Wow! First time trying this new restaurant and it did not disappoint! I ordered it online to surprise my family while they watched our babies. The online ordering process was easy and quick. We live right by the restaurant so the food was still hot and super fresh when we got it home. Everything was top notch! We loved everything we ordered. We tried the chicken Parmesan, wow! The sauce the tons of melty cheese the generous portion of perfectly thin and crispy chicken. It was delicious! We also had the chicken Milanese, penne bolognese, Alfredo, and the Caesar salad were so delicious!!! We will be back to dine in for sure!

We'll call this review 'you can't out cook bad customer service'. It pains me to give this restaurant three stars because the food is absolutely phenomenal. This will be our third time here as I can't stop thinking about one of your dishes, but for some strange reason, the dark haired woman/server that greets us every time has such a terrible attitude. We could walk in on a Tuesday evening and the restaurant could be almost empty and she will still find a way to make us feel like an inconvenience for walking in. Our first visit, she snapped at my son for no reason and told us we couldn't sit at the table we wanted because she wanted 'to save it in case the larger party came in'. Spoiler alert: it didn't. It was also the same size as the table that we ended up sitting at anyways. There were five of us. A couple of the times when we asked for a table, she told us with a bit of an attitude she would have to clean it for us to sit down and then proceeded to make us wait 10+ minutes when the restaurant was practically empty. I'm confused? Do you want people to come here or not? Everything else has been superb so far. I really hope she starts leaving her attitude at home because as much as we adore the food here there are other Italian kitchens that are happy to have us. PS: Although we have since moved on todifferent careers, our whole adult family has been in the food service industry for 20+ years so we understand quite well the intricacies of restaurants and bars. Greeting your customer like you're glad to see them is 101.

I had the pleasure of dining here tonight with friends, and it was a nice experience. This charming Italian restaurant may be small, but it's pretty, cozy, and incredibly comfortable. Even with two large parties and a packed house on a Monday evening, the atmosphere was never too loud or overwhelming. The food was good--large portions, very tasty, and thoroughly enjoyable. Everyone at our table left satisfied! While the service was a little slow, likely due to how busy the restaurant was, our server Ryan was outstanding. He was friendly, accommodating, and did a great job despite the crowd, so no points lost there. It was also a delight to see the manager, Steve Kennedy, who happens to be an old friend. Wishing him and the entire team great success with this promising new spot. I'll definitely be back and I recommend giving it a try!

Fantastic date night spot. The service is top notch, the food is delicious. The main dining area is large enough for groups but also feels intimate. Prices are on point for a somewhat upscale Italian restaurant- about $20-$30 per entree, on average. They have a small bar area in addition to the dining room, which is an equal mix of booths and tables. I noticed they have owner's lockers for liquor storage. The only (very small) downside is there is not a host stand upon entering- so we felt like we were walking into a private party. Overall, though, we enjoyed the food, the drink, and our company. :)

We've been visiting Vegas to see a family member who was unexpectedly hospitalized and needed a break for an early dinner. We happened upon Roma Kitchen by chance while reviewing menus on Yelp. Mom wanted a salad and I had a craving for Italian. When I saw the menu for Roma Kitchen I decided it was the place. I had no idea what to expect so made reservations. I also had no idea they had another location in Henderson, where we were staying, but am glad we ventured the short drive out to their new spot. They've only been open a week (soft opening) and are planning their grand opening I believe for the end of this month. Roma Kitchen is located in a strip mall off of S. Decatur. It was a quite a lovely surprise to see the comfortable and cozy interior when we entered. White tablecloths on every table and a clean modern design with a bar in the back in front of the kitchen. I loved the look of the place, but immediately thought, am I underdressed? We were warmly welcomed and offered a comfortable booth. Phoenix, our server, took wonderful care of us. We were offered a choice of sparkling, still or tap water. I always love when the Acqua Panna is served so still water it was. Looking over the menu, there was plenty to choose from, but since we were traveling with no place for leftovers, Mom and I decided to dine family style. The wine by the bottle list was quite nice, but only a glass for me tonight so I decided on the Toscana Rosso. We ended up starting with the bread and butter adding garlic. The bread was crispy on the edges, soft in the middle and buttery. With the addition of the garlic, delicious! We then shared the Caesar. The serving was very generous and quite fresh. The salad was dressed perfectly. We devoured most of it, but had to save room for our pasta. The Tortellini was just amazing. There was plenty of sauce which I love. One of my pet peeves is being served pasta with not enough sauce. This was perfect. Lovely cheese tortellini, perfectly cooked, topped with porcini mushrooms, prosciutto, peas and that delicious velvety sauce. I wish I could have eaten more, but we were stuffed. Again the portion was quite generous. Of course, Pheonix offered cracked pepper with the Caesar and freshly grated parmigiana with the pasta. I took advantage of both.Prices, in my opinion, were quite reasonable. Coming from California, you don't get this type of quality and the portion sizes for the price point here so that was quite a treat as well. The owner came over as we finished our meal to check on our experience and I could not compliment him enough. If I lived in the area, I would definitely be a regular. Do yourself a favor and give this new location a try. Highly recommend!

The absolute worst cacio e pepe I've ever had. $25 for boiled noodles and cracked pepper. Not creamy at all.

We came here on a Sunday and got sat right away. Ordered water, salad and bread, and our main course. It took almost 20-25 mins to get our water. Then after 45 minutes they brought us our salad. After being checked on we asked if we could get the bread. Another 25-30 mins pass and we finally get our main course. Overall 1H 15M or so to get "noodles" in an establishment that small is quite lengthy. This restaurant could not be more unorganized. We had multiple servers come over during this terrible experience to take orders or say things would be right out because nobody knows whose table is whose. So at that point when you're not getting the items you've ordered over that time span it just begins to be annoying. The worst part was (it appeared to be the owner/manager) gave handshakes and hugs to the table next to us that came in about 30 mins after us. As our table was closest to the bar/expo line I watched for him to push his staff to cater to his friends and they received their meal immediately during our lengthy wait. I don't EVER leave reviews, but this experience was that bad. I felt the need because a restaurant in a small community that I live in to help individuals in area looking for a reliable place to get a meal, this isn't it. Maybe if you treated every customer like you did your friends, you would find your business on the up and up. I'd never come back or recommend anyone to go here. Food avg and old fashioned tasted like some gross juice. I didn't ask for anything, and they removed the drinks off the bill because they knew the service they provided to us was unacceptable. Hopefully the new Italian restaurant going in by Jersey Mikes can deliver better than this place.

Best Authentic Italian food in west coast! As a proud employee, I wouldn't sell food I'm ashamed of! Great team, management and vibes! Music and ambiance are always a mood setter. Favorites: meatballs, warm olives, rigatoni puttanesca, rack of lamb. **beware of low star reviews and complaints from terminated employees**
