Today was the first time I experienced teppanyaki and loved it. I came here today with my family as it was my mother's birthday. We had a reservation at 6pm and sat down at the grill with 4 others.Coming in, they had a couple other teppanyaki grills and then lots of tables filled with what I assume is people who come for their AYCE sushi. They seemed quite busy for a Tuesday night.As soon as we ordered, we got our takoyakis immediately which tasted great. Few minutes later, we got our salad which is I assumed had a ginger dressing which tasted refreshing and then what I assume was a mushroom soup.Soon after, our teppanyaki chef came out to cook for us. Our chefs name was Will and he was great! Super friendly and gave us a nice performance. He had also sang my mother Happy Birthday and was super awesome the entire night. I had gotten the Calamari and New York Steak. The calamari was honestly one of my favorite things that night. The New York steak was decent but I was able to try my mothers filet, and that tasted amazing. In the future, definitely going to have that upgraded. Definitely would come back for the teppanyaki and definitely want to come back for the AYCE sushi to try in the future.

We had a great dinner here! Food was all fresh. I definitely recommend reservations, especially on the weekend. Our chef was friendly and made everything taste great. My only complaint is we were a party of 4 and three wanted hibatchi, but I wanted AYCE sushi. They won't allow that since the other three wanted to sit at the teppanyaki table. They said I could sit at the sushi bar by myself, which I wasn't going to do. They allow you to order sushi a La carte at the hibatchi table but not their AYCE menu. I feel like if you are going to offer all these options, they should all be available. I ended up just getting sushi a La carte. It was good.

Diane and I enjoyed another fine teppanyaki meal here, beginning with a fresh Alaska Roll that featured salmon and avocado, and light and golden Shrimp Tempura. Other reserved guests at our grill never showed up, so we had a performing chef all for ourselves. And, he was the same grill master who cooked our dinner over a year ago! The expansive meal included tasty Onion Soup and a refreshing salad, followed by melt-in-your-mouth medium-rare Filet Mignon, perfectly cooked Shrimp and chunks of Lobster, sweet Noodles, numerous Grilled Vegetables, and Fried Rice with egg. Among the vegetables were zucchini, carrots, broccoli, mushrooms, Green Onions, and White Onions. Hot Tea helped me wash everything down. We experienced fine service and superb food, so this will remain our go-to place in the Las Vegas valley for teppanyaki fare.

We only come here for the Hibachi. I always get the Filet Mignon, Shrimp and Lobster combination. My son gets the Chicken and Shrimp, and my sister gets the Filet Mignon and Shrimp. Everything is cooked as desired and we're always happy about it. The entree comes with soup, salad, noodles and rice - We always upgrade to fried rice. It does not come with dessert. Our favorite chef is Gio - flavor is always on point. Ambiance - the place looks a bit old and some improvements would definitely make it look better. No significant issue with cleanliness. if they're busy, it can get loud. It is family-friendly. I like that they accept reservations. They have 6 hibachi tables so just to be sure, I always call to reserve. Lots of parking

Birthday dinner! Woo hoo! Well. I'll give it a woo for the good company of our family and friends.Sadly dinner was just average. The food, plentiful but not much in the way of flavor. The best parts of the dinner were the gyoza appetizer. Between all of us we had chicken and steak and one person had salmon. I'm allergic to shrimp but it looked good. Nothing seemed all to be very seasoned. Our chef was funny but overall not the showman I've seen before at other teppenyaki places. Overall the service was quick, almost too quick to enjoy the dinner. Our server was attentive. I like that you can have up to 20 people on 2 tables that are formed like a square. So that's a plus if you have a larger party. We had a nice time but probably won't return.

Went here for a business lunch arrived at noon, they open at 11. We couldn't be seated until 12:30 because, that's when a grill cook would be available. The host staff was not very friendly but, the wait staff and cook were great. The ambiance was very quiet and low key, it was early in the day so there weren't many patrons at the time. The food was good, we indulged in a little of everything... my only complaint was there was hair in one of our sushi orders. Had it not been for this mishap, the restaurant would have received 4stars..

We dined here hoping for a teppanyaki experience, but apparently you have to make reservations in order to have that experienced. Otherwise, you'll be seated at the table. We did the shareable meal, which was more than enough food. Everything was good to perfection. Our server was on point and attentive. There are only a limited amount of grills, however.

This is one of our favorite places for family celebrations. Any time we want to have a fun dining experience we go to Samurai. Children and adults are entertained and everyone leaves with a full belly. The servers are attentive and genuinely friendly. The chefs are comedians and magicians who cook everything to perfection, always happy to indulge special requests. The price point is great! For the teppanyaki meals, we typically get steak, teriyaki chicken, or steak and lobster. Every meal comes with soup, salad, rice ($2 up-charge for fried), grilled veggies, 2 appetizer shrimp, noodles and all the yum yum sauce you want!I highly recommend this restaurant, reservations are always a good idea, especially if bringing a large group.
