TIP: Every time I pass by at around 10am or later, there is a long walk in queue (probably 1hr+) Make a reservation online. I've made one as late as 1am the day of to dine at 8am. However, if you wait too long, time slots will get filled up. I believe that 8:30 - 11 were fully booked when I checked. TIP 2: I'm not a morning person, but the surprise benefit I got from dining early morning was the view of the garden with no people in it and also no diners occupying the large tables that are closest to the garden side. I would request a table with a view of the garden if they don't already give it to you. Sadelle's has this charm and ambiance that I love. While the food is certainly over priced, I've been happy each time. Menu prices have increased recently... within the last few days I believe. Everything seems to have been arbitrarily increased by $2. FOODSalmon Tower - I love the tower presentation. It's beautiful and good for sharing. The ingredients were good. I'd order this again. They recently increased the price from $29 to $31. Steak and eggs - Steak quality is decent and they cooked it a perfect medium rare, as requested. The eggs were cooked properly as well. This also includes hash browns and toast/bagel. They recently increased the price from $44 to $46SERVICEGood/standard.

I was in vegas for my birthday and wanted to try sadelle's for brunch. I couldnt make a reservation since they were fully booked already so we had to wait in line for walk ins which was about a 30 minute wait which wasn't bad.This restaurant is gorgeous. Has an amazing view of the outside of Bellagio facing the pool area. Everything was pretty here and clean even the bathroom was really nice.What we ordered:Salmon tower: great portion and amazing salmon quality. I love the fact that this was deconstructed and you can pretty much build your own.Boyfriend got the eggs any style which was honestly a bit over priced for what it was.Berries for $14 were a bit too expensive.Ingredients used were definitely fresh and good quality. You're in vegas so it was definitely pricey.I would recommend trying Sadelle's atleast once. Great place for brunch.

I was looking for a yummy brunch place near Aria. I definitely found it with this one. Very very very good food. My mimosa was not too shabby either heheI ended up sitting at the bar because the place is crazy busy - for a reason. The bartenders were great and took care of me. Place has a very cool vibe, for a minute I even forgot that I was in Vegas haha I will most definitely be back when in town next time!

Service at Sadelle's is impeccable. The staff is attentive without being intrusive, making sure every guest feels welcome and well taken care of. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or just indulging in a leisurely meal, they enhance the experience with genuine hospitality.

Sadelle's is absolutely incredible. They were extremely busy and did everything to accommodate us and they even apologized but we could see how busy they were so it was more than understandable.The food was fantastic, the sticky buns were delicious and I'm happy they were flaky at that. The environment was spectacular considering it was just off of the conservatory and botanical garden which was stunning!

We had wonderful lunch here - the food was delicious but really the atmosphere was what made it a truly memorable experience. I felt like I was in another country, in the most positive way. The service was excellent as well.

This place is very elegant and delicious. But that's not what caused this review !We were waited on by MR. ARIS for yesterday's breakfast. What an outstanding fellow!! This was our first visit ever, so we're not regulars or anything.It turned out we needed some special help and he provided it. AND HOW!Everything we asked for was no problem and he performed quickly and he went beyond what we requested (as he anticipated what was coming from customers such as us).We would certainly return to his station for another meal. He set a standard for such joyous friendliness that we were overwhelmed. We enjoyed every bite and every minute! Thank you!
