First time here.I don't have a car so I asked my friend if he would like to go out for breakfast--my treat and who is gonna say no to that?Juan was an amazing server--He checked on us often and brought us coffee when we were even a lil empty. My friend ordered hashbrowns, bacon and eggs and toast and said it was good.Now...This was a dice instruction, for the newbies who don't know me by my reviews, I roll a single 6 sided die to lead me to restaurants (Breakfast & Dinner) and adventures around town--I would not have chosen this location as I am pretty settled in to my favorite places around town and Scrambled as nice as it was, They even have cocktails like Bloody Marys, Mimosas and my favorite The Espresso Martini, it was clean and the booths were comfortable..... They didn't have many options for me as I am 99% Vegan (I eat eggs) But for true Vegans who do not even do that, the choices become Tofu scramble. The end.I would have tried that but I would need to 86 those mushrooms I am allergic to :) I opted for Avocado Toast which comes with "bacon" so I had to remove that and leave it be--It comes with eggs so Vegan, get rid of that too and you have a couple nice pieces of toast with tomatoes and avocado, it was good, do not get me wrong but variety it does not have!I like options.... But all in all, If the die said to go back, Its going on the "repeat" list for sure, of course I will go back and i will even bring my group Triple G (Facebook) here one day but if its my choice, I will have to wait and see if they add some plant based options--I have a lot of lactose intolerant friends too, how about some non buttermilk pancakes? Beyond sausage? Just egg? :)Just ideas.

Stopped in here this morning. We'd come here for awhile but stopped coming because the quality had gone down. I'm not sure if they got new cooks but the quality has definitely gotten better and am glad they're back to a better standard as this was a weekend go to for awhile. They've remodeled a little and changed up their menus. All great touches! We had a lovely server who was attentive and took our order quickly. I had the eggs benny and my husband had the breakfast sandwich. Both were very good. We definitely will start coming back.

This was my first time visiting, although my daughters have been here on several occasions and have always loved it. I can now see why! The service was good, and the food was absolutely delicious. I ordered the California Benny Benedict, which was fantastic, and also tried the mimosa flight. The flight included traditional orange juice, cranberry juice, mango, and pineapple. While the pineapple mimosa was a bit on the sweet side for my taste, overall, it was a great deal for the price. My daughter opted for the peppermint martini, a holiday special, and she thoroughly enjoyed it. I had a taste as well and was impressed - normally, I find espresso martinis a bit too strong, but this one had a nice, balanced flavor. The ambiance was inviting and bright, with the option to dine indoors or outdoors. I'd recommend making a reservation or adding your name to the waitlist, as it can get quite busy, especially during peak times.Overall, it was a wonderful experience with great food and drinks. If you're in the area, I highly recommend giving it a try!

When I ask for crispy Hash Browns...I get Crispy Hash Browns!Breakfast is the simple art of getting the right things right. They get that at Scramble's! And they do it with a smile! This Busy Breakfast spot does such a good job that there is almost always a wait, well worth it! Clean and bright dining area, or sit on the sunny patio. Food is first rate, Always!

Stopped in here for the first time today for breakfast. Our waiter was friendly and very efficient with keeping our water glasses full. I had the breakfast sandwich which was very tasty. Hubby had traditional eggs Benedict, which was equally tasty. If you're looking for a spot to have a delicious breakfast, I recommend this one.

It wasn't quite eggs-cellent, but I had a good meal.Scrambled is a breakfast/brunch/lunch spot in the relatively new plaza on St. Rose near Coronado Center. With more interesting neighbors such as Naan & Curry and Lamaii, you might wonder why I decided to make this my first restaurant visit in the plaza. Well, they just were named 19th of 50 on Yelp's Top Places to Eat in Vegas in 2024.I figured that I didn't have to "scramble" for a seat since the Yelp Waitlist told me that it wasn't too busy, and indeed I was able to get seated immediately upon arrival. I took a counter seat in case the lunch rush was still to come, but I guess that it had already crested by then.I had had my eye on one of their flight-like options from previous glances at the menu, and indeed I ended up with the Mix & Match ($16.00) from the French Toast & Cakes section. I chose 3 different items to get the most variety for my solo-dining buck. The Blueberry Danish Pancake was the best on my plate. I loved the flavors of blueberry coulis and the almond streusel topping, as well as the crunch from those almond bits. The pancake is soft enough, and I didn't have to use the syrup which my server brought out, although the syrup does add plenty of rich sweetness to anything that needs it.The Red Velvet French Toast may have needed it just a bit. It leans away from cocoa and instead pivots into fruit territory, with strawberry glaze and slices of fresh strawberry. There was a light hint of salt in the toppings too, but I didn't really get it until I realized that it's actually more of a sponge cake than a French toast. In that context, I enjoyed it enough. The Churro French Toast was actually more of a French toast, but the toppings were on the bland side on their own. I didn't get enough cinnamon for my taste and I needed to use the side syrup despite the presence of sweet cream. Once I did, I liked every bite.I also got a hot Bottomless Coffee ($3.95) and did have the time for a partial refill. The coffee leaned a bit acidic but not in an off-putting way. I tend to drink coffee black when possible, and it was possible here.Scrambled is actually a solid brunch spot, although I doubt that they're really in top 50 territory when considering all Las Vegas restaurants. They're worth a visit if you really like blueberry pancakes or if your drive isn't too far.

Food was good, best bread we've experienced anywhere. We both had omelets and they were tasty and filling. There is a waitlist if you are traveling...all the locals know it! Very enjoyable breakfast.

I love the long booth table they were able to seat us at for a party of 7! Nice variety of options on the menu. Decent prices. This was a busy spot for a Tuesday morning, but noise level was perfect & service didn't miss a beat. I door or outdoor seating available. Portions are plentiful, food is tasty. Will definitely return when back in NV!
