Third time ordering from here for delivery to strip (NYNY and Excalibur). Outstanding food and timely delivery all three times. I made allowance for the difficulty in delivering and on two occasions met the driver downstairs.Was reluctant to order this trip (3 months from last experience) based on some other bad reviews but fortunately placed my order. Again great food at a fair price delivered in a timely manner (met driver in lobby prearranged by me).Guessing some of the bad reviews are based on close to closing orders or just bad timing (busy times, weekends, events ... etc). Personally I recognize ordering late or during high traffic periods is a crap shoot and usually go hungry or pay the casinos high cost.Until I experience otherwise ... 5 stars (pepperoni pizza and wings, $25 delivered with tip).

When I arrived in Vegas it was late, after checking into my hotel I was to exhausted to leave for a quick bite. This pizza joint seemed legit plus delivery was free. I placed my order using the Yelp app which provided me with 10%off towards my order. The cut off time for online orders was 1:45a.m. as they closed @ 2p.m. I ordered with plenty of time for my food to be delivered. I waited for over two hrs for my food to be delivered. NOTHING. So, this afternoon I call to find out what the problem was. The front desk wouldn't release my floor number since I didn't included my full last name with my order. The driver claimed he called my phone but it went to VM. I didn't receive a call. All and all I woke up the same way I laid down... Hungry. Here's a tip... Included your Full last name, floor and room # in the comments section if you order online.

Because I pass this place on the way home from work I decide to give them a try. Call in, get the 6.99 pickup special and add a second topping. Told the total is 9 and some change. Okay. I go, use my debit card and get the pie soon as it's ready. Get home, and see there is MORE CRUST THAN PIZZA! And it looks like he decided to see how little cheese could possibly be used. A pitiful looking pie. Oh, and I see on my bank card be charged me 11 bucks and some change. I guess he felt like giving himself a tip on my check. Do yourselves a favor and don't eat here unless you are literally starving.

My order was simple pizza and wings, pizza was cold and dry. Wings were so old and dry you could barely bite into them. I called and was promised replacements, 1hr 20mins later no food so i called manager answered and said "we are too busy now" so maybe in another 1hr and 30mins. Or call delivery co for a refund. Terrible food! Terrible guest service! Will never order from there again

Ordered a 14" pizza pie at 10:17pm with an estimated wait time of 50-60 minutes. This place was 0.9 miles from the delivery location so we weren't expecting to wait so long. At around 11:30pm, I called to check the status of the delivery and the woman who picked up said the food is out for delivery and should be there soon. The place closed at midnight, but I called again a few minutes before they closed to check again and someone picked up only to hang up on me. I tried calling twice again, but they let it ring both times until it went to voicemail. So now it's been more than 2 hours since I placed the order and I just disputed this charge with Seamless directly.Tldr; Don't bother ordering from this place and expect a timely delivery or a delivery at all. Ended up starving for the night.

This pizza place is located less than a block from my house. I moved to the area in May of 2018 and ordered here due to recommendations from people of how good the pizza is. I'm originally from Chicago and was eager to find a pizza that could compare to my pizza from back home. I ordered several times and was very satisfied. Unfortunately it changed owners a few months ago and the quality is just not as good as the previous owners. I ordered an 18" pizza and a 14" pizza tonight for my family and as you can see in the pictures the size was not as advertised and the crust was almost an inch and a half around on both pizzas. Very deceptive in my opinion. I paid $29.20 for two pizzas and some cheesy garlic bread that was bland and no flavor. Very disappointed and will not order from here again. I'll order from Sicili's Pizza that across the street from Roma's pizza. Best to just order from somewhere else that know how to make pizza the correct size.

I have ordered from here many, many times and it's always so good! There lunch specials are amazing, the calzones are my favorite! Subs and really good too! Delivery is always on time and food is always warm! Pic is of the ham/cheese calzone lunch special. Comes with a coke or pepsi :)

Ordered a white pizza here only to recieve a cheese pizza with 4 SLICES of white cheese on top this is the most disappointing and unsatisfying pizza I have ever had the displeasure of eating tried 1 slice and threw it away as a local I had hoped to find an amazing pizza spot that reminded me of home (N.J.) I'll never be returning here I'm offended they gave me that pizza might as well save your money and go to little ceasars

Horrendous. The incompetent delivery boy called me at 840pm to say to come down to get the food. Yes, he called me to come get the food. He made me do part of his job, but I digress. He didn't show up until 920pm. I legitimately waited forty minutes outside for him. The boy ends up arriving and gives ME attitude. Unbelievable. So then i get the pizza. They evidently just forget to cut the pizza. That's literally their job. Just not cut. See the picture attached. Pizza also sucked but its vegas so i would have eaten cardboard.Please avoid this place
