Some of the worst tacos I've had in recent history. My first gripe is that a number of the tacos priced on their webiste aren't the same for the listed price either on social media or quoted in person. One example being their pork belly taco; was quoted as a higher price in person versus what it says on their website.Speaking of which the pork belly tacos and fish tacos I had were almost inedible. They were both deep fried and were just overly fried/cooked. The pork belly to the point of a almost "carbon" state. Besides the poorly cooked pork belly no other distinguished flavors came through. There was some type of sweet sauce and kimchee slaw but I couldn't tell you how either tasted since everything was so muddled in flavor. The fish tacos were equally as bad. The fish pieces were so small and heavily coated, I couldn't taste the flesh, on top of the previously mentioned state of being overly cooked. The "fish nuggets" had no moisture to them. I could some-what taste a heat/spice component with these tacos, but once again, no real distinguished flavors to where I could easily identify the other toppings. There was a patron next to me who got his own pair of tacos and he agreed with my overcooked and dry sentiment. He mentioned he was happy being at a brewery since there was beer available to wash down the dry food. This meal was a complete waste of money. I can safely say I will never order this food again nor will I ever recommend it to anyone.

Tried their food at first Friday and at brews and blues they are pretty consistent. They're a taco-Asian fusion style truck. They have pork belly, Thai chicken, asada steak, tuna poke, salmon and even avocado tacos. I've had the pork belly, it's crunchy fatty good. The Thai is dusted in corn starch which makes it crispy and the asada comes with a kimchi onions good twist. The tuna poke is very fresh on a hot summer day. Definitely try that.

Oh good, there's actually a business listing already for this. I didn't know how I'd caution people away otherwise.I seem to be starting an unfortunate pattern of having not-so-great experiences when I go off friends' ideas. I love my friends still, but I was expecting something better from Rolling Fusion today. After all, they were at the Great American Foodie Fest, and they showed up to Sunset Park'd today with a similar if not identical menu.Their menu items almost all come in the form of three tacos, and that made sharing within the trio of my friends and I convenient. My choice was the Skirt Steak Tacos ($9), and one of my friends went for the Thai Fried Chicken Tacos ($9).The Skirt Steak Tacos looked promising with chimichurri, roasted corn spread, and fried plantain, lettuce, and queso fresco listed as ingredients. The flavors just seemed muted overall. The meat was not flavorful on its own, and the sauce elements and whatnot did not bestow enough flavor to make it taste like much. I was really disappointed in the lack of corn flavor in particular. The tortilla was seemed most prominent to my taste buds, and unfortunately, they didn't really oil/grill up those starchy suckers. It's a shame. The Thai Fried Chicken Tacos were better. I got more mileage out of the coconut milk, lemongrass, honey wasabi, and green papaya slaw. The chicken breading was nice and crunchy too. Still, it's not comparable to any good Thai dishes in the various restaurants of that sort available in town, and I wouldn't get it again or recommend it.This is more of a 2.5 rating, but I'm giving Rolling Fusion some sympathy since they look like a family-run business. I hope they work on improving their recipes, and I do wish them success because of the promise of their concepts, but they probably won't find much support on my dime.

While attending the All American Foodie Fest we had the opportunity to try Rolling Fusion. My fella and I tried the Thai fried chicken tacos. They were good. Small, but good. The chicken had good flavor. They were a little on the dry side and I had hoped for more of a coconut flavor. If I ever tried them again I'd likely ask for more sauce to use as a dip.The service was friendly and we didn't have to wait long for our food like other food trucks we have tried in the past.

I tried them at April 2018 Foodie Fest. I loved their Pork Belly tacos ! It's the perfect mix of Korean and Mexican. I would love to try some more of their food too! I just wish they had a better online presence so I could find them more often. But hopefully I'll see them again soon ;)

The ahi tuna tacos are to die for. I absolutely love them. The jalapeno, raw tuna and sauce are the perfect combo. I also love the seasoning on the chips for the chips and salsa. If you see this truck, you must try the food.

I recently spent the weekend at Pirate Fest and was excited to see see Rolling Fusion as one of their vendors. On Friday I was a tad disappointed that four of their menu items were not available, but I ordered their fish tacos (which are described as "Fish Tacos Corn flake crusted Alaskan cod, sundried tomato spread, cabbage slaw, wasabi vinaigrette, avocado cream, pickled red onion, serrano chili "). For $11 it seemed a tad high but I ordered regardless. The tacos were small, but packed full of flavor. I really enjoyed these ones! My only complaint would be that they were wrapped twice with the corn tortillas, and as much as i wanted to take one of them off, their sun dried tomato spread (btw I LOVE sun dried tomatoes) was in between the two so I couldn't take one off without sacrificing the overall taco. They were delicious, but a bit too much tortilla. On Saturday I went back and ordered their Crispy Pork Belly Tacos (described as, "Pork belly, Japanese eggplant kimchee, crispy lime rice.") for $10 and their Steak tacos (described as, "Grilled skirt steak, roasted corn spread, chimichurri, fried plantain, lettuce, queso fresco") for $11. The Steak tacos I thought were just okay, I wasn't the biggest fan of them. The meat wasn't was flavorful as I expected.....Now, here come the Pork Belly tacos. They were $11, and I LOVED them, They were just as described, crispy and packed full of flavor. These were by far my favorite of the three I tried.Great experience, yummy food and friendly employees!
