Great atmosphere here with amazing food. The food here is more of street and casual Vietnamese food with many appetizer options and their drinks are must try too!

Saigon Corner Restaurant's gastropod pics have been showing up on my Yelp feed for awhile. But I didn't realize it was the same place when the Husband suggested this place for dinner. He had seen it driving by and was curious about it.I was really excited when I saw the various unique items on their menu. This place goes beyond your typical pho, vermicelli bowls, and rice plates. We ordered a bunch of different items.* Flower Periwinkle in Salted Egg Yolk (Vietnamese Snails) $18* Grease Snail in Garlic Butter $16 * Sichuan Grilled Pork Jowl $13* Garlic Noodles with Lamb Ribs $20.99* Beef Carpaccio with Shrimp Crackers $15.95Everything was really good and we had a great experience. It was nice to have a different flavor profile when eating Vietnamese than what you typically get. I think I need to go back again soon.My only real issue is the disposable plastic water cups they provide. Almost everything else is reusable tableware and sturdy, but yet these plastic cups are super cheap and flimsy. I would suggest investing in some reusable water cups. This place is a hidden gem for sure!

LOVE the food at Saigon Corner. The quality and food never disappoints. HOWEVER, each time i come back to Saigon Corner, their quality of customer service is getting worse. Each visit, there is always something with their service. Here are some examples that's really bothersome; -taking our empty water away and completely forgot to give us a new water bottle. We needed to chase down a waiter to ask for water. -servicing us appetizers with no plates or serving dishes. i literally had to eat over a napkin today and it was beef carpaccio, delicious and very messy too. -there's chili oil and the other is chili paste also known as sambal. it's not rocket science. i literally asked for chili oil and chili paste and one of the worker kept going back and forth with me on it LOL lord knows why. All that above happened in separate occasions and today. I am a frequent diner here at Saigon Corner and often go here with family and friends! I always recommend this place because of the quality of the food. But with this type of service, i won't be coming back here for awhile.

This is our new go to place for Vietnamese food. The variety and quality are both top notch. The price isn't too bad for what you get either. Portions are big. The short rib pho is very good.

Came for their pho, which is amazing btw, but stay for their grilled pork and their Vietnamese coffee. Their customer service is comparable to the deliciousness of their food, too!

Saigon Corner is a hidden gem in the newer plaza on Fort Apache and Russell. I've been here twice, and while my first visit left me thoroughly impressed, my second experience was a bit more of a mixed review. During my first visit on a Saturday night around 6:30 pm, the place was not overly crowded. The interior is stunning, with a street-style decor and plenty of spacious seating, making it a very comfortable spot. The service was quick and friendly, and I really appreciated the vast menu filled with unique dishes I hadn't seen at other Vietnamese restaurants. For appetizers, my friends and I shared the Beef Carpaccio with Crackers ($15.95) and the Flower Periwinkle in Fried Garlic Butter ($16). While both were a little on the pricey side, they were totally worth it and I didn't mind especially since I was trying things I normally don't get to anywhere else. The periwinkle was huge and perfectly seasoned with fried garlic, and the carpaccio paired with the rice crackers was a great combination of flavors and textures. As for the pho, I built my own bowl ($14.95) and found the broth savory and satisfying. All in all, I was super impressed and would have rated this visit 5 stars.Unfortunately, during my second visit, I noticed a drop in consistency. I brought my family and was excited to have them try the escargot, raving all about it during the car ride here. But it didn't taste as good as the first time. The garlic flavor was missing, and the escargot didn't have the same appeal. I'm not sure what happened, but it definitely wasn't as enjoyable. It was disappointing that they didn't get to experience what I did during my 1st visit. Despite this hiccup, I'll still be back to try more dishes and check out their drinks. It's a solid spot, and I'm hopeful that the inconsistency was just a one-off. Highly recommend!
