Samsara Ethio Fusion

I was looking for new Ethiopian restaurants to try around town and saw how this restaurant had 5 stars. It was the only one in town with five stars so I figured I should come here and see how good it seems. Well let me tell you! I had a blast here and the food is fantastic! I was met with nothing but amazing hospitality not only from Napoli but also the other people dining here! The other dinners loved it so much and even wanted to know my experience and watch me take my first bite! It was short staffed today but they still were very attentive and gave me the best customer service and food! The food is so amazing I had the veggie combo and the tea. The food is very fresh and preparer it every single day.

Plenty of parking in the shared parking lot. Located in the corner of the shopping center next to the French bakery. Once inside you'll be welcomed and seated by the host. Everyone was very welcoming, helpful with picking items off the menu. Tried the vegetarian plate (it's a variety of items served on a plate with Injera (bread). Everything especially the salad was flavorful, delicious. Everything is made fresh daily. We met the chef and I believe his wife who run the business together seamlessly. The ambiance is very clean, quaint. A must try! I will return to try more great dishes.

Bismillah...Savoring the taste of Ethiopia! A sensory experience that uplifts and inspires. We were greeted with a warm smile and offered a guided culinary journey. We had not seen our friends in years and were in town. Come to find out they were vegan now but no fear they recommend a tasty place called Samsara. We received a warm welcome when we arrived and was promptly given some ice cold water as it as over 115 degrees that week. The host explained the various dishes on the menu. I'll the pictures do the talking, the dishes were very flavorful and had a nice kick to it. Would definitely come back again next time we are in town.

Wow...we had breakfast at this place and it was awesome and delicious. We had egg fritata and Mediterranean ful both dish was delicious. The chef came out and she was very helpful. I give it all five star.

What a wonderful experience we had! We had never had Ethiopian food before, but seen it on TV shows and wanted to try it. It was DELICIOUS! The co-owner and chef, Napoleon, was SO warm and friendly with old fashioned hospitality. We talked to him quite a while and we will definitely be back soon!

We just came from this restaurant & we order two separate tibs & short ribs that came with Salad,kale & injela, it was really good & customer service was excellent. Thanks for the food * service. Jane & Evans

Samsara Ethio Fusion is by far one of the best Ethiopian restaurants in Las Vegas. The food at this quaint, cozy eatery is authentic and delicious. I have a special fondness for shiro and was delighted by the fact that the shiro here is flavorful and served piping hot. I also would like to compliment the greens (gomen) the spicy peas, the salad and other lentils. In fact, everything in the vegetable combo (which I ordered) is cooked to perfection. However, the food isn't the only thing that captures my attention. The owner and his staff are probably the friendliest restaurant workers I have ever met. They treat you like you're a long-lost friend. I've been here at least three times already and can't wait to go back!

Delicious breakfast, the food was well seasoned and the bread and injera were excellent. Very friendly and good service. We'll definitely be back.

It has a lot of vegetarian options and I love their chechepsa It tastes so good and I enjoyed my visit
