Royal Crystal Event Center

This was an awesome venue! Get spot for a event a lot of room, the customer service there was amazing the owner Veronica was and the bartender Bianca was great. The servers Rhea and Jenn did they Thang n was Perfect!! PERFECT VENUE FOR A EVENT.

My colleague held her intimate wedding here. We witnessed their exchange of I Do's with the waterfall on the background. The place was very nice and the fellow guests were friendly. The way they arranged the place was really pretty and perfect. I like the theme. The combination of gold, white, and tangerine made it elegant and easy to the eyes. 1 star less is due to the bathroom facility. There is only one gender neutral restroom. Which is unacceptable. And as expected there is always a line. And the bowl is very low too. Most of us lady guests were wearing heels - and getting down and up was far from easy. Ugh

Royal Crystal Event is our Company's venue to book on all our annual events. Not only does the Owner, Rachel, deliver exactly what our vision is, but everything that comes with the package is exceptional and affordable. The venue is spacious and fit our entire office of 80 people and more. The food catering is phenomenal, delicious, and very filling. The Staffs provide exceptional customer service to our Guests, the decorations are beautiful as always, and Rachel has never disappointed us! We highly recommend this venue! Mark and Veronica was wonderful start to finish. They are very detail oriented and utilized the venue perfectly. It was nice not having to worry about the reception leading up to wedding day. Everything worked out perfectly.

We just had our wedding reception here this last week and it was so beautiful ! Rachel , Blake and their staff went above and beyond for us. They seriously can do anything you ask for, everything came out amazing and our guests had such a wonderful time especially with their Photo Booth, it's so cool ! I recommend to anyone looking for a place to do their reception.

When I say this is absolutely the best Venue to go thru it is Traveling from Colorado to have my wedding in Vegas I was so grateful for Rachel and her team the Venue was gorgeous I highly recommended this royal crystal event center The DJ was absolutely the best my whole partner enjoy him so much he had everyone dancing and enjoying themselves everyone told me how much they enjoyed him the Bartender was amazing best drinks very friendly you can't go wrong going thru royal crystal event center for any events you have

Royal Crystal Event Center was an excellent place for our wedding reception. We had over 50 people attend in their "small room" which was the perfect size! Thank you to Rachel and her team for the great service. Everyone had a blast! Pro tip: spring for the grazing table it is excellent!

I can't even begin to describe how incredibly happy we were that we chose Royal Crystal for our wedding and reception. We used the large ballroom and the space was beautiful and perfect. Blake and Rachel were fantastic to work with, they really care and that comes across throughout the whole process. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. I booked my mothers home going celebration at this venue. I had attended a birthday party here a year ago that was stunning, so that's why it came to mind. Veronica and her staff far surpassed my expectation in every way. if you are considering booking this venue don't hesitate. She tended to my concerns and questions immediately. The communication was flawless. I will definitely use this venue in the future.

The communication between the event coordinators was terrible. I spoke to three different people, and every time I had to explain everything again. They constantly changed things without consulting me. We clearly asked for "Mr. and Mrs." on the stage and our names backstage, but they put "Let's Party" instead. When I requested a change, they did it without the lighting we discussed. hey didn't have enough dishes and there were no bowls at all. In the end, the servers threw our food out without our permission. Extremely unprofessional and frustrating.
