooth on the inside (PERFECT!) * Pasta: I absolutely loved it! It was creamy and delicious. I'm not a fan of salmon but I know Vegas does well with seafood so I had to try. I have to say it did not disappoint. It was flavorful and delicious. Atmosphere: it kind of felt romantic in a way. It wasn't too busy (we came in December) so it felt nice. Service: our waiting staff was very nice! They were attentive and helpful.

I had the pleasure of being served by Norma during breakfast, and she was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we sat down, she greeted us with a warm smile and made sure we felt welcome. She was attentive without being overbearing, kept our coffee cups full, and made sure our meals came out perfectly.Her friendly demeanor and attention to detail really stood out. She even recommended a few menu items, and they did not disappoint. It's clear that Norma takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about her customers' experience.If you're looking for great service with a personal touch, ask for Norma! She truly made our breakfast a memorable one.

This restaurant is located inside of Mandalay Bay hotel and we chose to try it out because the reviews were good.My husband and I each got an omelet and shared the crunchy French toast. My omelet was delicious and the French toast was ok. I've had other crunchy French toast and this one just wasn't as good. Not bad, I've just had better. The restaurant is large and spacious. It overlooks an outside area which was beautiful to look at while enjoying our breakfast. Our waitress was very nice and our food arrived pretty quickly. We were checked on several times while we enjoyed our meal.

Unfortunately, when you land after a 6 hour flight and haven't eaten all day, it's like one of those "any port in a storm" situations... we was starvin'. It's not a huge menu and it focuses mostly on breakfast options and a few sandwiches. There are a couple salads to choose from which were Caesar and cobb.We went with the build your own omelette with three toppings. The toppings were mushrooms, spinach, and tomatoes. It's a decent size omelette but it's not exactly loaded with the extras. If you want cheese, that'll cost ya more. Included with the omelette is toast and hashbrowns.The omelette was OK tasting, the vegetables were OK, the hashbrowns were a little spicy but good. The two slices of bread are quite thick. Maybe that's what's supposed to fill you up.

But when she finally arrived (28 minutes later), she more than made up for it with her bubbly personality. She could have sold ice to an Eskimo, honestly.We shared the Sugar Pearl Belgian Waffle, and let me tell you, it wasn't just a waffle; it was a life-changing experience. Seriously, it was so good I wanted to buy a 5 dozen so I could take them home, mind you, not to share with my family...MINE, all MINE!! We also ordered the B.Y.O. Three-Egg Omelet? Solid, reliable, did what it was supposed to--kind of like the dependable friend who drives you to the airport but doesn't help you move.1000% recommend this place especially if you're in the mood for waffle nirvana. Just maybe bring a book in case the waitress is having a busy day!

Breakfast with a large group of 10. Our server was great- she got all the orders right and put together. I enjoyed the salmon eggs Benedict. Hollandaise was very good and I added some fresh lemon juice from the wedges they come with. Coffee was good as well. Everyone was very happy with their omelette, breakfast sandwiches, burritos, etc.

Great food and best service! If you are in the area, come see Naveed. His energy and his passion is infectious. You will not regret it.

Naveed was absolutely amazing! So welcoming and fast. We will definitely be back on our next trip in August.
