It was a bit of an adventure finding ROYCE Chocolate, but I eventually found it. It's located along the water, towards the middle.Kate assisted me on my visit and was so lovely. She opened the catalogue to tell me that I would be receiving their Champagne (Pierre Mignon) Nama Chocolates as my gift for my YEE. It was their most popular item. She asked if I wanted to sample any other chocolates and how could I say no?! She first gave me a sample of the Matcha Nama Chocolate and it reminded me of being in Japan all over again. This was the kind of chocolate you just allow to melt in your mouth. Then she offered the Limited Edition White Peach version, which wasn't in the catalogue. This one really surprised me and was very delightful. Then we moved onto the their Potato Chip Chocolates and I sampled both the Original and Fromage Blanc. The winner was definitely the Fromage Blanc with the contrast of sweet and salty being extra exceptional. Then I tried the Orange Prafeuille Chocolate. Although enjoyable, it didn't have as much orange sauce as I would have hoped. I was eyeing the Matcha version though. Then I tried the Blueberry Chocolate which are cute little bites. And finally, the Macademia Gianduja Chocolate. The almond and hazelnut paste mixed with the chocolate coating gave it such a rich and decadent experience.I knew I just had to purchase something without overindulging...so I went with the White Peach Nama Chocolate since it was a limited edition item. (Although I was torn with the Matcha Nama Chocolate and Fromage Blanc Potato Chip Chocolate. Those will have to be for a return visit.)The staff wrapped up my chocolates in a cooler envelope with an ice pack, which is very appreciated. Kate was super generous and inviting! She reminded me come back again for more samples and other seasonal items.I eventually tried the Champagne (Pierre Mignon) Nama Chocolates at home and they remind me of an elevated Melty Chocolate. It's an indulgent treat for sure and you get a good amount in those boxes.

While I love Royce chocolates, I had a terrible experience here. We came in on VALENTINES day and wanted to check out the selection here and pick up a treat. It is a small store front, which no big deal I thought, since we would just scan through the options. As I was looking at the main shelf and going around it, there was a group on the other side that I was approaching. Before I could even register what was going on and react, the sales associate rudely and aggressively yelled "that's a private tasting!" At me. I was appalled that I was confronted in such a rude and aggressive way when I was just trying to look at the products. There were no signs and it was a small floor print. It was an innocent mistake and could've been handled a lot more respectfully and in a customer service oriented way. I was so embarrassed and disappointed that my partner and I quickly left since I don't believe in patronizing a store that doesn't treat its customers well, or treats them like less-than. I would not recommend coming to this store. My partner and I will just stick to getting our Royce chocolate from Japan, where their service is always more welcoming.

Craving for some chocolate? Well Royce' chocolates is now my new go-to! I have a sweet tooth and sometimes thr same old chocolates just don't cut it! This was my first time trying Royce chocolates and I am so glad I found them! They only have one store in Vegas and they are located in thr Venetian! The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable too as she gave us samples and explained what each one contained. These chocolates contain liquer but the amount is so small that even kids can eat them! I learned from her that they are super popular in other counties like Japan, Korea, Thailand, etc.! Super cleand and chill atmosphere too! Now on to the chocolates! We got to try the champagne chocolates (5/5) and it was supper good! You can definitely taste the champagne and it was not too sweet which I loved! The staff was nice enough to let us try many more samples and they were all delicious! My favorite was the peach flavored and the matcha flavored! We also learned that they have chocolate covered chips! They also have seasonal items which was really cool! Perfect for Halloween season! They also take care of your chocolates as they pack them in an insulated bag with a ice which i thought was super cool! You can walk around area and not worry tour chocolate will melt! Definitely will come back for more.!

Delicious and wonderfully curated collection of Hokkaido based chocolates! Honestly there's nothing that they carry that does not do wonders to the palette. But the cold service and the aloof staff here is what ruins the experience for me. No thank you. The Grand Canal shops I feel are really in the gutters when it comes to the hospitality and customer care department. Spending money anywhere here has been such an annoying task.

We got a box of Royce chocolates from our relative who brought them back from Japan. To our surprise there was a Royce chocolate shop at The Grand Canal Shoppes in The Venetian. My wife and kids ate up the box of chocolates in 2 days, so we made sure to make a trip to The Grand Canal Shoppes today to purchase a couple boxes of these delectable chocolates. They are super creamy, similar to a truffle chocolate, but in small rectangles. They have several flavors as well as cookies and wafer covered with chocolate. The employees were all super nice and asked if we needed help as we were browsing through all their offerings. The boxes of chocolates come in a box of 20 small rectangles (slightly bigger than a Hershey's rectangle) for $19.99 (~$1 per rectangle, not sales tax on the chocolates). Our relative told us she bought the boxes of chocolates for ~$5 each in Japan. Overall, it was work the extra cost to taste these chocolates again as it is still cheaper than going to Japan.

I got to visit Royce with the Yelp elite team, and I will be getting all my holiday shopping done there. They have the most delicious chocolates and can let you sample some during your visit. I was especially impressed with the Champagne one. Staff are very friendly and location is easy to locate in Grand Canal shoppes.

Kate is amazing she is so knowledgeable about the offerings at the store. The chocolate is amazing and it melts in your mouth! Very rich and not overly sweet. My favorite sample was the dark chocolate potato chip. The savory sweet combination was fantastic. Taking home milk chocolate champagne, apparently the best seller, so how could I refuse!? The store is well lit and it's clean! Not the easiest to find but near the shoe palace and the Las Vegas store. Come by and see Kate she's awesome!

Cool and tasty experience! I've never had Royce' chocolate before and was curious to see how their chocolates were. My friends raved about it to me before but I've never understood what there was to rave about....until now. Located in the Grand Canals shops at the Venetian, Royce' chocolates is a cute little shop with a good variety of different chocolates. Some chocolates have liquor in them. I've never had liquor in my chocolates before so this is a first for me! The employees were helpful and let us sample 3 different flavors they had. They had the white chocolate, matcha, and dark chocolate (65%). Each one had a bit of liquor in them but I didn't taste it. The white chocolate had orange and cherry liquor in it, but what stood out to me was the cheese taste in it. It melted in my mouth! The matcha one is one where it would be a hit or a miss. If you like matcha, it has a strong matcha flavor to it. The last one was good too. The dark chocolate did not taste bitter but there is a Hennessy taste to it. We appreciate how they had a ice pack to it because it does have to stay cold. The ice pack stays cold for 6 hours. We also ended up buying a original Royce' potato chip (milk chcolate). Excited to try more different chocolates!!

ROYCE' Las Vegas at The Grand Canal Shoppes is an amazing store offering superb chocolates! You'll find them at The Venetian Grand Canal Shoppes, near St. Mark's Square.I was warmly welcomed by Alex, he's nice and friendly, very knowledgeable, and maintains a clean store. My personal favorite is ROYCE' Potato Chip Chocolate ($18.99) which is a sweet and salty confection of crispy potato chips coated with milk chocolate on one side, it's crunchy, not too sweet, so yummy and delicious! They also have potato chip with dark chocolate, and a white chocolate infused with frontage blanc cheese which is similar to a cheesecake. Alex highly recommends the ROYCE' Potato Chips Chocolate fromage blanc.Samples are available for Nama Chocolate only and the quality is fantastic! Nama Chocolate Matcha (20 pieces, $19.99) is lovely and delicious! It's soft and silky, the white nama chocolate is filled with the aroma of green tea, a blend of premium powdered green tea leaves, and green tea-flavored chocolate powder, so good!Their chocolates are high quality with no wax, no preservatives, no food coloring, and no artificial flavor. Also they offer seasonal items which change 3 to 4 months. Service from Alex is fabulous! He's courteous, polite, and very professional. After purchase, Alex carefully wrapped the Nama Chocolate Matcha and placed inside an insulated bag to keep cool, it's very thoughtful and makes for a pleasant experience!
