On our first day in Vegas, stopped in for a nice Italian dinner at RPM. We started with the bruscchetta. The tomatoes were the best o have had. Nothing compares to past experiences . Not sure what the green sauce was but it was delish!! I was surprised over the $15 price but I would pay it again any day!! Our waitress stated all pasta is hand made including the sauce. She was not lying, best pasta and excellent sauce that accompanied the chicken parm. The penne was aldente and that white goodness which was probably cheese was 10/10.It was a great way to start our Vegas food journey!! This place is a must, make reservations

I went here for a date night with my husband on a Wednesday night. Surprisingly it was very easy to get a reservation. If you are planning on going here, the parking is either in the main self park garage which is a walk to the restaurant in the back, or you can valet right in the front which i believe is around $7.Food: 8/10 Quality of italian food felt a bit more upscale than your traditional italian food. The portions were however smaller, they were 1/2 or 4oz servings for the pasta. I ordered the ala vodka and my husband got the carbonara. Each dish was great, the pasta was al dente and not too soft. The sauce coated the noodles perfectly!Staff: Very kind and helpful. I am a huge foodie so i am always asking so many questions about each dish, and our waiter didnt mind at all! He even gave us recomendatons for the meal ball.Ambiance: this restaurant is very nice. As you walk in, there's booths and dimly lit candles surrounding the tables. A perfect place to go for a date night or even with some friends for a chill, upscale vibe.Price: 7/10 For the size of the dish, it was normal priced compared to other restaurant that have a full plate. Each dish was around $25-$30 with the appetizers being on the high end as well ranging from $17-25.Overall i enjoyed the restaurant experience and food!

This was our first time at RPM Italian in Las Vegas, and it absolutely lived up to the hype! It was also our first time in Vegas, and we wanted a memorable dining experience--RPM delivered on all fronts. To start, the hostess was incredibly accommodating. My boyfriend is 6'5", and they went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable, switching our table twice upon request. That level of attentiveness set the tone for the rest of our evening. For drinks, I ordered the Spritz and Giggles--a light, refreshing cocktail with Juliana Prosecco, basic vodka, and wild strawberry. My boyfriend went for the Crystal Paloma, which was so crystal clear it looked like water! The clarified grapefruit and citrus salt rim made it an incredibly unique and flavorful drink. Honestly, I liked his drink more than mine! For our meal, we started with a personal pizza to share, and it was the perfect appetizer--crispy, flavorful, and just the right size. For my entrée, I ordered the Chicken Parmesan, inspired by the drool-worthy Yelp photos, and asked for it extra spicy. They loaded it up with red pepper flakes just as I requested! The portion was huge--three pieces of chicken breast with a side of spaghetti--definitely enough for leftovers. My boyfriend got the Lobster Diablo and was thoroughly impressed. The pasta was perfectly cooked, and while the lobster didn't have the shell removed, they provided a spicy butter sauce that elevated the dish beautifully.Overall, this was an incredible dining experience. The food was delicious, the service was outstanding, and the ambiance was perfect for a special night out. I highly recommend RPM Italian for anyone visiting Vegas--it's a must-try! We will definitely be back.

Saw mixed reviews for this restaurant. Our experience was great. Service was fast. It's a little loud inside. Our favorite was the rosemary bread and we asked to have honey on the side. The toasted texture and flavor was the best with the sweet honey. Best bread we've had. We would go back just to have that! The food was good too.

You cannot go wrong at this place even if you tried! The experience is top notch! The style! The ambiance and ofcourse the food! The company's desire is to make your experience professional, clean and precise before you even step foot into the establishment. Before we arrived, a text was sent informing us how crowded they were and to accommodate us that they were keeping everyone's visit to 2 hours. Although some may not agree, to me I respect that because it ensured our reservation time was met for those dining ahead of us! And ofcourse the food was incredible. We dine here once or twice a year, and we love it every time. The freshness and food from scratch to include the pasta is like none other. Thank you RPM team for always exceeding our experience every time!!

Once you are inside you forget you are in a mall which is great. Definitely sit near bar or in back. The service was great but the kitchen was slammed which made the meal not as good as it could have been. The prosciutto appetizer was close to good and could have been great if they had added more than 5 drops of balsamic, a few more pieces of cheese and a few extra pieces of bread. The truffle pasta looked amazing but was served warm. The veal Parmesan was good not great. The price to portion size is a little on the high side. We did have a very friendly and efficient waiter.

Service was very professional and attentive. It's in the shops at Cesar's Palace but still feels very upscale. We have been to the RPM in Chicago and this one is just as good as the original. The food is fresh, the pastas are homemade and amazing. We were too full for dessert but the choices looked delicious. Pizza has 3 components and it's hard to get all 3 right but they have with the sauce , crust and cheese being perfect!

This was overall a pretty good dining experience and was our first time trying this restaurant. It's a good idea to make a reservation, and this is easily accomplished via their website. The interior is open and contemporary, and the service was generally attentive and friendly. I had an Amalfi spritz cocktail which was decent but nothing too amazing. We asked if they could make a Mai Tai but were told they could not. We tried the bruschetta to start which was very tasty with fresh and crisp bread and a tasty tomato topping. We also split a caesar salad which had a crispy topping rather than croutons which was a nice and modern touch. I had the salmon entree which was fresh, tasty, and well-prepared. Save room for dessert! We had the spumoni torta which is flambéed tableside as an extra touch. This was quite tasty and was sort of an Italian take on a baked Alaska. Overall this was a rather good and contemporary Italian dining experience!

My family and I came to RPM Italian on Christmas. We had a 2:30pm reservation and when we arrived a at 2:38pm (deep at the end of the forum shops, so too forever to get there through the casino), we were greeted and seated fairly quickly despite arriving late. Great atmosphere for a fancier dining experience (dress code not enforced, but it a restaurant that you should at least look presentable "business casual"). The food was very good. I did taste every single dish. We did not try any of their alcoholic beverages today, but I did see people ordering them at other tables and they look nice and portion size was generous. Food:- Giuliana's Italian Salad - delicious dressing, wish there was more pepperonconi and salumi - Short Rib Bolognese - nice flavors, small chunks and shredded short rib- Saffron Cavatelli - nice flavors, shredded wild boar- Butternut Squash Tortello - a little on the sweet side for me- Mama DePandi's Bucatini - a little heavy on the tomato sauce flavor- Cremini Mushroom Pizza - very thin crust, but delicious, buttery and garlicky, probably the best item we orderedOur server and busboy were both very nice and very attentive. RPM Italian is a good place to have a nice, authentic Italian meal. Overall, I would rate this experience a solid 4.5/5.

Beautiful restaurant, delicious food, and great service. My friend and I didn't want to break the bank for food, but the Las Vegas strip makes it difficult. RPM Italian came in clutch for an awesome, affordable meal at Caesar's Palace. NOTE: We came in for lunch for the pre-fixe menu. An appetizer, entree, and dessert for $35/pp before tip and tax. The menu is online. You have to ask for this menu in person; it was not given to us. Appetizer: I picked the prime meatballs, and my friend chose the truffled garlic bread. We split them. Best garlic bread and meatballs I've ever had. I don't go to upscale Italian restaurants much though, but I know my friend and I loved the dishes. Entree: My friend got the carbonara, and I got the rigatoni alla vodka. I liked my dish more than his, but both were tasty and perfectly cooked. Dessert: Both of us got the tiramisu. Perfect, not overly sweet. Wish one of us got the gelato to split because that would've gone great with it!
