Santina’s Pizzeria

Went to Santina's pizza last week with my son. Super cute mom and pop pizzeria with friendly owners. Right next to my house so I figured I'd try it out and it did not disappoint! Will definitely be back. In house vegan chicken was super flavorful, we loved the garlic knots and the soup, along with the spaghetti and meatballs. The pizza hit the spot. We liked it all!

Another disappointing small neighborhood restaurant that I regret giving a chance. Came here for lunch this past Monday. The last time I was at this location was when it used to be Joey's so I was eager to try Santina's. The Tomato Basil soup was good but was not served hot. The Vegan Meatball Parmesan was just ok. I requested broccoli instead of pasta and that was the worst part of the plate because the broccoli was overcooked and mushy. I brought this to the attention of our server and she offered to make it right but I had declined and was fine with not being charged the extra $2 for a side order of broccoli I couldn't eat. My friend ordered the Baked Ziti with meatballs and that was a better choice. The best thing about this visit to Santina's was actually our lively, friendly and attentive server Andrea. She tried her best to take care of us. Unfortunately, the owner came out but ignored our table. He stopped to chat with next table and also to personally take care of another regular customer who had come in with a complaint but did not bother to approach our table to apologize or to just greet new customers. This would have made a huge difference to our dining experience. Really wanted to like and support a local community restaurant but when they don't make us feel appreciated, well, it doesn't make us feel like supporting them.

Came here for a fundraiser tonight and cannot say enough good things about the restaurant. The owner was so gracious and took good care of everyone and was really hustling. They obviously support a lot of causes as you can see art for sale and advertisements for other local businesses. Not to mention, they hosted a fundraiser for www.misfitranch.org - A local dog rescue and sanctuary. If all that wasn't enough, we haven't even mentioned the food, which was amazing. My husband and I split the baked ziti and added meatballs to it. It was more than enough for two people and we took some home. It came with a side salad and dessert. It was all fresh and flavorful and if we lived closer we would be back all the time!

Absolutely amazing is all I have to say. From the time you walk in and are immediately greeted to the time you leave outstanding service and food. We had a relaxing time eating on a beautiful Sunday ordering 2 baked zitis with meatballs. Authentic and homemade brought fresh and hot. I will be coming back to try more items on menu.

Daily specials! Love those! Today we got the 2 slices + a soda for $6.99! Deal and just the right amount for us! Located on Lake Mead - it looked like a regular stop for locals! Cute decor with nice option for patio dining! Go visit!

Santina's New York Pizzeria is located in Summerlin, off of Lake Mead, in a small plaza. Santina's Pizzeria uses fresh ingredients! All of their dough and sauces are handmade! Their pizza crust for New York Style is a thin crust! Their menu consists of a variety of options. You can choose from Pizzas, chicken wings, chicken fingers, chicken dishes like chicken Milanese, chicken parmesan and so much more! The slice of cheese and pepperoni that I had was outstanding! The dough was perfectly cooked. The cheese was oozing off of the slice! The Pepperoni was scrumptious! The food was great! Reheating some of the leftover pizza, we used both the oven and the air fryer, which re-heated the pizza with no issues! The service here was great! Pick-up for the order was on time! The check-out process was a breeze at Santina's New York Pizzeria! I can't wait to go back here again!

I just stumbled into Santina's NY Pizzeria today, for the first time. My morning started out with a dose of apathy and I felt like a potato--the usual Sunday morning vibes after not enough sleep the evening before. Truthfully, this pizzeria was my only motivation for even crawling out of bed today. But I didn't come in here for just any type of pizza...I came for a supreme pizza with vegan cheese. Before you roll your eyes at me, I'll mention I LOVE CHEESE but my body (and lactose intolerance) does not. I called ahead to confirm they did still offer vegan cheese--I declined to go with the vegan supreme which also offers a completely vegan meats and cheese option--and drove over to pick up my 18" pie. My pie was approx $32-34 after tax and before tip, which was a bit more than I was hoping to pay but is also reasonable nowadays honestly. As soon as I had my first bite though...I HAD ZERO REGRETS ABOUT COST. The fresh tomato sauce, OH MY GOD...I wanted to cry (seriously, but I'm also a few days away from that time of the month soooo...)And the thin-sliced veggies that stuffed into my face nicely...I want to keep stuffing them into my face. AND THE CRUST...amazing. Hands down the BEST pizza I have had in this city. The staff was wonderful too. I was able to meet one of the owners and she was very pleasant to speak with--she even came by and asked how my pie was. (She caught me with pizza sauce on my face, but that's my fault of course...)I'm going to return to my pizza now and finish off a 3rd slice but hopefully this review tells you everything you need to know, regardless if you're a New York transplant, pizza aficionado, or apathy-filled millennial needing a reason to crawl out of bed on a Sunday. Santina's will not disappoint.

Hands down one of the best pizza's I've had. I love veggies on mine and added extra veggies. My pizza was over flowing with veggies! It was fantastic! 10/10 would recommend. The staff are friendly!

The place is full of wonderful smells, and the staff was wonderful. The pizza was legit, highly recommended.

My family and I decided to come here after my son's soccer tournament at Kellogg Zaher. I was IMPRESSED, the quality of the food is superb! They have amazing deals all day long. I had 2 slices of pizza and 4 wings for $10. Can't beat that. My wife had the Chicken parmigiana sandwich and it was so yummy! Hank's customer service was outstanding, he's VERY attentive and kind. We will be back!
