Rubalcabas is a east side staple. It has stood the test of time and competed with every other restaurant on the East side. Me personally have been coming since I was maybe 16/17 almost 20 years it seems like. As I still order the same thing. The Al Pastor nachos. The owner forgive I always forget his name but when we greet each other it's always "Primo" for years and years he's always treated me with respect and made be feel like a friend. For him I thankful. This area isn't the nicest but definitely not the worst but, he's makes it work and he does it very well. They have a ton of options and everything is pretty fire to be honest. They also offer burgers and chicken wings if you're not in the mood for traditional Mexican food. They do get busy at times but it's definitely worth the wait. Some of the employs have been here for years so that tells me he's a great boss. And the interior is old but it complements the business well. Enough of that we came for the food not the esthetics. Food is great the employees are amazing the salsas are fire. Literally be careful with the salsa rojo hahaha honestly stop by if you're in the area for a quick bite or a candle lit dinner with your hyna or your side ruca you can't go wrong. Show your neighborhood primo some love..

Been here twice now in the past 3 years. There burritos are super sizes, that's why they cost around 15 bucks. It's worth it tho. Their carne asada burritos are the best option, they taste like a taco burrito because of the cilantro and onion inside and lots of meat. Their shrimp burritos are alright it's very American/mexican flavor. They're really friendly here but I dont think it's the best Mexican food I've had in Las Vegas.

I'm not sure if I just ordered the wrong thing but I was not impressed Unfortunately the food was very plain We ordered the 2 chicken taco plate that came with nothing on the taco And the 2 fish taco plate which I'm. It even sure if it was fish It was so burnt and nothing on the inside I cannot recommend anyone to come here Besides the lack of flavor the area is just not the greatest What I will say is the staff was very polite and nice unfortunately this place just wasn't for me

Best carne asada tacos I've had in Vegas. I just wish they were on the street taco tortillas, instead of the larger round tortillas. The horchata was also good. The carne asada fries were meh because the fries were a bit greasy and plain, but they are fries so I'm not sure what else you'd expect. 5 stars for the carne asada, which was actually bits of steak and not some weird large chunk ground beef type stuff you see at other taco shops.

EASTSIDERS don't sleep on this taco shop. It's definitely better than other's. The only reason why I am not giving it 5 stars is because I haven't dined in yet, I heard about this place from my partner, so I decided to order through Uber Eats. Ive ordered from there like three times now and every time the food was so good! They have large portions and sustainable packaging. I've tried their Menudo , Beef and Chicken Hard Tacos, Tripas Tostada, Carne Asada Burritos, the Burgers and their Quesadillas. All these items were so flavorful and delicious. This is probably my new go-to spot for sure.

Muy mal servicio el señor me trató super mal le pedí dos platos plásticos para un pozole k compré en $14 y me dijo que no que si quería 2 platos plásticos tenía que comprarlos horrible nunca habia visto algo igual soy clienta de Rubalcaba taco shop siempre compro pozole para mis niños ese señor no merece trabajar ahí trata muy mal a los clientes y en especial a una mujer con niños desabilitados

Food is great ! Service is great ask for one of the two male waiters you will not go wrong. The Place is so beautiful "" THE NICEST Mexican restaurant in pahrump"" and the have separate area for wedding receptions, work get togethers. Oh and they do ( To Go orders )

So happy these guys were open late. Was craving a San Diego style Carne Asada burrito and they delivered! Amazing taste and great portion size. Roja sauce is very tasty and very hot. Very authentic.
