The service was excellent thanks to Brian and the food was just ok. The ambience is with the music and the machine to play. Perfect to have a drink and chill.

Their thing is game tokens for dollars when buying food & drinks (alcohol also), at one to one. It's fun, it's gimmicky, I like it. Games spit out tickets which can be redeemed for prizes, most with a New Orleans theme. Like bauble necklaces of all sorts, and T-shirts. Most of the games are about 4 tokens each, Pac-Man and pinball are one. Skee-Ball is 2 tokens. If games with tokens aren't your thing, Bourbon Street is a Dotty's franchise, so poker machines. And, it's a 21 and over joint, cash only. Against my instincts, I tried some food. I say that because I'm pretty sure one employee was running the show. I was starving, however, so I proceeded. The Jambalaya was pretty good, and was a large portion. The Muffaletta was also a large sandwich, which turned out to be difficult to navigate. I ended up mostly just eating the meat. The food is pretty cheap, around $5 each for the 2 items I had. Their other thing is daiquiris, again of many sorts. These are a good deal at $7 each. I think all the beer is $4, also pretty cheap. If you find yourself cruising along Boulder Highway (and who doesn't)stop on in and get a daiquiri and play some Skee-Ball.

First time coming into Bourbon Street. The man behind the counter his name Fifty. Fifty, a kind polite gentleman gave my family a menu to look at as well as the menu on display. We ordered chicken wings. The chicken wings are breaded and cooked thoroughly also ordered a basket of french fries very nice crispy and drinks. Thanks Fifty for your hospitality did not go unnoticed

I told them he told manager/ owner nothing they can do that day so I comeback the next day good news and bad news it's on camera but have to wait a few days ! Hmmm all because you're machine ate my money I've came back 3 more times it's been over a week this time they said I'd call corporate if I were you ! Really it's partially good news I'll never play in this dump again I've lost thousands since December without hitting one jackpot !So you being a bunch of jerkoffs will help me in the long run !

Great place with great drinks! Awesome atmosphere. Tons of fun arcade games and lots of TVs for sporting events with comfy couches. Earn tickets to get fun prizes l! Like Chuck E Cheese for adults. You can gets Marci Gras beads with sports teams on them and t shirts! Come with cash! They are cash only as of right now, but hey it saves us money on drinks! Food menu is unique and looks super yummy! They also have blended ice alcoholic beverages! Open 24/7!

Been coming here from California to enjoy the sports on big screen tv . pool games. Slot machines. Food and great service. Highly recommend to visit if your in town.TOUCHDOWN !!!

Bourbon Street is a genuine place. You can come to and feel safe. The workers at night on top of everything skin IDs and this place is clean. Don't come here for arcade they lacking that I will say that if they get that up, this place is a 10 out of 10

Well, usually I love this place, but Friday night January 5th changed that. The skinny blonde lady working there that night was completely rude. She seemed upset that me and three friends were bothering her with, umm,, you know, her job duties! I asked her for our drink orders and she rolled her eyes at me every time. One of the 3 times, she took my money and tip for the drinks and walked away from the counter and started cleaning the slot area. Her boyfriend was the only patron that was attended to properly. Very disappointed.

I asked for a drink, waited 5 mins when there are no customers. It's 3:24 am . And she kept assuming I had no money like I was homeless. Really degrading . I'll will never come back to this place EVER .
