Went into the pro shop to gather some information on new bowling balls as I begin to play again after 10+ years. Vincent (if I remembered his name correctly) and his daughter answered all my questions, and explained the ins and outs of all the reasoning behind each ball i was interested in.I walked away fitted with 2 new balls, the Hammer Black Widow Mania as well as the Storm Ice, and a plethora of necessities like shoes, bag and bowling accessories. They fitted me and drilled both balls so that i could get a few games of practice with my newly acquired set up.The whole experience from start to finish was smooth, informative and not in any way pressured to buy. However, upon making my purchace they did explain some reasons for certain upgrades like switch thumb inserts and vacu grip inserts. Needless to say the balls fit and felt great in the hands even if my scores weren't less than stellar. Again it's been 10+ years since ive bowled.Thank you for a very successful and satisfying experience purchasing my new equipment. If you need answers and top quality service, check them out, you wont be disappointed.

I've been a loyal bowler at Santa Fe Bowling for nearly a year, and I can't say enough good things about it! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff always greets me with a smile. Even the manager, Cathy, goes above and beyond to make sure everyone has a great time -- it feels like a second home!I bowl twice a week, and the newly redone lanes this year are top-notch! The smooth surface and modern feel make every game a joy. If you're looking for a place where the vibes are friendly, the staff is amazing, and the lanes are in perfect shape, Santa Fe Bowling is the spot!

My husband's company held their Christmas party here and it was a great experience. The bowling center is bright and clean and appears to be very well maintained. As the night progressed the lights were dimmed and the place became illuminated with neon lights. There are huge tv's mounted above the lanes so as you're bowling you can catch the game of your choice. Pizza, wings, and chicken tenders were provided for our group. The food was average but the service was great. I liked that they offer non traditional bowling game options too, there were various games to choose from, my daughter enjoyed the Angry Birds themed game. Inside the bowling center is a nice arcade area for kids to play. The bar was not open during my time here so I am not sure how the drinks are. Overall I really enjoyed this place and look forward to returning.

Not a good first-time experience! The cashier was NOT friendly. We came as a family and were given a lane with a broken lane-assist rail (for children). When we asked why the rail wasn't coming up, the cashier informed us that it was broken; so WHY assign us a lane with a BROKEN rail - knowing we paid for a child to play?!?! There were MANY empty lanes available. The lane seating is tight and crowded (I bent down to put my shoes on and a woman's butt was above my head as she tried to get past me. We paid for two games, but the overcrowding and tight space made it difficult to enjoy, so we played out one game and refunded the second game. Will not go back.

Our company held the annual bowling event here on a Sunday from around 9a to 2p. The place was spacious and the lanes were shiny and clean. It smelled like smoke though since it's an older hotel/casino. Staff were helpful and friendly. The food and drinks were acceptable. We parked in the garage, lots of spots, not busy at all.

It was very packed with people, the wait was 45 minutes to an hour wait for one lane and could only have up to 6 players. To wait for two lanes connected was 1:30 to 2 hour wait. Choose one lane but the lanes are so close, on either sides of us both parties had little kids with them. Those children were unsupervised and kept coming into our lane. We had asked them several times to please keep kids off of our lane to avoid getting hurt or hurting one of us. The mother finally came out wreaking of alcohol yelling at our party and making a huge scene. There is a very small arcade, and a place to grab some food and beers. It would have been better if there was a control of drunk people. But there is only so much they can do. People are just crazy.

This bowling alley is very nice and up to date. My main gripes with this place is the seating area seemed VERY cramped. We had a child in our group and the staff put us on the only lane with BROKEN bumpers and did not give us the "Helper device" for our child to bowl with us which sucked. Other than that, decent place.

We had a great time bowling. Not that our scores showed it.Due to a mandate masks are required inside during the pandemic. Many people were not. Why was the staff not enforcing this? Nobody wants to see a business close because of Covid-19. C'mon folks play along. My younger daughter went to the front desk and asked each time to have bumpers during her turn when bowling. Only when I approached the front desk and complained were they added. We had bowled 15 out of 20 frames. I wonder what took the staff so long? Maybe next time we'll try another bowling alley, there are a few of them in this city.

We come here to bowl every so often, and never had an issue until tonight. Since when have they changed their bowling rules to be only 21+ after a certain time? There no were no signs anywhere in the bowling alley for this new rule. To add on, the cashier guy working the front desk needs to be trained on how to talk to customers. Not only were we ignored when we walked up, he continued to talk to one of his coworkers. When we so "rudely" interrupted his conversation, he still had the nerve to continue to be dismissive of us. #redrockisbetter
